The reason I'm leaving a review is because the employees working on today's shift were absolutely phenomenal in more than one way. Louise took my order with kindness and I explained to him that I'm fasting for Ramadan so I can't drink it right away and I would need it to still taste good in an hr. he took his time with me. He suggested certain options we came to an agreement and he made my coffee amazing I can tell by the way that the coffee looks, and then they even asked me questions to better help me finish my work shift once I break my fast which is above and beyond. The coworker working with Luis(Louise) sorry if I spelled your name wrong.. him his name is Landon. Luis and Landon are what you would expect to be hired for customer service they went above and beyond for the customer, coffee is on point and totally changed my mood around. they made me feel welcome &very kind. You never know what somebody's going through and I am tired and I've had a hard day and these guys literally put a smile on my face. And I am forever grateful I hope everybody in Customer Service understands that this is the role you should be playing while at work. Trying this coffee place to see if it's in my liking. Believe it or not I LOVE it here. Friendly service thanks to the barista that made my pumpkin chai latte w/ a shot of expresso was excellent mixed. I've been so wired ever since I drank my drink and I only drank quarter of 15 oz. place is so nice and clean. I'm definitely coming back to all klutch locations in socal. read more

Forgot about this location and it's so convenient! Their pumpkin spice latte tastes amazing this year and in the summer I love their espresso tonics. Ordered via the app and picked my drink up after I was done shopping. Wait time was faster than ordering at the Ontario or Rancho stores. Finally made it to this Klatch, it's a bit out of my way but I was near that side of rancho and decided to stop by and try it out. This klatch is located inside Sprouts farmers market. The area was clean but the service lacked a bit, hence the 4 stars. My husband ordered the vanilla bean latte and I ordered the lavender latte, both were really good. I'm so glad they added clutch coffee inside of this sprouts location. The first time I checked out this place comma I received great service from the barista. I ordered the crème brûlée latte and the ricotta toast. The train was a little sweet, but that was expected because it is crème brûlée. The ricotta toast was delicious and I will definitely be ordering that again. The ricotta cheese had a delicate yet mild taste to it and the sweetness of the raspberry, blackberry, and honey really balance it out. The second time coming here, I decided to try the mocha latte, and my sister ordered a vanilla decaf cold brew. The barista taking our order was very helpful and was able to make adjustments to our drinks as we didn't want too sweet. The Service this time around wasn't too great. They were busy at the time we ordered, so we were expecting to have a bit of a wait. But as I was waiting, I noticed some of the people who ordered after me got their drinks. I had to ask one of the barista's making the drinks to check on my order and she said she'll make it right now. I think she forgot about my drink, but my sister already got her drink. I like how they have your usual cold brew, and lattes, and they even have some breakfast items that are different from any other coffee shops you go to. Although this is located inside a grocery store, the ambience of the grocery store can get a little loud, but there are seats available to enjoy your drinks and food near the main entrance of the store. Located inside Sprouts?! Whuuut?! Ok check this out. What a way to shop and stock up on my favorite beverage then with a caffeinated bevy. The menu is pretty much the same like all the other shops so there's nothing special about it other than you can shop and sip. The service is decent depending on the barista but that's probably like any other stand. They have limited seating behind the coffee bar and if it's crowded you tend to get in the way of people coming in. Finally! Klatch Coffee has opened inside Sprouts at Day Creek and Baseline, and it was definitely worth the wait! I've been watching the progress during construction, and I'm so excited to see it up and running. The coffee here is amazing--rich, flavorful, and just what I needed! They also sell a nice variety of pastries that pair perfectly with your coffee. The shop is clean, and the employees are super friendly. This branch for KLATCH COFFEE is found inside Sprouts Supermarket. Since it's inside a supermarket, there is a giant free parking lot in front of the building. There was no line to get inside. There is a short line to order. They have a great selection of coffee drinks and non-caffeinated drinks which suited our group of 10 well. It didn't take too long to make our drinks. There were 3 people working behind the counter and one was constantly taking incoming orders so their line to order is never too long. Since this is inside a supermarket, there really isn't a place to hang. There are a couple o small tables inside the supermarket entrance, but none other. read more

Customer service is great! I knew I wanted something with Ube, but I didn't want the matcha drink that it was advertised in. The employee suggested an iced vanilla latte and he hit it right on the money. Latte was pretty good. I also got a blueberry cheese danish which was good. I love that this Klatch opened inside of my local Sprouts. This place offers fresh roasted coffee beans and an assortment of well-made specialty drinks. I really hope this becomes a mainstay! It is so convenient for me to be able to get your groceries done and grab a coffee in one of my favorite grocery stores. For locals and grocery shoppers needing a quick coffee fix, this is a great option for you. But, for students or others looking to post up somewhere: don't expect to bring your work here. This is effectively just a coffee cart inside of Sprouts. While I have had shaky experiences with Klatch, not enjoying some drinks and poor service on occasion, I have given them another shot and they have earned redemption. I hope it will still improve--I'll continue coming here because I want to support specialty coffee in my area, and Klatch is the best and possibly only storefront around that offers specialty coffee. read more

FIVE STARS -- WOW WOW WOW! This place is amazing. When I first heard about Klatch in Rancho, I totally thought it was a regular storefront -- I actually drove right past it because I had no idea it was inside Sprouts! But let me tell you, I'm so glad I finally found it, because this location is a total gem. The lighting inside is so warm and beautiful, and the setup is cozy and inviting -- but what truly made this place shine was the unbelievable customer service I received from Andrea and Miranda. These two women are seriously the best baristas I have ever met in my life!!! I came in looking to buy espresso beans but wasn't sure which ones to get. Andrea and Miranda took the time to explain the differences between all the beans, what drinks each type is best for, and even offered me a sample shot of espresso to help me decide. Like--who does that?! It made my whole day!!! They even gave me home espresso tips, answered all my questions with so much patience, and were just incredibly kind and friendly. I honestly felt so welcomed and taken care of. Because of them, I ended up choosing the perfect beans, and I absolutely love them. They taste amazing -- smooth, bold, and perfect for my at-home drinks. And of course, I ordered a cappuccino while I was there, and it was PERFECTION. Seriously, it was better than any cappuccino I've had at any other Klatch location -- I don't know what kind of magic they put into it, but it was rich, smooth, perfectly balanced, and just next level. From now on, this is the only Klatch I'm going to. I hope I get to see Andrea and Miranda again soon -- not just for coffee, but for their kindness, knowledge, and the joy they bring. I had a very pleasant first visit to Klatch. This location is inside Sprouts grocery right in front of the check-out lanes when you walk in, to the left. The baristas were very sweet and efficient! I ordered a blended Creme Brûlée latte with Oat-milk and it was tasty. The presentation was also on point! I tried a carrot cake loaf as well which I personally did not enjoy much because of the raisins and thick carrot slices, but it would not stop me from returning. They do seem to have quite a few locations in the area too! read more

Came for opening weekend and tried their black pearl opening weekend drink. The drink was not their best. I am a huge Klatch fan, and excited they are opening in Sprouts across the IE. This location is a bit cramped in respect to the location within the grocery store. They are fighting for real estate with the customers who are in the check out lines. I love klatch coffee but ever since I order an avocado toast. The avocado was past due the taste was awful it was rancid, sour & it had an off smell. I ate half of it thinking it was just me or my taste buds. 30min later I had a stomach ache it gave me the runs. Ever since I have not returned to klatch i got grossed out.
