I'm not sure how this place is still open. They only serve canned drinks so be aware of no refills. The service was decent. The ragoons were still cold in the middle. The sushi was average. The hibachi was very over seasoned. Overall, we wouldn't return.

For the previous food inspection, there was a violation of misleading menu items which makes since because my most recent visit I didn't not enjoy my as much as before.

I recently visited this cozy sushi spot. The restaurant is quite small with limited seating, so it might be a bit of a wait if it's busy. But the ambiance was really charming! It was nicely decorated with lots of posters and unique decorations everywhere, which gave it a cool, authentic vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. As for the food, I'd say it was okay--not bad, but not the best sushi/fish I've had. I only tried their lunch hour spicy tuna roll (8 pieces) & the 5 piece nigiri. Both were decent, but nothing really stood out. The lunch special came with a bowl of the miso soup which was flavorful. For an appetizer we got the rock shrimp. It was a perfect balance of spice that wasn't overpowering and was tossed in a perfect sauce. Next time I will definitely order a speciality roll in place of my entree. If you're in the area and want a casual sushi experience it's worth checking out.

Stopped here while on a road trip! The restaurant is located right off the highway and has plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and service was quick. We had no wait time when we arrived. All the food was flavored well and our table were highly satisfied. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if in the area!

Mostly adequate. The servings are not generous and the prices are steep for what you get. I had the steak & chicken hibachi (since it was cheaper than entirely steak). I could have gotten an entire steak at a competitor for the same price, and it would have been much better and a generous serving. The tiny serving I received was flavorless, but at least it was tender. The same could not be said for the chicken: it was tough and dry. Even the vegetables were a stingy portion, and they charge if you want more of the the dipping sauce. And if you want a bit of egg in your fried rice, the upcharge could buy FOUR DOZEN eggs (just checked today's prices). And for such a premium they don't even have soft drink refills. Not that getting a refill is easy. I'd ordered tea so I could get refills. But the staff focused on clearing dishes while ignoring my empty glass. And it took effort to get that refills. My wife had the bento box, and that seems a better value. While the tempura shrimp was excellent, her chicken was also dry and tough. The tempura vegetables were mostly fine except the broccoli. When cooked, it releases bitter and rotten vapors. Normally, it all escapes and its fine. But unfortunately breading trapped all that nasty stink in the serving. Seating is comfortable and adequate. The interior has a nice charm and atmosphere to it. The staff are initially friendly, but service wasn't great afterward. The food was served hot, the order was accurate, and it came out within a reasonable time period. There is no outside seating.

I have been coming to this place for a couple years now and It is still just as good as I remember. The sushi always tastes so fresh! The ambiance of this cute little sushi restaurant is to die for. The service is also very fast and gets you your very quickly. I highly recommend trying Kylin sushi and hibachi!!! Also you HAVE to try the spicy crunchy shrimp roll!!!

They never disappoint. Moved to Canton from Suwanee & miss the food & culture. This spot makes us feel at home. Great service & cute interior. Don't let the location & exterior fool you.

Located in the old Waffle House between 575 and QuikTrip, Kylin is such a welcomed addition to this area. I come here a lot and it's so great to have seen it go from having some service issues when they first opened (being slow and disorganized) to mostly being fast and efficient, with an occasional hiccup like any other establishment. I've become a creature of habit here and mostly I order the shrimp and vege tempura; steak, chicken, and shrimp hibachi with fried rice; and soup. I keep ordering this every time because every time it is perfect and it's so tasty! On my last two visits here...I tried something new though...the squid salad. WHOA! It's a flavor bomb and I would suggest everyone try it. The squid is sliced thinly and you wouldn't know it was squid by looking at it. Don't be scared! It's not tentacles and heads in a bowl!

Birthday Lunch with the Captain. Started out with a house and cucumber salads. The ginger dressing was very good. We like to be adventurous so ordered the Hamachi Kama (grilled yellowtail cheek with ponu sauce). It was delicious. The Crab Jalapeño was very tasty. Jalapeños stuffed with crab fish cake. Delicious! The Kylin Roll (shrimp & lobster tempura, lettuce, cucumber, crab salad, topiko, with a special sauce) was a beautiful roll; plenty for the two of us after the appetizers. Again delicious! Mia, our server, was very patient and answered any questions we had about the items on the menu. She pulled the reins on our potential over ordering and it was a smart move. Now we will just have to come back to try more! We also want to thank Mia for the birthday cheesecake...candle and all! Wonderful culinary experience!

We finally took a moment and tried the new sushi spot next to the Racetrack. You know the old Enterprise spot. We had given it a nickname but I am here to revoke that name and crown it a Hot Sushi & Hibachi restaurant. You have earned my FIVE star post because not only is the interior reminiscent of a Japanese eatery with the flags and wall menus that plaster the walls and ceilings. The pure charm of this place transports you to the streets of Japan. Bravo on the decor with simple booths and tables- I loved it. Now let's get onto the best part....the food. Be careful of their appetizers they are huge. The rock shrimp is a sweet fried shrimp covered in a delicious sauce. Served in a bed of lettuce. It's a huge portion. I had the soft shell crab tempura, yes it's a deep fried crab still in its shell. Yummy. Lastly our guest tried the shrimp and vegetable tempura, also delicious and huge. We haven't even gotten to the entrees All meals are served with a soup and salad. Shrimp Yakisoba was superb and just as I thought it would be. Chicken & shrimp hibachi served with veggies and rice hits the spot. Everything you order will be perfect.

This place is a welcome addition to the Canton area! I am happy that they are close to my house and bringing the old Waffle House back to life. The service has been pretty good. Friendly service and good food will always brings me back. Each dish has been solid. I've really enjoyed the crab jalapeño appetizer and miso soup. They also really do a nice job preparing the rolls. I love the avocado rolls. Even though it is simple some other places mess it up. Not here!!!! The chef knows what he is doing! Overall I really have high hopes for this restaurant. The menu is extensive and it is going to take me a while to work through it. Up next is either hibachi or the bento boxes. Highly recommended.

I started with the Shrimp Tempura appetizer with some scrawny shrimp with a weak dipping sauce but the coating was nice and it came with tempura slices of sweet potato, onion, and a broccoli floret. I had a bento box for my entree and it came with a soup and salad. The soup was tasty with nice mushroom slices. The salad had a flavorful ginger dressing, but it was very thin and watery and filled half the bowl after I'd finished it (see photo). My bento box was the steak version with upcharge to fried rice. The meat was tender and tasty and cooked with onion slices. The rice was okay, sparse on egg, peas, corn, etc. The yum-yum sauce that accompanied it was quite watery. It came with a tempura shrimp and vegetables that were also on the appetizer. The California rolls were disappointing with poor quality sushi rice that wasn't cohesive. The ingredients were flavorless, and even the wasabi was incredibly bland (how can that even happen?!?). The dab of pickled ginger was good. My waitress was attentive and ensured I got refills, up to the point that I got the bill, and she never bothered to offer a to go cup or refill. Processing the payment took a lot longer than expected, especially considering there were no patrons in the restaurant at the time. They have a combination of booth, table, bar, and hibachi table seats. The table that I sat at had it's finish marred and had a rough an unpleasant texture and needed refinishing.

It is well lit in eating areas but the rest takes a moment for your eyes to adjust. Service: ok. Prompt. No rudeness experienced. We were not ignored. Food: ok...here we go: Miso soup: great. Say what you want about miso, this hit the spot wonderfully. Salad: lettuce and dressing. A carrot sliver or two. Nothing awesome. Hibachi: YES! I don't eat rice, so I can't comment on that. The meat (filet and shrimp) were delicious and the steak cooked to perfection. The veggies were delicious and plenty. Price: lunch was about $50 for my wife and I, including tip. A single person drinking water could easily get a big meal for $20 to $25 (including tip). Would I go back? Yes.

This is not your typical sushi restaurant as evident from its long sushi bar to its upstairs private booths. We were one of the first to arrive for a weekday happy hour and enjoyed trying various sushi, miso cod, and cold Japanese beer. We wish that frenetic Lily's was not the next sushi exploration stop on our progressive activity as we were spoiled by Edo's tranquil environment and quality food at Edo. The hamachi kama yaki was a lovely presentation of a very large grilled collar. Our request to modify the orange blossom roll for regular tuna instead of spicy tuna and no mayo was not a problem either. The jalapeno yellow tail roll was generous portion and again- hold the mayo please! Very pleasant and non rushed service. Only odd note were the photos on the menu- guess that was needed before diners became more familiar with the cuisine. Plenty of parking in its private parking lot in the N. Point shopping area. Looking forward to our next visit!

He checked on nearly every table around us multiple times but rarely came by ours. We ordered over $150 worth of food for just the two of us, yet received very little service.
