Wow!!! This is not just a restaurant but a destination. Yet another of Cedartown's finest. The price is on point, the food perfect, and service par non. We will be coming here over and over. If your from out of town, this is a must stop.

TL;DR - Fun atmosphere, but some of the food didn't meet our expectations…read more First time trying this place, and I'm kinda torn. We got the Stage Divers appetizer, which was nice. Definitely try both sauces, as I couldn't really pick a favorite. My wife ordered miso soup with her entrée and I asked for the ginger salad with mine. Neither of us were terribly pleased. The ginger salad was literally just romaine lettuce and a ginger-flavored dressing. Okay, but could've been better. My wife felt the same about her soup. When it came to the entrees, my wife was elated with her dish (one of the hibachi options), but mine was a little underwhelming. Maybe it's because I chose the Rainbow Roll, which admittedly had a pretty mellow flavor, but the sides didn't help any. The sliced ginger was a little dry and had maybe half of the flavor intensity that I was used to, and the soy sauce (in a Kikkoman bottle, but no idea if that matched the actual contents) was *exceedingly* salty. Usually soy sauce is a good complement to most rolls, but this literally overpowered what little flavor the roll had. For dessert we tried the Mango Coconut Rockstars. It kinda felt like their spin on the mango sticky rice that some restaurants offer. Again, a bit underwhelming. The fried sticky rice stars had decent flavor and texture, but the mango was diced into tiny pieces. They were surprisingly firm and tasted a little under-ripe, almost with a pineapple-like acidity. Our server was pretty good, though it kinda felt like she was rushing us once our dessert was served. The atmosphere was kinda cool. The menus are tucked into vinyl album covers, and each menu has a different classic album cover on the front. There are a few TVs in the place playing old rock music videos (all the same, thankfully), and it added to the nostalgia. All in all, it was okay. We may come back to try some of the other menu items, but it's not likely to be my go-to for sushi.

It's really tucked away and off the beaten path where most other businesses are located. I went on a stormy night and was the only person there. Perhaps it was an off night. You could walk up to the counter and order or sit at the table. I decided to sit and eat. I ordered ramen and a sushi roll. The ramen was decent and better than I expected. The egg was cooked perfectly. The sushi roll was just ok. It was incredibly large and hard to eat. I would get the ramen again, but not the sushi if I return. Pros: the staff were extremely nice and the food came out rather quickly Cons: the dining room was quite dimly lit which could be a personal preference, the bathroom was so dirty that I decided not to use it Overall it was just an ok experience. I would possibly consider the food again, but most likely through take out if I did.

We ordered the Bulgogi Fries, Super Crunch Roll, Sesame Chicken with Rice, and Bang Bang Chicken with Rice--and everything was absolutely delicious. The Bulgogi Fries are the perfect mix of crispy fries loaded with tender marinated beef, drizzled with savory sauce, and topped with green onions--it's comfort food with a Korean twist, and we couldn't get enough! The Super Crunch Roll is a sushi lover's dream: crispy tempura shrimp, crab, and avocado rolled and topped with crunchy flakes and a drizzle of sweet eel sauce. The Sesame Chicken was crispy, saucy, and packed with flavor, while the Bang Bang Chicken delivered that perfect sweet-heat combo with a kick. Both rice dishes were generous and satisfying.

I recently visited Bluefin and placed a hibachi order totaling $51. I asked for extra yum yum sauce…read moreand was told there would be an additional charge of $0.61 per sauce. I questioned the cashier, explaining that after spending over $50 on my order, I was surprised I would be charged extra for a small amount of sauce. She explained that it was due to the owner's policy, so I asked if I could speak with him. When the owner came over, the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. His response was that they have to charge because they "spend more on the sauce because of the container and lid." While I understand businesses have costs, the explanation and the way it was communicated felt unnecessary and dismissive. What's frustrating is that this was never about the $0.61. It was about customer appreciation and the bigger picture. A returning customer who regularly spends $50, $60, $70, or even $100 per visit should feel valued. Instead, it felt like the focus was on nickel-and-diming a loyal customer over something so small. Unfortunately, because of this experience, Bluefin has lost a customer who has supported their business and planned to continue coming back. Customer service and how you treat people matters, and this interaction left a very negative impression.
