David genuinely took the time to explain what could possibly be happening and even offered to walk me through steps on how to safely shut off the water. He offered to swing by and give me a free inspection. David showed up around 6:30 pm. What was suppose to be a quick 15 minute inspection turned into a 3 hour visit. David was patient and helpful. He ended up doing several things for us at no extra charge, which showed he actually cared about helping rather than just making a sale. He gave us a quote and I was sold!
