I'm a huge fan of the Pizza Guys chain as I'm a longtime customer of the Apple Valley, CA location. I had a delivery for some wings, a salad and my usual favorite ..a large Taco Pizza for me and my gf. Unfortunately I got a ..base model version of a taco pizza due to a "new employee still training" which I completely understand. I spoke with Kathy and explained my honest dissatisfaction to which she was phenomenally understanding in resolving the issue and rectified it immediately. This is the type of communication and professionalism that's rare in the food service industry.
