Loved everything about this coffee shop! It's cute, trendy, and spacious. This place must be a local favorite because the line was at the door and I could see why! Klatch coffee is my favorite coffee brand to go. The girl server was amazing she was so nice. However, the problem was with the barista. I don't know the name of this guy but it was 6/19/2025 around 5pm. I was just waiting for my drink for a long time and he was just chatting with some guy knowing that he is the only barista is just unprofessional. While I was keep waiting, I asked about my drink and he was clueless. I told him my name and he just saying everyone just pickup the drink and go. Well, not everyone knows that and you should call out name when someone is waiting. It is shame that this place has great server, nice ambiance but unprofessional barista. I probably will come back just for the coffee but this barista needs improvement for sure read more

I rarely go to the Klatch location by my dad's house, in San Dimas. However, I sometimes come to this location in Chino Hills. If you remember, this used to be where Dripp Coffee was once located until 2021. I used to go to Dripp a lot, especially between 2014 and 2021. Dripp abruptly closed this location in March or April of 2021. Dripp was awesome, they had delicious coffees, as well as the best Spanish latte. I thought they'd last a long time because their products were so good. After they opened this first Chino Hills location, they expanded to Fullerton, then a really nice location in South Coast Plaza. Dripp's South Coast Plaza location was always busy--at least the dozen or so times I visited that Costa Mesa location--with a line out the door. But, Dripp mysteriously closed not only their Costa Mesa location, but also this location, at about the same time, with their only remaining location at present in Fullerton. If you're ever in Fullerton, you should give Dripp--particularly their Spanish latte--a try. Anyway, I digress. While Klatch Coffee's coffees are ok, I do like their breakfast sandwiches. Their sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich taste like a Sausage Egg McMuffin from McDonald's, but not nearly as greasy. Instead of a pork patty, Klatch uses turkey breakfast patties. The Greek yogurt cup is also good; it has yogurt, granola, strawberries, and a little honey. Klatch's prices are actually pretty reasonable by today's standards. The sandwich and yogurt cup are about $5 each. The coffee and coffee drinks, too, are cheaper than Tierra Mia, for example, but tbh I like Tierra Mia more for coffee drinks. The problem here is the coffee drinks are either too bland or too sweet. It's been like this ever since they opened their San Dimas location in circa 1999 (but they've made huge improvements over the years). But, overall, Klatch Coffee is a good value and quality product--much better than years ago. read more

The noise level is just right for working and/or socializing. There's always a buzz - soft music and people chitchatting - but nothing too loud or distracting. Klatch is always pretty busy i came on a sunday today and it was full. Theres limited seating downstairs with some upstairs seating as well which has good ambiance. They offer unique seasonal drinks but I opted for the wbc nitro cold brew without ice and turkey pesto sandwhich. I was pretty disappointed because the nitro cold brew was very acidic like regular blonde roasted brewed coffee- it lacked the depth and concentration as a standard of cold brew i usually look for. The turkey pesto sand-which tasted good with the pesto flavor coming through but was very small in serving size. When it comes to the value in terms of ratio of price, flavor, and serving size I do not think it is worth it. read more

I visited the Klatch Coffee in San Dimas and was impressed with their Creme Brulee Latte that I couldn't help but recommend this as a meetup location with a friend. I recommended the same drink to her, and she loved it! For myself, I ordered the Caramel Apple pour-over. I'm not sure what the details of the beans were, but I have to admit it was dark and very bitter. I didnt enjoy the drink too much, but over time, I was able to taste the subtle apple-infused flavor that I didn't taste on my first sip. Aside from that, it was definitely a wake-up drink in the afternoon. This location is a great spot and two floors and outdoor patio for seating. My only disappointment is that there aren't many tables to work at, and not all tables have easy access to outlets. The Wi-Fi (if any) was also not super accessible. I visited Klatch with a friend on a Monday morning around 10am to start our work day. I do have to say, Klatch is not the most WFH-friendly place for a full 8hr day. They don't have tons of outlets. If you are on a video conference, the other party will most likely hear background noise. There are 2-people tables lining the first floor and second floor, along with high tables and stools. Seating fills up fast. However, if you are looking to do work for a few hours, it is great as Klatch has sandwich options. The plaza itself is also populated with food spots. I've been here a few times and their drinks are consistent. The Pineapple Express is like a fruity espresso tonic. I'm not sure if he is still there, but if you bump into the manager Chris, he is a gem to chat with! read more

Welp RIP Panera Bread! I was literally walking to Panera Bread when I had to pass by Klatch and I briefly looked through their window and saw that they served breakfast. My friend and I were able to find some space indoors. Taste test: The drink I got was great. It wasn't too sweet and it was strong enough to keep me energized throughout the day. I tried this limited time dessert and it was OKAY. There wasn't anything too special about it and although I LOVE sourdough bread, I though the bread was a little to hard to go with the filling. i definitely have mixed feelings about Klatch. I've been to this location a good handful of times already. First, i will say the Service here is always good, this place always has customers and they turn over drinks pretty fast. It definitely has your local coffee shop vibe with people there studying or people catching up and enjoying some coffee. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but i do enjoy a good cup of coffee. My husband and i usually take our hot coffee black with a couple sugars or we drink cold brew or espresso over ice with a couple syrup pumps. We don't care for cream/milk in our coffee, we want to taste the coffee bean flavors (cream/milk can mask some of that flavor) With the handful of time we've been here we just haven't enjoyed the coffee. we have had their Nitro cold brew, Hot coffee, and espresso over ice and for some reason each time the coffee just tastes really bitter or watered down. We really want to like this place! and we have friends who enjoy it here! we just haven't tasted a drink here that we liked. It's one of the only Coffee spots in the Shoppes next to starbucks in the Barnes and Nobles. Latched on Klatch! This is the perfect spot for cracking open that exam review book or setting for a one on one meeting. Klatch oozes with hip modern vibes both inside and on their patio, and they brew up quality coffee and tea along with some good eats. The shop may look small, but they have a second floor lofted over the cafe and plenty of tables. They provide outlets under the bench on their first floor and along the balcony in the loft. I tried to their creme brûlée iced latte and grabbed a Turkey pesto panini to eat before hitting the books. On my second visit, I tried their ham and cheese frittata, a good option for my carb conscious friends! All were delicious; 10/10 recommend especially the creme brûlée latte for my fellow coffee drinkers who like it sweet. The staff working Friday night were super friendly and answered my questions about the menu. And the best part: they're open until 10 on the weekends! This night owl always struggles to find cafes open when my productivity peaks. Located at the Shoppes at Chino Hills, parking is plenty and easy, except on weekends where it can be busy. I normally go to the Klatch Coffee in San Dimas. However, I was in the area and discovered there was a Klatch Coffee in Chino Hills! Yay! I've been coming to Klatch for years and honestly it's delicious! In the cold winter time I highly recommend a hot vanilla latte or white mocha. My fiancé will tell you the iced mocha is the winner here. I can't express enough how fabulous the customer service was today! From the cashier to the baristas! I had questions about their seasonal menu because I do like sweet lattes and wasn't sure if I would like the GingerSnap Latte or not. They recommended an added pump of vanilla and it was perfect! Klatch Coffee is one of my favorite coffee shop chains in the SoCal area. This location used to be a different coffee shop, and I was very surprised that it turned into a Klatch. This location has a lot of space on the main floor and a really cozy "loft" area that would be perfect for working or studying. I truly love the vibe and the beautiful wall at the entrance. I miss DRIPP! Can't believe dripp closed and was replaced by Klatch! I came here to give Klatch a try since Dripp left and oh boy, I was right about Klatch all along. The drinks here is just not the same as Dripp, and to knock down another star, they charge ONE DOLLAR$ if you use credit card... Seriously? when all the trendy coffee places are going cashless... I don't trust buristas when they have to handle cash and then operate a grinder and expresso machine to make a cup of latte, especially during a sensitive time like Covid-19.
