    Sea Cream Jasmine Tea (upsize)
    Amy N.

I'm really surprised this place doesn't have a better rating. The cafe is a really nice study spot, one of the few available in this area (as far as I'm aware). It's spacious with lots of seating and free WiFi, and almost all of the tables have access to outlets. Every time I've come here, I've had no trouble finding seats. They also have their own parking lot, so parking has never been an issue for me. I think their drinks are solid. They may not be as amazing as some other places (like Da Vien) but they're still good and more affordable. My family loves the mung bean drink here. Today I ordered the jasmine sea salt cream--solid drink. If they had one of the special lids that allow you to taste the cream while sipping the tea, it would probably be a lot better but oh well. Instead they have the typical boba film covers.

hugeeeee location and perfect place to study & grab a drink. Lots of outlets too, for those running low on power. Parking lot is also decently sized. Restroom is clean too! hard to hate a place that offers freee wifi, unless the wifi reception sucks and you have to pay for it. but this isn't one of those spots. If you are a coffee lover, i can't recommend the vietnamese coffee enough. The nuttiness from it goessss crazy.

Discovered seven leaves about two years ago so this review is overdue. This coffee shop has the best Vietnamese coffee, it's like literal heaven! The coffee is strong and the sweetness isn't too overpowering. I normally get mine easy sweet just because I don't like my coffee to be sweet in general. We always stop by when we're in the area. I do really wish there was one in the SFV ! They also have the best Thai tea in my husbands opinion. Their drinks are just so milky and if you add boba, it is sweet and chewy! If you don't like strong coffee, try their Assam milk tea or the taro milk tea. Some key things to point out * get their app to collect leaves for free drinks * there is ample seating inside if you want to come in for a coffee and study session *there's parking and it is usually easy to find parking *their drive thru is a bit narrow

This is my second time ordering the "house" drink from this location. Coffee is strong and consistent. It has just the right amount of sweetness. I went through the drive thru which seemed to be quick. Service: quick and easy. Worker was efficient. Ambiance/seating: I have not yet gone inside. It looks it would have a good amount of seating. I do not know if the seating is plus size friendly. There is a parking lot.

Their House Coffee is consistently awesome. Tea drinks are solid. Macarons are alright, not worth the price per piece. Employees are nice and drinks in-store and in drive thru are made promptly. While they have a lot of comfortable, spacious seating and lots of tables with a lower noise environment for working on laptops, studying, reading, etc than other coffee shops like Starbucks, their WiFi needs to be updated. The entire time I tried using it, it was so snail-paced slow. There were too many people using it so the network issues made for lagging WiFi, but irregardless great working WiFi shouldn't have connectivity issues despite how many people are using it in the same proximity in the same building, so they need to fix it pronto. I ended up using Personal Hotspot from my phone for using the internet on my laptop. Minus 1 star for their WiFi here.

I'm obsessed with the Mung Bean Milk Tea with pandan at 7 Leaves, it's my go-to! After spending the day at the nearby Ren Faire, we were seriously in need of something refreshing, and this totally hit the spot. My drink was just right, not overly sweet and with the perfect amount of ice. I added crystal boba this time, and it was such a good combo. My husband went with the Sunset Passion with aloe and basically downed it in one go. We grabbed our drinks to-go, and the service was super quick. Our drinks were ready in about two minutes. This location is nice and spacious with some seating available if you want to hang out. It is a great stop to cool down and rehydrate.

I am a big fan of their green thai milk tea! I got it with easy ice and easy sweet and it was perfection. I will probably opt out of their boba next time because it was a bit too hard for my liking. This location has a drive thru which makes it super convenient on the go. I was able to order and get my drink within five minutes.

Customer service is always great at this location. We love coming for their Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea. Drive through is always fast too. Been noticing the past few weeks each time we ask for light ice the cup is always filled 3/4 full of ice. This time we decided to ask for no ice and are advised by the staff that they have a "no ice policy". If you request no ice they will only fill up your cup 3/4 full of your beverage. If you want your complete drink with no ice they charge $1.25 extra. Again, staff is respectful, and I appreciate their transparency but it's definitely frustrating and a disservice to the customer as we would need to pay an extra $1.25 just to receive the drink your ordering at the price you believe it costs. Unsure if this is a location policy or company policy..

Metal piece in Sea Cream Jasmine Tea.

On 02/20/2026 I visited 7 Leaves at 3:18pm. I ordered a large Sea Cream Jasmine Tea. Halfway through my drink, I felt something in my mouth and thought it may have been a tea leaf, but I was shocked to see it was a small, thin piece of metal, similar to the length of a staple. I have frequented 7 Leaves several times a week for many years. I often go to the Rowland Heights location and have never had an issue with service or drinks. I don't know how something like this can happen, but please be mindful of preparation and workspace practices. This situation could have been dangerous had I not noticed or if it happened to another customer. When I contacted the store after getting off of work, the staff was very apologetic and offered to remake my drink; however, I did not feel comfortable with doing so.

Consistent drinks. Love that this location has a drive thru, and a big lobby to get comfy to enjoy our yummy refreshments.

I made my second visit here in one week after avoiding this place for done reason. It has suddenly become such a cool place to simply come in (or use the drive-thru) to buy a cup of tea and simply relax and contemplate how great life truly is and how blessed I am many times over. Service here is always 5 star service and the variety of teas offered is awesome.

This is my 4th visit and happy to see the addition of seasonal drinks and HOT beverages. This is especially important now that we are entering Winter. I ordered the flavor of the month, Peppermint Bliss, it was mild and just right, not overly sweet. My previous visits was for a hot Chai Latte (tea) and was disappointed it was not on the menu. In my first and second visits, I enjoyed the refreshing Strawberry Hibiscus tea with real bits of diced strawberries and their Sunset Passion fruit drink. Also on featured on the menu are small bites: Macaroons, Coffles and Croissants. I noticed a ham and cheese breakfast sandwich, but have not tried it. You may dine in, or use the convenient drive-thru service. Delivery to your home or office is also an available option. They are open 7 days a week, drop on by and don't forget to tell'em that Rosemary sent ya.

7 Leaves Cafe (Covina) is a hidden gem. The drinks are refreshing, delicious, and great value. The staff is fast, helpful, and welcoming. The location is clean, large, and comfortable. Free wifi, electrical sockets, and comfy seating only adds to 7 Leaves Cafe (Covina) experience. I ordered the Mung Bean Milk Tea ($5.50) and added honey boba (90 cents). Delicious! The drink tasted fresh and sweet. It had a delightful depth of savoriness as the finely mashed sweet beans complimented the milk tea. The honey boba was soft, bouncy, and fresh. Yum! Service is friendly and fast. The drink took one minute and 18 seconds. Quick! The male cashier also offered to clarify and explain any menu items. Helpful! 7 Leaves Cafe (Covina) is clean and large. It's quiet and well-ventilated. It's a wonderful place to study or work on a laptop. The location also includes a drive-thru and a private parking lot. 7 Leaves Cafe (Covina) is superb! Delicious drinks, friendly service, and comfortable ambiance. If you need a place to study and work, I happily recommend! Amazing hidden location!!

We parked in the structure behind the restaurant. On weekends, parking is free for an indefinite amount of time. When we entered, we were greeted by the friendly staff and got a table by the window. The space is bright and filled with calming green accents and plants. The menu is simple and well curated. I briefly read some of the reviews while at the restaurant and they didn't lie, the crispy pork belly is a must. We ordered the Chili Oil Toast which comes with pork belly and avocado. If you're into numbing spice and a lot of chili oil, this dish is definitely for you. My tolerance is pretty weak, but the flavor is amazing! The house-made bread was extra crispy and delicious, but the pork belly... you'll just need to try it for yourself! My favorite was the Breakfast Burrito. This item was healthy and easy to eat. The egg was fluffy, the avocado was fresh, the turkey bacon added the perfect amount of salt, and the sweet potato balanced the salt. For the drinks, the Spanish Latte (hot) was a clear winner. The Matcha Latte was equally great, but needed a bit more syrup, which they kindly provided on the side. Highly recommend checking this place out when they have live DJs too! Customers are also free to sign up to DJ. The sets for sign ups start from 3PM to 9PM on Saturday.

Food-wise, we couldn't have asked for better. The pork belly was absolutely delicious, the sourdough bread was perfectly soft, and the potatoes were seasoned just right. I'm not usually a big coffee drinker, but their iced vanilla latte won me over. Add in the DJ playing chill background music and the overall friendly atmosphere, and you've got a spot that nails both the food and the experience. Highly recommend if you want a meal that feels like more than just a transaction!

Someone has spent a lot of time creating such a detailed space. I'm not into anime, Pokémon, or fighting card games, but I still enjoyed seeing everything. I ordered the blueberry matcha. As the worker was making it, I noticed they used a matcha whisk. It was fresh, not from a squeeze bottle or premade, which made me happy. I feel that when matcha is made fresh it tastes better and more care goes into the drink and the craft. I will say the cold foams were in a squeeze bottle and premade. The worker said they're made fresh daily, which does add some comfort, but I still prefer them made to order. Anyway, I received my drink and gave it a taste. The matcha itself was very good--nicely blended and refreshing. I could taste the blueberry nicely. I believe the oat milk enhances the flavor and gives it more depth. Next time I'll try some of their food. This review is solely for the blueberry matcha.

I ordered the Haise Coffee (horchata with espresso doppio), and my boyfriend had the Chocolate Abuelita Latte. Both were rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. We also lucked out and got the last slice of their Cookie Butter Cheesecake, which was a perfect sweet treat to go with our drinks. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and genuinely friendly service.
