I went to the Kneaders in Parker, Co today. Horrible experience. I placed an order for a chicken pesto sandwich to go. When I got home the sandwich had one little strip of chicken on one half and no chicken on the other half. There was no pesto on the sandwich. The sandwich was soggy from a half of slice of tomato and soggy lettuce. Beware ordering any to go order from this place. read more

I have been to several Kneaders and have excellent service and products but my visit to Kneaders in Parker Colorado was more than disappointing. I went through the drive up,first of all I ordered and given the total which was way more than the advertised price on the menu. When i questioned the employee, she said that they have a new menu with the price changes but haven't put it up. I told her that customers do not want to look at an advertised price and then get charged a higher price and she simply said,well I told you the correct price. The breakfast sandwich was less than satisfactory and the quality of the croissant was low grade. I do not recommend this Kneaders to anyone unless you want to bend over and give them your wallet for lousy service and low grade food. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there. Was rather surprised today when my wife brought our breakfast back home today for we've never had a bad order from this location or any other Kneaders. There has been an occasional long wait but the food was always worth it. The only thing that was not black and burned was the cheese otherwise the crossants, sausage, and egg where scortched. Don't place a pick up order here even during slow times. I placed one well in advance and came in and still waited over twenty minutes for my order to be ready with no acknowledgment while I stood there the entire time. Ironically we visited this Kneaders in Parker on October 1, 2021 around 4:15. My husband placed his order first which took 15 minutes because the lady couldn't input anything correctly. One bowl of clam chowder soup, a club sandwich and a drink. I begin to give her my order and she was still working on my husbands. She forgot to add his sandwich. Finally we get to me. So I went to kneaders this evening, and my child wanted to Sprite to drink, unfortunately, they didn't have the kids size cups available, so I asked could we just have a small and I pay a little extra, and the answer was no. No we cannot do that. No we cannot do that. It's either milk or chocolate milk. So I get up to the window and I ask what if my child is lactose tolerant, and then he says then we'll offer Apple juice. And I'm like can't I have a small Sprite I pay more, and the answer was no. So while I love kneaders, they have great food generally they have good service, this service experience was not what I expected. If your drive through is going to take THIRTY MINUTES to get through 6 orders, then AT LEAST have the ability for people to get OUT of the drive through. I arrived at 11AM to find out they were out of all breakfast pastries, but I was stuck in the drive through line anyway so I ordered an iced coffee. 30 minutes later, finally get to the drive through window. No apology for the wait and charged the whopping $2 for a subpar iced coffee that I was essentially forced into getting since there is no exit from the drive through line. Well I tried to like this place. I really did. This is my second time here, my first time here was when they first opened. I didn't even write a review because they were just getting started and I thought it would be unfair. Well it has been a year now, just really seems unorganized. You wait in line and make your order at the register. They ask you for your name and you sit anywhere you like. Then some poor kid comes with arms loaded down with plates yelling your name "Billy,Billy,Billy" he does this every minute or so while orders are being filled. It's the most annoying thing ever. A number system would be much nicer. The place is so busy that nobody wipes the tables down (imagine eating on a table after a group of kids just had pancakes and unlimited French toast). Ok, that's the service part of it.... The food is actually not bad at all. The breakfast sandwiches are average but with just a little bit of love could be excellent. I had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. 3 1/2 stars. Two minutes in an oven to melt the cheese and make it warm would give it five stars. The kids had pancakes and French toast. Both of them warm and not hot at all. Overall I thought they tasted pretty good but for some reason the kids didn't like them. I am completely obsessed with the TBA (turkey, bacon and avocado) salad and the kale soup here, SO GOOD!! The inside is cute, kind of like a someone opened up a little home decor store inside of a bakery. There is a nice selection of desserts, bread and I was surprised at the number of different drinks they serve like smoothies and coffee drinks. I also love the fact that Kneaders has a drive-thru so I can still pick up something when I just want to go home after a long day. read more

Went here for a quick lunch and wasn't disappointed. The atmosphere is cozy with a stone hearth fireplace in the middle. The line was a little confusing; we weren't sure where to start. Overall they had a great selection of fresh pastries and baked goods. They also have a wide variety of lunch items. I had a ham sandwich on a baguette and a cup of broccoli soup. This Kneaders is terrible. TERRIBLE. If I can will myself to ever go again, I will no longer order anything other than a sugar cookie and an ice tea. Really, that's the only thing good here. The sugar cookies are actually delicious and I really like the brand of tea they use. Nothing else on the menu is palatable. I swear I'm not exaggerating. I have given this place many opportunities to make it right and they have failed every time. I've ordered the French Dip three times. I don't know how or why, but each time it manages to get worse. It consists of nothing but (lots of) bread and a couple of very thin slices of meat (at least, they led me to believe it was meat. Upon inspecting and tasting it, I couldn't be sure). I have ordered other items that looked better, but certainly didn't taste better. Don't order anything with the word salad in it. Unless you prefer your salad to consist mostly of brown, wilted pieces. They also throw in some other ingredients that I've never seen in nature. I've tried to speak to the manager on duty each time, but that's been a lost cause. They always look confused, harried, and ready for a nervous breakdown. The staff isn't knowledgeable when it comes to the menu and they aren't the friendliest. And what is with the poor system of delivering your order to you?! You walk around the store yelling out my name? How about a number or name called over a PA system. Please consult Panera on this matter...their system works pretty well. Again, the cookies and ice tea are great. It's even better when they don't run out of ice tea, which happens frequently. I went through that drive-thru four weeks in a row (Thursdays at approximately 4:45 p.m.) and each time they were out of ice tea. Ah, the drive-thru... I've always thought the drive-thru should only be used by those who already know what they want and aren't ordering for their entire neighborhood, as well as those with physical impairments. As was the case during my last visit, I frequently get stuck behind a Stay At Home Mom who has a minivan full of yelling kids and a list as long as her arm. Sorry, ladies, but you know who you are and you take way too long in the drive-thru. It's not anyone else's fault you can't control your kids and can't take them into the restaurant. Stop being lazy, park your minivan, and walk into the store. The drive-up doesn't allow an escape route when said Stay At Home Mom gets up to the window and proceeds to change her order because Junior can be heard screaming he no longer wants the kids combo grilled cheese. Instead of telling the kid he's going to eat it or go hungry, she proceeds to try and reason with him while I'm being held hostage in the drive-thru. At that point, the employee should inform the woman to drive around and park it. Try harder, Kneaders. It's no wonder your parking lot is usually empty. I'll keep going to Panera. Kneaders is the worst place to go for coffee and a pastry. First, they had no scones or muffins. We were told: Sorry we don't serve those in our stores. If you want any type of muffin, you are relegated to what they call a muffin top; where they cut the top off the muffin and sell you that at an exorbitant price! Second, ask for a large coffee and your told they only sell one size of coffee. Third, purchase a package of six orange flavored rolls and find them to be stale and hard on the outside even though they claimed that they just came out of the oven. Fourth, ask for a cup of decaf coffee and be told that they do not serve decaf coffee at their stores. If your diet requires decaf for medical reasons; well it sucks to be you. It tells me that if you want to hit it big in Parker, open up a coffee shop that does just the opposite of Kneaders. You should make a killing!! read more

Went through the Kneaders drive-thru today in Parker to get a chicken raspberry salad. Got home and realized there was no chicken at all on my salad, just greens and cheese. Was too harried to drive all the way back to let them know there was no meat. Luckily I had a piece of salmon thawed at the house that I cooked and added to the salad as my protein. I usually don't mine paying $10+ for a lunch salad, but not if it does not contain the meat. I love the food here. They have just wonderful food. Because of these 2 factors, when we were celebrating a going away gathering....?we chose Kneaders. I placed the catering order the night before online. I then called the manager of the store. He confirmed the Order... my name, the amount, the delivery location. This morning, I called because I had 2 additional orders. I communicated that it was for the delivery to the hospital and confirmed the large order that I had made the night before. The delivery was made. At first it seemed like everything was there. Upon review, one of the sandwiches was missing. I called the store... they said "oh, the panini! I'll be there in 7 minutes." They had forgotten to pack it. Then when distributing the desserts, an apple cinnamon bread pudding had also been left out. When I called, the worker knew nothing about it. She said " can I bring you anything else?" I said, why don't you throw in some cookies for the trouble...she stated that I will bring you anything you have paid for...." I've been in line for more than 30 minutes in the drive thru and no longer have time to eat my overpriced lunch.

When we arrived during lunch the line was long, and not moving fast. So we downloaded the app, ordered and sat while we secretly laughed at the dinos standing in line.... but unlike with the meteor, the Dino's got the last laugh as they received their food much faster than we did. There isn't really a good way to tell the employees that you are there for a special order other than to wait in line and tell the cashier or be like the weird adult in high school hanging around the corners staring at the employees awkwardly until one makes eye contact. But while I was waiting I had several employees come up to ask if I needed anything (the hold up was the smoothies). When we received the food we sat down and started eating but the sandwich was lacking the component that made a hangry girl even hangrier.... NO BACON. But I waited around the side again and was immediately approached by Clayton who gave me the order minutes before. He remembered my name (a hard feat to do in the food industry) and instantly apologized and made a brand new sandwich for us letting us keep the baconless sandwich as a treat. But wait! That's not all, he also gave us a loaf of a delicious bread as an apology! All in all this location might have flow issues especially with mobile orders, but the service here provided my Clayton has made us lifetime diners!
