We ordered the turkey avocado salads. Disappointment settled in quickly when the paltry portion of turkey on both salads was so meager that we felt compelled to speak with the manager. The curt response from the manager of "That is the way we make it" without any meaningful inquiry frustrated and angered us. There are many choices out there for where to dine. I want to share a very disappointing experience yesterday.... On Tuesday I purchased a whole pumpkin pie ($15.00) at Kneaders. The pie was the worst I have ever eaten! The consistency of the pie was so thick and the flavor simply not good. I went back to Kneaders Wednesday afternoon (the very next day) to return the pie... and in so many words I was told "too bad". I walked out of Kneaders saying I would never be back! So, if you are thinking of buying pies for the holidays, I would suggest buying somewhere else, because, they do not stand by their product. read more

My date and I went to the restaurant a few days ago. We thought they were closed. It was 7:30pm, the door said 9 however all of the chairs were on the tables and looked closed. The female night manager was rude and didn't take our order for a few minutes then when we ordered salads she said they didn't have any because of the recall. I said yes but that was romaine only right? She didn't even answered, she just stood there staring at me like I was insane. Then my date asked what soups they had (remember it's almost closing time and they could be out of something) the manager said "these here the ones with the big sign". What a rude, arrogant person. She has no business working with the public. One or both of us typically go there once a week. We won't go back for 60 days. I don't care how much we would like to, she is terrible. read more

Wait times and ordering. -They have 2 registers but have seldom seen both in action, meanwhile employees are standing around. - Menu knowledge, they don't have it. Ordered a sandwich, no mention of cheese when described, got Swiss on it. Wife's not a fan of Swiss. Guests needs after food drop off. -Drop a fork or need an extra plate, go stand by the order counter and wait, and wait, and wait. Why can't they out some silverware out by the beverage station? - Time for a French Toast refill? Yes they have all you can eat pancakes and French toast in the morning! We stopped in on our recent trip to Parker as we were looking for a place to get a coffee and pastry and this looked like a great spot. Upon arrival it looked nice and as we stood in line I was drooling over all the treats in the cabinet but that's where my positive experience ended. As we approached the front my husband was ignored when he asked a question in regards to what we assumed was a sample plate and the cashier taking our order was very stand offish and rude. We ordered our 2 coffees and 2 pastries and was told to take a seat, very bizarre that we had to wait for items that were already made in a cabinet and coffees. After almost a 20 minute wait our order arrived at our table. During that time of waiting I watched a lady go around trying to serve food to people she looked dazed as she tried to figure out people's orders so strange that they dont hand out numbers for the tables to make this process more effective. Anyway on to our order, our coffees were bitter just awful I had a better coffee from the gas station on our way into town that cost a fraction of the price and my eclair was blah it tasted stale. $13 for 2 coffees and 2 pastries seemed a lot to pay for something that was low quality. We would not return here and made sure to let our relatives know who live in Parker our thoughts on the experience. Sometimes I can over look bad customer service if the food is good and vice Versa but on this occasion it was all a one star experience so very disappointed. read more

I wanted to love this place. Great decor, beautiful display of pastries, cakes, breads, etc., and so many yummy looking things. Two registers that I saw. My friend and I just beat the rush this morning. Ordered a Canoli, a cinnamon roll, a coffee and a mocha to eat in. It took a long time to get our pastries and my mocha. You pour your own drip coffee. We split our food, so we could try both pastries. Our coffees were in to go cups, I would have preferred we were given glass mugs. Pastries were fabulous, coffee was good. Lots of staff and at times including while I waited for my order, several were simply standing there. My order took at least 10 minutes. My take is the drive thru and call ahead orders add greatly to wait times for those that come inside. When we left, the line was nearly out the door. I can only imagine how long they waited to place and get their orders. I will come back another few times. But, if they can't resolve their system and delivery wait times--I won't continue to come here. Huge windows, very inviting space and location off Main Street near Hobby Lobby. read more

Picked up my pre ordered 3 dozen dinner rolls for Thanksgiving and orange rolls. They were all in one bag. The dinner rolls are smashed and the orange rolls are crammed in one container. I thought when I asked how many orange rolls came as 1 order they said 12. The order was prepackaged in a bag and it took the employee just as long to look for my order as had she packed them fresh and they probably wouldn't have been smashed. Went in a week before to order pies for Thanksgiving. The line was really long due to the lunch crowd. We were told that we could call it in or order online. Called 3 days before and the recording said "walk in orders only." We then went to the store again and was told they were not taking any more orders. The lady was kinda rude about it too. We told her the phone still says walk in orders and she again stated " no more orders"... walked out went to Village Inn down the street. Got two pies with no issues. I really enjoy Kneaders. It's a good place to get a good cup of hot coffee and perfectly portioned breakfast. Their bread reminds me of the kind my mom baked when I was a kid. Omelets are good, however across the board, regardless of location, they are inconsistent when it comes to the size and amount of filling in/on them. Today the greek omelet had fantastic plump mushrooms, but wayyyy too much feta cheese. The fruit in the fruit cup was about half and half good juicy fruit and half bland, tasteless melons. My husband got the french toast and needed a knife to cut it...normally that's not the case. Still, not a bad deal. read more

A friend and I dropped by for a late dinner. I had seen Kneaders under construction every time I went by the Parker Library. This location used to be a Christian Bookstore that offered free Wi-Fi and okay coffee. There are currently four separate Yelp listings for this place. Some random person seems to have created a listing on Parker Road (for no good reason). Another one has wrong name, address, and zip-code. The third wrong listing is understandable, as several businesses have suffered from the "Main Street" versus "Mainstreet" conundrum for downtown Parker. For the record, it is "Mainstreet" (all one word, this is an actual street name). If people use the more typically found "Main Street", then Google Maps, etc. will put you a couple miles off of the correct location, and you might have trouble checking in. Even Kneaders has it wrong on their website (I called and let them know). I had a whole Kneaders Classic Cafe Sandwich with Roast Beef on Rye bread (Kneaders sauce, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, salt & pepper), Kneaders sauce is their blend of mustard, mayo, and sour cream. Other than the fact that I would have liked about twice as much meat on this sandwich, it was rock solid. The bread had good flavor and texture, and was not dry. The veggies were fresh, the sauce was tasty, and the roast beef was tender and good. I paired this with a bowl of chicken noodles soup that was mighty fine. It has nice texture and chunks of everything. I also took home a chocolate croissant that was quite good. read more

Forget about modifying your order, they just make it as listed. Why even offer options if you rarely get it right? The wait times are ridiculous for a casual fast food joint that never has anyone in the dining room. If owned or ran this place I would be embarrassed. It's so easy to provide good service, because anymore that's why people will come back. Don't even bother ordering online for curbside, to date I've always had to walk inside to inquire why it's 10-15 mins past the schedule pick up time. They are never apologetic. Terrible. First, the wait - over 25 minutes in line at 1pm. The food wasn't great. And it was missing ingredients - all three items we got were wrong in some way (the worst being the missing protein in the sandwich...) I drove back to the restaurant (20 minutes each way) and got a refund. Which they seem to be doing a bit of - I wasn't the first refund that day so the employee told me. With so many other options around, I see no reason to try this place again. We had a variety of things (hot sandwich, cold sandwich, salad, and a bread loaf) and none of it was exceptional. read more

Was disappointed with the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado. Very little meat, not evenly distributed, rather a roll of turkey in the middle. The Honey Wheat bread was dry, and the condiments were applied only to the middle of the bread (see picture). Won't be back. read more

This Kneaders used to be reliably good. Now they are unreliable. First the salads had limp brown lettuce, so I avoided them for months. I have tried three times recently. 1. Ordered turkey cranberry sunflower seed salad. Arrived at my meeting to find they had forgotten the turkey. Went back after the meeting and asked for and received a refund. 2. Ordered the same and a turkey and cranberry croissant sandwich at the drive through With two desserts. Arrived home to find that while I had paid in full, there was no sandwich. Drove the 15 miles back to talk with manager. Drove home after an apology with the sandwich. 3. Foolishly tried for two of the same salad at the drive through paying extra for extra turkey. Arrived home half an hour away to discover no extra turkey, no salad dressing and no bread. Cost? About $25. Called the manager. She offered a $5 credit on my card. Ordered 3 salads tonight at $11 a pop. When they gave me my order, the salads were not made according to their menu. I asked the manager and her reply was that they were out of things and if there was something I didn't want, I needed to ask to have it left off next time. They added tomatoes, which I am allergic to, and I didn't ask the have them left off because it wasn't supposed to have tomatoes in the first place. The salads are supposed to have almonds and I was told afterwards that they were out of them. She did offer to remake the salads, leaving the tomatoes off, and add sunflower seeds in place of the almonds. I waited a other 10 minutes for them to remake the salads only to get home and find them when they remade them, they put nothing but lettuce and a few pieces of sliced chicken on the salads and left everything else off... no bacon, no cheese, no onions, no sunflower seeds. I paid $11 for a bowl of lattice and a few thin slices of chicken. On top of that, the salad dressing cups inside one of the salads was broken open. While I was there waiting, another family received a refund because the soup they ordered was cold. How do you serve cold soup?? I really like Kneaders but I'll think twice before going again and will not go to this location again. Very disappointed. read more

Kneaders is very tasty and much better than Panera. This is a nice addition to Parker. I very much enjoyed the quality of the food and the deliciousness. Keep in mind this is a chain so it's not out-of-this-world amazing but it's still quite good. They have a drive through which will be handy. FYI - they are closed on Sundays. read more

Rude! Rude. I wish my first experience had been the exception but it was not. My second experience was just as bad. Not just that but the drinks are so poorly made. We been to this Cafe 3 times now and I would say we are "fans" of it. The ordering process both online with drive up and dine is a bit chaotic in my mind with one register so there is room for improvement there. The important factor-the food though is very good. The bakery items and pastries seem to be there strong suit. I also highly recommend their breads and sandwiches. I was not wowed by the soup as much as I would have expected and Panera has them beat with Tomato bisque and broccoli cheddar. I would say breakfast is the strongest area. Fantastic egg sandwiches and a French Toast to die for! Seating is decent albeit, broken up and parking is a somewhat limited. Still recommend for good food on the lighter side. read more
