Well worth it, IMHO. A lot cheaper to do Iron therapy than sitting down with a shrink. All of the equipment is modern and there are no signs of extreme wear and tear. Eric doesn't just teach you boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, or jiu-jitsu, he teaches you a way to think about martial arts in general---relying on technique, energy, and leverage instead of strength to defeat your opponents. He is also ALWAYS willing to help out and ask any questions---no private lessons required. I was intimidated at first because the only martial arts experience I had prior to going enrolling in Ring Demon was a few weeks of trial classes and a year of karate way back in high school. But the school's approach to helping new students learn and integrate made me get past my comfort zone and eventually be comfortable enough to learn and spar.
