Let me start this review with "hey girl".... My favorite greeting from Carlie every time I arrive! Klickway is our neighborhood gym...it's a welcoming and comfortable environment, just the right size, with great equipment and staff. I have been active and enjoyed exercise my whole life: I own a Peloton, hike, did the one-day STP, and have had other gym memberships in the past. Despite all of this, I've been intimidated by weightlifting- until I met Brandon. I've been working with Brandon twice a week for nearly 3 months and have never been this consistent. Brandon is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I trust him, and have gone from being intimidated by weight lifting to feeling comfortable at the gym. I'm seeing results I couldn't get on my own. Brandon is also an expert in mobility and he runs weekly classes that focus on increasing flexibility, range of motion, and strength through focused mobility work. I have been coming to this gym for over 2 years now, back before it was KlickWay Athletics. The transition to the new ownership was very smooth and improvements to the gym have been great. The patrons are of all sorts, from absolute beginners just starting on their journey, to people that make you wonder how the @#%&! do they do that?! I personally am extremely far from having the Greek god physique, in fact I'm still rather doughy, but I've never felt any judgement about my appearance from anyone. I have been working with a trainer, Cliff, for almost the entire time I've been going, and he has been terrific at meeting me where I'm at physically, while also challenging me to improve. Just started back to the gym after several years. Klickway Gym is outstanding. I was a little intimidated but from day 1 they made me feel comfortable and part of the KlickWay Team. They are professional and want to help you meet your goals. The entire staff is amazing but if your looking for a trainer ask for Danny he is extremely knowledgeable, sets up a plan specific plan for your goals, and then motivates you to achieve them. As far as nutrition, Brian is the absolute best. So much knowledge, meets you were you are at and the helps you build. Lastly, Carlie the manager is amazing. The gym has a very good vibe. I'm glad I joined this gym and I wanted to work with a personal trainer to get reacquainted with going to the gym. I love my sessions with Personal Trainer, Danny Palmer because he responds to my specific needs. He has a lot of knowledge and provides the right amount of challenging training I need in order to be fit and strong. He's personable and patient. He always encourages me to have confidence in my ability to lift heavier, just a little bit more, week-by-week. I started my journey at Klickway about 2 months ago. Everyone is extremely welcoming and I feel like I am part of a community there. I have been training with Brandon since I started and really value him as a trainer. At first I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money on personal training, but I am really glad I have invested in it. I wanted to make progress and I knew I needed a consistent program and to know the proper way to use the equipment. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens to my goals, concerns, and takes my mobility challenges into consideration when programing my workouts. This gym is a scam. About a year and a half ago, I wanted to cancel my membership and my card and account remained on file and was continued to be charged despite my cancellation. I went in person to request the card be removed from their system and they said it can only be removed via email.... Ok? So I did that and it seemed for a while that my card and account were removed. Fast forward a year and a half later and I was seeing charges from the gym again on my card. I disputed the charges and reported fraud. This is unacceptable and a complete violation of privacy and security. I urge people to think of this before using this gym. read more
