I took it to the dealer and was told that the best I could do would be a reconditioned unit at a base of $450.00. Pricey, especially for a previously abused unit. I've used Darylls in the past and thought "why not?". Let's give them a call. $392.00 for a brand new unit. Touch screen. All sorts of stuff that will take me months to figure out. They also paired my cell with the unit!!! The $392.00 is the final cost. Taxes, cables, install....all included. Very happy. I do have instructions manuals - which I will never use. Very happy with the product. I will figure it out someday. Looks cool. And I may not answer my fone for a bit. Perfection takes time.

I was scheduled to have my car dropped off at 9:30am, anticipating it to be gone for the entire day. They gave me the option to upgrade my basic starter (but I opted not to.) They said to come around before they were scheduled to close if they didn't give me a call beforehand, but instillation for it didn't take any longer than 5 hours. They called me at about 2:30pm and I went to pick it up at 4. Like a breeze! The guys here were very kind, straight to business. As a woman I didn't feel undermined in the slightest, as I have in the past when dealing with automotive business. Thanks, Darrylls! I'm definitely recommending their services to people I know!

Joe was the person who helped me, mostly via email but also over the phone. He was excellent at keeping in touch and letting me know what was going on. The bike was shipped as promised on time and well crated. Friendly, helpful communication including a follow-up to make sure everything was received in good order. I had an good experience purchasing a motorcycle from Kustom Workz, and I do recommend them.

Liked the seat and went ahead and ordered the pillion adventure seat the next week during business hours. Wasn't even an hour later and I already had an e-mail saying the seat has shipped. Only regret is I should have ordered both seats at once to save on shipping but that's not the shop's problem--I wanted to make sure I liked the first seat before ordering the second so that's all on me. Overall excellent service and I will definitely be purchasing here again.

First off they are way over priced compared to others in the area(ziebart is the best). Second after picking up the car, he gave a demo of the starter and after starting it, the parking/hazard light continue to flash as long as the car is running (extremely annoying) and people question why your car is blinking. Third is that when you open the door the car shuts down causing you to restart after entering (very annoying). After having ziebart rewired it neither of these things happen. These guys cut corner and don't install them correctly to do a quick job of it and take your money. Afterry calling them back they claim they don't wire the correct way because it voids warranty... which is complete bullshit. After talking to all the other installers in the area they say that is false does not effect warranty. Do your self a favor and take your stuff to ziebart instead of these unprofessional scam artist.
