Food is good, but their delivery system to patrons is severely flawed! Walking around a busy restaurant asking people of they have the name listed on a ticket is just plain stupid. Kneaders fix this issue and I'll return. read more

Great food, pastries. Service could use improvement for sure -- wait time much longer than it should be in my opinion. They do not seem to be using all employees for optimal service. We had breakfast (which was delicious), but self service coffees were completely empty and silverware nowhere to be found. It does seem improved overall each time so hopefully they are working on these issues before they lose the business in Parker! To the person who commented about crying children -- that is Parker! Young families which we love so we must be tolerant and expect that at a casual restaurant. read more

I really like the food, breads, etc. Frequent the Parker location once a week. My only complaint is the order process. Takes forever! Very rarely do they have more than one order taker, regardless of how many people are in line. Today, it took longer to place my order than it took to eat my sandwich. If they would take some time to look around and correct this problem it would go a long way. I frequent the location in Surprise, AZ during my winter visits, and same thing, so it's just not a Parker thing. Have walked out a few times, because of this situation. read more

Kind of surprised a bakery is not open until 7AM. Guess they miss customers on the way to work.

I have never been disappointed with this place. The Mexican hot chocolate is worth a try. Very tasty. Some of their breads are very good, but others are average. Some of the desserts are good while others are average. I have never had a bad sandwich. My kids love the breakfast. It is a very solid choice. I would definitely rank it above Panera Bread. read more

I was going to Kneaders quite a bit until I found a bug in my salad. So, I understand bugs can be found in lettuce and accepted a gift card from the manager. However, I just went there to use my gift card and was sampling a piece of bread when I discovered there was a hair baked into the bread. I don't think I will be going back. read more

I noticed a new Kneaders is being planned for the Southlands area in Aurora, CO so I decided to stop by and try the Parker location. I was hoping for an almond croissant. Unfortunately they were sold out at 10:30 am. I took that as a good sign and ordered a lemon pastry and coffee. It was delicious. I decided to get a loaf of the Cinnamon Bread to go. I just opened it and cut a slice. Oh my goodness. It is moist, heavy (how I like my breads), just the right amount of sugar and cinnamon. Not too sweet. Perfect with my coffee. Oh yes... The coffee tasted great too. The interior reminds of cafes in my home town St. Louis. It didn't have the feel of a chain restaurant. And the staff were phenomenal. I will be a repeat customer... Early (to make sure I get a croissant next time) and often. It was great to find a well done and tasty bakery/cafe. read more

I've been here twice and just wasn't impressed. My first impression is that it was overly crowded and had a disorganized feel to everything. They are building two new restaurants fairly close to me so I may give one of those a try. I have no desire to go back to this one. I don't even remember what I had to eat but it didn't leave an impression one way or another. read more

Good but kind of pricey in my opinion. Chicken pesto panini was tasty... but it set me back 10 bucks (ask them to put pesto butter on both sides of the bread!). I went back and asked for some water, charged me $1.93. $12 is a little much for lunch . read more

Disgusting. Turkey was pink. Napoleon was not a real napoleon. Sandwiches were average and the pastries we tried were less than average. Will not be back anytime soon. read more

Had an outstanding experience at the Kneaders Parker Colorado location yesterday! Their employee, Allison, and the owner, went out of their way to help me when one of my children needed assistance while I was stuck in the drive thru (it was lunch time and being such a popular location, there were cars both in front of me and behind me so I couldn't get out of line). Besides the AMAZING food that I received in my order (you have to try the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and the double chocolate brownie!), the incredible staff makes this location the BEST in Colorado! I've only once had a good experience here, and I'm not coming back. Most recently, after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through for a sandwich and a tea with honey, the manager gave me my sandwich, charged my card, and then decided to tell me they didn't have honey and didn't give me my tea regardless - but still charged me the additional $2. I've ordered drinks here in the past and the staff does not seem to know how to make them. Ordered a frozen chai and after 10 minutes was given a 3/4 filled cup of milky chai water with two ice cubes. I love that it is a Christian business but it's not living up to the other Kneaders I've been to. read more

I think I'm finally done giving Kneaders in Parker a fair chance. Back to Panera I go. It's bad enough that they are always so slow to make a sandwich. Today, I grabbed a sandwich at the drive thru and took it back to work. I got halfway through the sandwich before I notice that they put a rotten price of lettuce on my sandwich. And I mean rotting. The stem was completely brown and had speckles of what I could only think might be mold. How hard is it to look at a price of lettuce and determine that it's old and should likely be tossed? On top of that, I ordered the house parmesan chips and there were hardly any chips in the bag when I opened them. Kneaders, I kept going back to you even through I've was never impressed with you from the beginning. But know, with this poor quality of food, I'm done. You've lost a customer for good. read more

So breakfast is great. French dip was a joke. Loaf of bread with a single slice of meat. For almost 9.70$ with a soda? No thanks.

First time visit. Ordered my food, sat down and looked around at the decor. Food not worth the money. Looked up and was shocked to see dust falling onto the counter above the register where food is handed to you. The air vent was caked with dust and dirt and so were the surrounding tiles. When I brought this to the attention of the manager her comment was Oh, the staff and I were just talking about a cleaning party, then laughed. I can not imagine what the kitchen hoods look like. read more

Salads are not great--very few toppings. Sandwiches are pretty good except chicken salad on croissant was terrible. Nothing health concoius. My husband loves the tuna on nutty bread. I prefer not to go since everything is so high calorie. If you want breads or desserts, this is a good choice. read more

I absolutely love kneaders! They have the best sandwiches in town, definitely a step up from Panera. If your looking for a quality place for a quick bite to eat I would definitely recommend!! Kneaders is also a fantastic place to grab desert, with some of the best pastries, pies, cookies, and brownies you could imagine! Definitely stop in if you're wanting a good meal. read more

Tried this new place 2 times now, and thought I'd offer some feedback. Pros: Everything looks delicious. Cases full of cupcakes, cookies, bread pudding, ahh! I've been for dinner, and breakfast, and the food was pretty good, not outstanding, but tasty. Similar to Panera. I'd probably return for the Chunky Cinnamon French Toast!Cons: I had heard people say that this would be a less expensive version of Panera, not so...just as expensive, maybe more so. You can order your entrée, but the then add-ons, just to get a drink, make it more expensive than it should be. There is a little shop in the center which is kind of confusing. Think Cracker Barrel meets Panera. Odd really.The customer service and staff conduct here needs to the most help. The staff seems kinda blah, not engaged, they don't seem happy to be there, not happy to serve you. For example, the clerk this morning was busy when we came in doing her morning work. We came to the counter and she said, "I'll help you after I make some coffee." Huh? So, we sat and waited. Also, at the baked goods, there are no prices on anything, how weird?!! I asked a gal who came out with baked goods how to find the prices. She was kind, but admitted she had no idea. "Sorry." Before I plan to buy a dozen cookies, or breads, I'd like to have an idea of the price. I've never been to a bakery with no price on the item. One final note, at dinner, we were there kind of late after a school event, and wanted to visit as a family at 9:25, (the restaurant closes at 10pm), they came out with full size loud vacuums and began vacuuming around the tables. Another gal came out with a mop and bucket close to our table. She told her peer that she wanted to mop but the water smelled like "spoiled milk". Between the loud vacuum and the spoiled milk, we were ready to go, after spending quite a bit of money. They need some tune ups here, quickly. read more

Visited Kneaders in Parker, Co on 10/24/14. Walked in and though, "cute place". Stood in line a few minutes to place our order, no big deal. Filled our drinks and searched for a clean table. Only a few to be had. Waited, and waited and waited some more for our chicken pesto paninni and pumpkin cheesecake to arrive. 15+ minutes later, it shows up cold and soggy, minuscule amount of chicken on the sandwich and the only other thing adorning the plate, a dill pickle spear. For $8.39 this was not a good value for the money. Had to hunt down napkins and only found a brown sleeve of them sitting by the empty dispenser waiting to be refilled and sitting by the cash register. No clerk or cashier around at that time and people are standing in line. It's a self busing establishment, and I don't mind that but when the tables aren't being cleaned when they aren't busy, what happens when they are busy. I was not impressed with quality or quantity of food, let alone the service or cleanliness of the place. I wasn't even there during the rush hour. My order was placed at 4:16:19 pm. Not exactly rush hour on a Friday. No thanks, not going back. read more

I really like the food and have eaten there maybe 10 times so I would like to give it a better rating, but there is one glaring problem in my opinion, which is frustrating and I really wish they would fix it. They have 2 registers up front and a side one that is for..... something? I don't know what since I have never seen it used. The problem is they simply don't seem to open more than one register at a time, no matter how busy it is. Consequently you always have to wait and wait, and at lunchtime the line can be almost out the door. In cold weather I have seen people open the door, see the line and turn around and leave. The cashier is generally very friendly but it takes time for people to order, pick their bread and make a decision about their combos and so on, and with one register it all takes far longer than it should. If people only have one hour for lunch it seems like they would avoid coming here. Many times I've been tempted to go back for dessert or to buy some bread but one look at the line and I don't even bother. This has probably happened at least 5 times. Having an extra person work even just an 11-2 shift and paying them what, 9 or 10 an hour, would be worthwhile to speed up the line, keep people from leaving and make it easier to purchase bread or desserts on the way out. read more
