Kneaders has a rewards program that is a scam. I have over 1500 points on my app and I went into the store today to use them. The cashier looked up my phone number and told me I only had 53 points. I showed her my account on my app showing 1584 points and she told me I'd have to use them on the app since she only showed 53. Ok, so I went to the app and tried to use them that way but then I just got errors that the products were not found. I was still unable to use my points. I asked for help multiple times but no one at kneaders cared and I was finally told there was nothing they could do. On our way to Bass Pro Shop we noticed this little bakery. Decided to grab something to go since BPS wasn't open yet. Pleasant surprise. Inside was cute, made me wish we had planned to stay and eat..cross between a Panera Bread and a European cafe. Staff was friendly and there was a beautiful selection of pastries and breads. I had the bacon, cheese and egg croissant with a caramel macchiato. Hubby had the sausage, cheese and egg croissant and coke zero. The croissants were huge and flaky and definitely freshly baked. Well, in the past I would have given them a 5-star rating. Anyway, we went to Kneaders (Bass Pro area). I ordered a Chicken, Ham and cheese on a ciabatta to-go. When we got home we noted that the chicken/ham and cheese was all but non-existent. Combined it might have come to just short of an ounce. The chicken was a tiny, maybe 1 inch by 1/4 inch, on one side of the sandwich, the ham wasn't really distinguishable, however it was easy to see the silver dollar size pool of melted cheese over top of them. I would have preferred that they charge me more for the sandwich and include the meat as opposed to charge me and omit the meat! Needless to say, they cheated us, so we are done with them! read more

I really love this place. They have my favorite salad in town- the turkey bacon avocado salad. (But please note they just changed their salads and now this salad has cheese on it.) I love the turkey they serve at Kneaders. I also love all the breads. And my top favorite item is the raspberry bread pudding! I was impressed to learn that the desserts are homemade- they have an incredible selection. I also like the little gift/decor section they have and I have found many cute things over time there. The wood booths aren't the most comfortable but I appreciate the booths instead of tables. They have a good rewards program/app too. And they play fun music! I do miss when they would serve the salads in bowls where you could easily toss your salad dressing in- now they are served full in plastic to go containers (which makes it really hard to add your dressing) with plastic silverware- that's the main negative! This place was so good, I went two days in a row. Chicken salad on croissant was yummy, little on the saltier side. Has a nice crunch with the water chestnut inside. Side salad was average, but the packaged balsamic vinaigrette was a nice touch. Tomato soup was also delicious, has a thinner consistency which I prefer for my soups. My order was to be ready at 1703 and I didn't get my food until 1734. I waited and waited, I got the text confirmation when I got there that my food would be out "shortly." I am pregnant therefore going inside is not an option to avoid Covid exposure. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to call and was on hold for another 15 minutes. First the good: excellent service, social distancing, and keeping customers safe within the restaurant. Ordering either through the drive through or the website is easy-peasy (just remember to click 'confirm' on your order at the end!). Partook in the thai chicken salad and the turkey avocado. The spicy dressing in the former was very tasty, and the sourdough bread with the latter was fresh. However, the salads were meh, with the amount of protein frankly difficult to find. The greenery was, while not wilted, not particularly fresh, manifest by lack of crunchy mouth feel. It wasn't bad, but rather mediocre, and for the price of about $10/salad, the expectations were higher. It's convenient for those up north, so perhaps that's what one is paying for, but there are other places you might choose for better value. read more
