Wow wow soooo yummy. I had the vanilla bean latte which the worker said they make their vanilla bean in house and it was the smoothest most foamiest delectable latte I've had in awhile. I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy the latte was, I had decaf espresso and it was very smooth and didn't taste bitter like most decaf can taste. Also the honey bacon biscuit was tasty, a little sticky which is expected from the honey but overall very yummy. The ambiance is nice and plenty of seating options upstairs, inside, and outside. The service was pristine and I was so happy with my order I told my husband we have to come back so I can try more of their drinks and food! A must if you're in the area! read more

If Klatch doesn't have stock why allow your system to accept the order? Why isn't stock monitored? I went out of my way to stop at this store for my coffee grinds. When the barista told me they were out she said she could give me my money back and I can drive to XX location to get my grinds there. Look! I'm not trying to get a free coffee, but I place an order for an item that you didn't have in stock + your system accepted it. Then I'm just supposed to leave without coffee?? The right thing to do for wasting my time & gas would've been a complementary small coffee for my troubles. That would've been the right thing to do. But, no. The ambiance inside is nice and clean. They also have an upstairs that is good for studying or relaxing. You can place mobile orders or order in store. The bar was a little busy on Sunday morning so I waited a little, but there was a good variety of dessert and latte options. They serve cold coffees in smalls and larges and hot coffees in an 8oz, 12oz and 16oz. I ordered the pumpkin chai which tasted pretty good - it was a nice balance between sweet and coffee. Normally I go to this coffee shop for the Real Pumpkin Latte and they are truly delicious, I have told many people how good they are but today I went to get one and it was not the same. I was very disappointed. I was going to return it but did not and I should have because I was not happy with it. I even brought my granddaughter who was visiting from northern California, I raved about the Real Pumpkin Latte but was so unhappy. I'll be back this week to see if its any better. read more

Great seating, service, and coffee! I decided to visit this location after hearing rave reviews from friends. I have been to other Klatch coffee locations, but this one takes the cake! There is ample seating both outdoors and indoors -- there are two floors! Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to sit and enjoy my food so I will be sharing photos of the interior at a later date. I ordered a (decaf) iced lavender latte with oat milk. This drink is a bit on the sweeter side so I would recommend ordering it half-sweet (this time I forgot. I wanted to try their turkey pesto panini but I was told the kitchen closed before I arrived. (This was at 6 pm on a Thursday). We got the Matcha Latte with Ube foam on top & Chai with Ube foam. Both were good and definitely instagram worthy. The café offers free WiFi (no password needed), which is a plus. Seating includes five two-seater tables on the first floor and a balcony area, but it can get packed due to its prime location. I believe I saw that they're selling their own coffee grinds on a shelf, but I didn't walk up to it. There are single male and female restrooms, and parking is available, though it can be tricky during peak hours since it's in a busy shopping plaza. Klatch Coffee is located where the former Dripp location was. There was not much change to the interior, except for the counter for the staff, as Dripp used to serve ice cream. There is exterior seating, as it was before with Dripp. There is some parking, right in front, reserved for customers who are ordering and/or picking up real quick but do not plan on staying. 16 oz Flavored Latte (Whole Milk, [Homemade] Vanilla Bean Syrup) $5.12 + $0.60 Cinnamon Twist $3.64 Not many places have Cinnamon Twists anymore so when I saw them in the display case, I had to order one to try. The Cinnamon Twist was a bit on the dry side - needs more butter, but it had good flavor with the cinnamon throughout the twist. The Vanilla Bean Flavored Latte was smooth, but nothing amazing about it. The [homemade] vanilla bean syrup was not overpowering in any way, but I also felt it a bit too on the light side. I usually order black coffee with half & half, or a hot latte. I would not go out of my way for a cup of Joe, from Klatch, unless I really need coffee and want to grab something from a smaller coffee shop (one that is not Starbucks). The cashier was kind and the pace of receiving one's order was about to be expected as they were a bit busy for a Tuesday morning. Their food offerings on their menu also seemed pretty substantial, not just baked goods. Overall, I actually prefer Dripp over Klatch, but price point-wise Klatch is a tad bit more affordable. If you ever just want to purchase a Costco-sized bag of Klatch roasted beans, they tend to sell them at the Glendora Costco location. read more

This is the perfect coffee shop to go to after hiking at one of the nearby Chino Hills' trails, see my Yelp review of the Eucalyptus Trail Loop. I ordered the BLT sandwich which was great. The ingredients tasted very fresh and were proportioned well. At other places some BLT sandwiches are served unproportionately. That is, there will be more bacon than lettuce or more tomato than bacon, etc., but all of the ingredients were equal in measure so each bite was enjoyable. The sourdough bread they used was good too. It tasted more like San Francisco sourdough bread. The one drawback when I finished my delicious BLT sandwich was that there wasn't a place to return the sandwich plate. Usually coffee shops will have a bin for customers to return plates/dishes. Some Klatch customers might leave their used dishes on the table but I was sitting outside on the large bench with a group of people. And since I left early I didnt want to leave my plate behind while they continued to sit there. So when I went back in the coffee shop and asked where to put the plate/coffee cup, the barista said to give it to them. I didn't like that they took my dirty plate and cup while they were making other people's drinks. It would be best to have some designated spot to collect the dishes. read more

Someone took our food order and then remade and it was the wrong food order we paid for a 12 dollar breakfast sandwich received a 5 dollar Croissant. I've been to other Klatch locations and I think this is one of the best. They've got the prime location by The Shoppes in Chino Hills, corner spot, and with lots of parking nearby. The inside is open and inviting with a quiet upstairs loft area. Oh and they have free wifi. I didn't feel like anything fancy that day so only ordered a hot almond milk latte. It was smooth, creamy, just perfect. My drink did take a little bit of time to come out but I didn't mind. Service was friendly as always. read more

Visited with the family and excited to see PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE mid-August. Of course I order it. The family each had a drink and the total came in at least $4-$6 less than Starbucks. The pumpkin spice latte was smooth and not sweet (yeah!) which I enjoyed. The atmosphere was conducive to work as stereo was not blaring, also yeah! This is a great coffee shop with great flavor. Only minor issue is the parking which is super difficult since the mall is always crowded. Employees are friendly and they know how to be attentive. I ordered an iced coffee with no ice so I could drink it later. They offered to fill the rest of the cup with oat milk to replace the ice. I asked for it on the side and they gave it to me. My very first visit at a Klatch Coffee... It's located within The Shoppes of Chino Hills. It has a quaint outside patio seating and spacious upstairs + downstairs indoor seating areas. Lots of coffee bags and cups on the shelves up for grabs to be purchased. They don't just sell coffee. They also offer sandwiches and pastries. I got here after 6:00 PM on a Monday night, hence, kitchen was already closed. They still sell coffee and pastries after 6:00 PM. Even though I didn't get my Avocado Toast, I did get one Cinnamon Twist and one 16 oz Iced Lavender Latte with no ice. Best cinnamon twist I have ever eaten! It was so so very good... light and flaky with the perfect amount of cinnamon and powdered sugar. I had to buy 3 more LOL... one for me and two for my daughters. The lavender latte was very smooth and tasty... just enough of lavender flavor that is not overbearing. The nice young gentleman behind the counter asked me if I wanted to have more milk added to the latte... no thank you, but thank you... it was perfect! However, I was bummed that they didn't fill the latte all the way up to the top of the cup. I was informed that's their formula for no ice. Oh well... what can we do. It would have been nice if they told me ahead of time so I wouldn't be surprised of a half full cup of latte LOL. Surprise, surprise! If you want a full cup of latte with no ice, you'll have to pay for two cups worth unfortunately. Anyway, staff was friendly. Service was quick. Ambiance was nice... it reminds me of a donut shop I had visited in Seattle, WA... similar concept in layout. Klatch is my go-to coffee spot when I visit my family yet need to get some work done. Great atmosphere and I love the set-up to work where they have outlets based on seating. As far as menu options, I knocked off a star, as there's not many customizable options for certain drinks such as today where I ordered the matcha latte-- I was told that the Matcha already comes sweetened which I prefer to adjust on my own, usually. The same goes for the chai as well. I'm still satisfied overall and am likely to return next time I visit. read more

The cafe has a great aroma coming from their coffee beans. A given, but Klatch has this distinct aroma and it's beautiful. I love their blends! Their coffee is strong but in a smooth and subtle way. I also have tried their iced Chai latte which is pretty solid. Another option if it's too late for a whole espresso-filled latte! They don't serve food after a certain time. I want to say 6pm. Sometimes they have seasonal food and drink items. Over the summer they have a Hawaiian food themed menu. I got the BBQ Chicken Luau as part of their limited summer menu. It was good but a tad salty. I also had their ham and Swiss croissant. It was alright. Not anything I'd get again. Again, it was salty. Overall, their coffee is amazing. Always a great spot to come to. read more

Okay, let me just say, I love Klatch Coffee, it's my favorite coffee shop, first location I visited is their Rancho Cucamonga location, so when I found out this shop was open, I was very excited. Service is great, everyone is very kind, and also their knowledge of coffee is amazing! My usual go to for drinks is a Patio Special, it's literally like an espresso milkshake. I can't say enough great things about this place, but for once I want to shout out this young, good looking, cheerful, and great individual. He always makes the coffee great.
