What a great location! I was early to Ontario for a business meeting and came across this little gem. Ray was incredibly friendly, offered great insight on coffee options, and even suggested a macro-friendly bite -- which I really appreciated. Went to Klatch on a Sunday to morning to treat my self to a blended Mexican mocha. Hannah was the one who took my order and she was super friendly and sweet and after she took my order I saw her hustling in the back making all the drinks to. When I got my drink she made the best Mexican mocha I have ever had. read more

The coffee is usually good, but it's also usually slow. People who work there are nice but like half the time when I show up to pick up my order it's either not ready on time, wrong, or they're "out". If a different coffee shop opened near by that my wife liked I'd stop coming here. read more

The little Cafe is set up like a smaller version of a larger coffee chain. The Cafe carries bags of beans and other merchandise. It has indoor and outdoor seatings The baristas were very friendly and helpful. The coffee aroma has a very flowery scent to it. It's very different than most franchise or chains out there. This was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service experiences I've ever had. On May 15 around 2:40 PM at Klatch Coffee curbside pickup, I waited over 20 minutes for my order (only 2 drinks and a toast) after checking in -- only to be told I hadn't checked in by KAYLA. I initially called to check in and spoke to David and he said they are still working on my order and should be out soon. 15 minutes later, I called a second time to follow up then KAYLA asked under what name, mocked me, repeating my name in a sarcastic tone, deliberately mimicking my voice. She delivered my order, iced drinks were pale and watered down and my toast like rubber. I asked if my food was sitting there a while she blamed me for not checking in, stating "I asked everyone, you did not check in!". I told her I can show her my call log to which she snapped "I don't need to see that!". When I told her she was being disrespectful, she brushed it off with a smirk and said "Ok!" and walked away. I was shocked by the attitude and total lack of accountability. Mocking a customer to their face and treating long wait times as acceptable is not just bad service -- it's insulting. She even yelled "It's only been 15 minutes!". Klatch needs to seriously re-evaluate their training and customer care standards. I hope this kind of behavior is no longer tolerated. Josh was super sweet helping me decide an order. He took his time to explain to me the choices I wanted. So I decided to go with the Creme Brûlée Latte. My my this coffee did not disappoint. The vibe in here is very welcoming everyone greets you with a smile. Music isn't too loud and their playlist just gets you in a great mood to chill and enjoy a cup of coffee. A home away from home. I come here every now and then when I go to school, and I always enjoyed my visit. The staff is extremely friendly and the drinks are delicious. They also have a wide variety of food and pastries. Coffee is so solid. A few years ago they had one in San Francisco I tried before it closed, was very surprised to see one on my Yelp radar so nearby when I was shopping at the Mills. I would love to give this place more stars for how often i used to come here, but the service is always bad and coffee is alright. I work very close to this location so i used to always order ahead on the app and pick up before going to work in the morning. Of the many times I have done that the workers always ignore me as I am trying to get their attention just to pick up my drink and leave. They always place the drinks near the bar so I would not go grab it for myself but workers often avoid eye contact and I would wait up to 10 minutes to get my drink that i see had been ready the whole time. and 10 minutes makes a huge difference in the morning when you're heading to work, also defeats the whole purpose of me ordering ahead. The shop always has a short line in the morning and a handful of people waiting for their drinks. the coffee is average good, I wouldn't say i is exceptional but better than bigger chain coffee like starbucks. read more

I happened to have gotten gas @ the nearby Costco and thought to drive to Klatch and see if it is still there, and behold, it is! I am happy to know that this location is still running strong in the past 6 years since I moved to NorCal. I ordered my usual - 12 oz dark roast. This coffee spot was so good that I went back in line to order a second drink! I ordered an iced matcha latte and iced lavender latte. The matcha latte was perfectly sweet. The lavender latte was good, but had a strong flowery aftertaste - definitely an acquired taste. I also got to try the crème brûlée latte from a friend which was super delicious and addicting. Came by for some coffee because I was in the area. Drinks: -Matcha Latte: Was delicious!! It tasted very tea-like and sweetened well, so would definitely get this again. It wasn't too hot, which is actually my preference so I loved that a lot! -Drip coffee: was strong tasting and a little burnt, but not too bad. We may have gotten more towards the end of the brew. I think the food and coffee here is really good but a bit expensive for what you are getting. I went to this location and they messed up my friend's coffee order (completely forgot to give it to him) and then they redid it, but we had to go up and remind them to give it to us. I think they are a bit overworked, and very busy, but they were so kind and more than made up for the mishap. I think it's a great place to go to, but they likely have some communication/workflow issues to figure out so that they have fewer errors if that makes sence. read more

The Rancho location is right near our house, so we've been ordering drinks and buying coffee beans from them for quite a few years! We've generally been very happy. We stopped in the Ontario location yesterday on the way home from a road trip, and my husband went in and ordered my usual: just a plain, unsweetened latte with nonfat milk. Not sure what happened. It was the worst tasting latte I've ever had. Ever. It tasted like either nitro coffee was in there or beer. It was weird and fermented-tasting and I took one sip and couldn't do it. This has never happened and I'm not one of those people who drinks sugar bombs. I don't think this would deter me from going to Klatch again, but next time, I'm going in the shop with my husband and tasting it before we leave. Yuck. read more
