This is what welcome and warmth are about. My first time there it felt like a hug. The owner is a pillar of the community helping homeless vets. The staff is some of the kindest I've ever met. Along with some quick homemade fan favorites, I will be back with my family!

Discovered this place from the business owner Nelly, she was in the area passing out menus for their family owned restaurant "Fly By Cafe" she mentioned they've been around for about a year now and since Covid just been trying to keep the business rolling. After reviewing the menu, we were in for a treat. They serve Breakfast all day along with lunch items as well. The have a wide variety of things from tacos, burritos, subs, wraps, etc. I was told they have the best tacos and on Tuesdays offer tacos for only $1 which is a pretty good pitch lol. If you call prior to ordering they'll have it ready in a jiffy. Catering is also available for parties and special events. The restaurant is also available for private events and gatherings, just call for details. Veterans and First Responders receive 5% discount on your meal! I went with a chicken burrito which consisted of rice, home fries, onions, peppers, cheese and of course chicken, was pretty decent in size and for $8.25 not too bad in price either. All in all was very pleased with my whole experience and definitely will be back to try out a few other items listed on the menu. Just want to say I wish you guys the best and may your establishment become flooded with business. Thank You Nelly!

My son had the Niagara Falls Crepe and said it was the BEST he has ever had. Honestly, I had to look up what a galette was. I had the bacon, Brie, galette, as per recommended by the waitress. Early afternoon not long before they closed to break and then begin dinner service prep. We were the last brunch patrons of the day. Only critique might be on their ventilation system. It was a bit smoky in the dining area. Most likely coming from the kitchen. No burnt smell, just a bit of haze. Atmosphere was quiet (of course. There were only a few tables eating at that time) and cozy. Decor is very Parisienne. My wife has been to Paris and she recalled cafés just like this one. Stacy was our server. She was very nice and very friendly. Exceptionally knowledgeable about the dishes and the story of the café. There was a sense of pride when she spoke of the café that did not go unnoticed. Food was delivered in good time. What was supposed to be hot was hot & cold, cold. We had: Thalassa (Galette) La Baraka (Crepe) La Complete (Galette) Cappuccino (2) Beer (local, Sleeman Original Lager) Bread with Butter & Strawberry Jam Suffice to say that EVERYTHING was delicious. That's, actually, an understatement. One bite of his La Complete and my brother in law said, "Dude, you gotta taste this!! And he was right..amazing." My dish was the Thalassa, because I adore smoked salmon. It was fresh, bright and it was my first time having caviar. I thought that I would love it and I did. Then, my wife's dish, the sweet La Baraka. O M G! Nothing like it. Sweet but not too sweet and come to find out from Stacy that all the components are made from scratch. The salted butter caramel & the Chantilly. Idk how it's made but I'm going to learn how to make that Chantilly. Soooo good! Also, the Cappuccino here is outstanding. My wife made the mistake of letting me try some. She had to order another! Delectable. The bread, of course, is House-made, as you'd expect. This was the kind of experience I look for, especially, when I travel. I would love to eat here again before we leave in a few days. We'll see.... There are many more experiences to have. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. 5/5

Service from the bartender was great. He offered up some suggestions, which I needed because they have a large menu loaded with so many appetizing and amazing looking options. I started with their potstickers... They came out with a hard, fried shell and the dipping sauce went nicely with them. Enough to share, or even enough to enjoy and still have room for an entrée. My main dish was their Chicken & Waffle. This isn't some ordinary chicken and waffle, it's definitely an amped up version, made with unique and interesting ingredients, culminating in great flavors! The chicken was so large and very tender - it was amazing! The bacon and sauce on top went with it nicely, and the chive waffle was great with it! Each bite was definitely amazing! This was a great experience, I can see why they have so many reviews and such high stars, those are well-deserved stars!! Definitely recommend stopping in here!

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made it even more enjoyable. I ordered fried calamari along with single chicken wings tossed in an Asian sweet and spicy sauce--both dishes were flavorful and satisfying. The combination of crispy textures and bold flavors really stood out. What made the experience even better was the service. Our server was amazing--attentive, friendly, and truly great at her job. She made us feel welcome from the start. I always enjoy trying new places, and this visit did not disappoint. If you're looking for an American restaurant near Niagara Falls, this is definitely worth trying. We ended the meal with a delicious dessert, which was the perfect sweet finish to a great experience.

Lol at least to me since I'm not familiar with the area. Everything seemed reasonably priced. My friends ordered chicken & biscuits and a southwest chicken wrap. I & one other friend ordered the fried bologna sandwich. The sandwich was good except the roll seemed too small. I mentioned the pricing before specifically because the bologna sandwich was listed at $6.50, or so I thought. When the bill came it was $11. Since the other person who also ordered it didn't say anything I thought I must have seen it wrong & just paid the bill. Well, to my surprise, when I got home & checked my pictures, it was $6.50! I'm not sure if it was just a mistake on the bill or if the menu is that much off on what they're currently charging. Either way, it left a bad taste in my mouth, not caused by the actual good. Based on the food and the service, I'd probably recommend this place but not sure after that incident. 2024-40

If you are fortunate, you will discover one or more amazing places to enjoy a good start to your day. We had such a discovery on a raining windy Monday morning in North Tonawanda. Figmor Cafe Is at the end of the block on which the Riviera theater sits. The exterior is appealing but when you open the door you will be welcome. with love and happiness. the interior is absolutely a comforting type of place to enjoy a breakfast or another meal. we were seated pretty close to the front door, but I soon discovered a really cool back room and an outdoor enclosed patio. The staff member told me it was too windy and rainy to see people on the patio on this day. the menu has all the classics but it also has some really special special menu items created just for this eatery. They had several different Benny's but most importantly they had authentic homemade corned beef hash, which is always my test of a place that serves breakfast. I went for their cowboy Benny which had corned beef hash underneath the perfectly prepared eggs. Their home fries were just right with peppers and onions (there is a slight up charge). My dining partners' selections were prepared perfectly as well!! perfectly prepared food that tasted delicious with a great atmosphere and superb staff! My coffee was so good and the waitress kept a careful eye and when the cup dropped below the midpoint level she was there to top it off. One of the pleasant surprises was Joe who knew where I lived in New Jersey and had vacationed in Ocean City, New Jersey which was the vacation location of one of us but during her youth. what a great place for breakfast and I'm sure we will return there again. upon leaving. Joe gave us each a lollipop and I even got a chest bump from Joe!
