You consistently see staff cleaning and maintaining the gym. And I don't mean a superficial clean either. I love that I can be assured that the staff is always going above and beyond to maintain a clean environment and all I have to worry about is people wiping down the equipment after they use it. Customer service and staff: 4/5 Overall, the staff is friendly. They typically always welcome everyone in and say bye when leaving. You don't typically find the front desk unattended but during certain times when only one person is working, you may have to wait a few moments if you want to use the black card amenities. Equipment: 4/5 There is a good assortment of equipment and weights. They do not have as much new equipment as some of the newer PF locations in the surrounding area but they a good assortment of weight machines. And a few newer ones that they didn't have before. It would be amazing if they had free weights added to the Room where you can work with a personal trainer or really just the area where people do workouts with mats. When I went to another location and they had the free weights on stands that you could use in there, I was thinking all locations should have that. Black card amenities: they don't have as luxurious massage chairs as other locations but these chairs do the job. The tanning beds and booths are top notch and excellent. The hydra bed and lounges are also great amenities to take advantage of. I have yet to use the red light booth but plan on it. Culture of the gym is a very mixed vibe. There is often a large assortment of people. Teens, senior citizens, middle age like myself, newbies and avid gym goers, as well as a few muscle body builders. But I never come to the gym and feel uncomfortable. I never feel like I'm in a space I don't belong. Instead I feel comfortable and happy and know that I can get a great workout in. Even on busy days, it's pretty easy to rotate between the machines. It may be harder to use the machine with the cables and pulleys as these are very popular and it may be hard to get a bench right away by the dumbbells and barbells but with a little patience you can get access to one. Overall, this gym is definitely one of my favorite locations when it comes to comfortability and accessibility to equipment.

I've had three personal trainers for different programs that was interested in and I found Kelly Smith to be particularly helpful in dealing with some issues I had with sciatica.. she emphasized how you can develop strength and mobility, making my workout time more efficient. Her glutes and sciatica training were extremely helpful and I have not seen those exercises in any online videos.

Nick brings great knowledge, energy, and encouragement to every session. He carefully watches every movement, ensuring proper form and making adjustments so I'm training safely and effectively. He consistently pushes me out of my comfort zone -- every workout leaves me with nothing left in the tank. The gym provides a cleaning solution and towels for members to wipe down equipment, and the community at Anytime are serious about their workout and sanitize after themselves. One thing I also appreciate is how I've never had to skip a movement because of the equipment was occupied. People do what they need to do and quickly move on. In previous gyms, my fitness journey was negatively impacted because of unmitigated crowds, or people who were busier browsing their phones than getting to work. Anytime has been the better gym in Seattle I've been at. The staff is helpful. The community seems goal-oriented and respectful of others they are sharing a space with.

I left it starred on Google for a couple weeks and eventually decided to schedule an appointment to check it out. Upon my first arrival, I came in anxious, and completely unsure of why I came, and what to do. I was greeted by Francisco, and he welcomed me with open arms. In fact, he joked a lot. The anxiety I had when I first came in completely went away as soon as I met him. He was very informative and very understanding towards how I was, and he helped me to figure out which payment plan would be the best for me. They don't try to scam or get money out of you at all, they will actually help to make you pay less where they can. Their main goal is clearly not money here, but the well being of the people that come through their doors. They have training sessions that can come off a bit pricey, but they are incredibly informative and helpful. Without their guidance, I would feel completely demotivated to keep coming, but what both Francisco and Crisantos have shown is that they care about my fitness journey, and will help in anyway they can. It is not easy going into a gym, as it can be a change in your daily life, and consistency is a big key part of it. Francisco and Crisantos have made the journey worthwhile for me by taking the time to talk and figure out ways to make the journey easier. They care, and they will make time for you, despite the fact that they are a bit understaffed. It's only Francisco and Cristantos running the gym and they have a lot of people every day to train, and run classes with, but you can always see them walking around and ask them for any help or let them know what's going on and they'll always give their two cents. If it wasn't for them, I'd be coming into the gym completely demotivated after the first month, or possibly even week. As for the gym itself, it is pretty small, no lie, but the nice thing is that there are a lot of hours when there isn't too many people, so if you're a socially anxious person like me, don't worry, it's a very welcoming, friendly and calm environment. They have bathrooms with showers, all the cardio equipment you'll need in your life, an area with benches and weights, barbells, abs machines, arms machines, legs machines, and a nice little studio with mirrors. The studio is a very nice touch to the gym, but sometimes they use it for team training, which you can attend any time they have it. Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience here. I came in as a socially anxious, not ready for this type of change, not sure what I was doing type of person, to a I know who I want to be, what I need to do to change it, and what I want, thanks to Francisco and Crisantos. So what are you waiting for? Take a chance on this gym and see what can happen. You'll be surprised with how easy and outgoing this gym can be, and if you're just barely starting your fitness journey, this is the place to do it. I've been to other AF locations, and they are bigger, but I'll always come to this one because of Francisco and Crisantos.
