He took my couch from the damaged yellow bleachy stained photos to the normal couch looking photos. He did the best he could with the bleaching discoloration, but that wasn't his fault. Something about the machinery dented my floor, but given the nightmare I went through with my couch damage, I'm just letting it go. Provide a cushiony surface!

The owner Joe has been proudly running multiple crews for many years and all of their team are just the best of personalities with the eyes for detail and they have all the equipment necessary to handle any kind of carpet, upholstery, tiles etc. I specifically had a Balinese couch that started to collect some molds on portions of it from some moisture. Joe himself came out and took the time to go through the entire couch by hand with the upholstery tool and transformed the colors of it and completely eliminated the mild odor and the molds that were on small parts of it. He also used some special enzymes that help kill some of those germs as well as post-treat the entire couch to ensure both any mild smells and the molds themselves were gone. Over the years, I've had other handymen pass on the project. I had a handyman who was able to fill the rotted areas with wood filler, sand it, and restain it. I've even had a gate company tell me that they could not save the gate; it would need to be completely replaced. Bill was able to cut out the rotted pieces of wood, replace them, and restain the whole gate (he also repainted the decorative hardware on the door as well). Moreover, he discussed the project with a buddy of his and they determined that the gate was sitting over a muddy part of landscaping which is probably what facilitated the deterioration of the wood. We found some leftover pavers in our storage shed and Bill extended the pavers so the gate would sit over pavers instead of mud. Before he embarked on the wood gate repair, Bill also installed a valance/shade over a window. He made the necessary calculations to ensure that the valance/shade would be centered on the wall and window. He also made sure that the valence was leveled. Bill is honest, meticulous and detail-oriented. If you want someone to treat your project and your home, like it's his own, I would give Bill a call.
