Eric and Paul communicated the timeline and project steps well, and we were happy with the overall process. They handled all the aspects of communication with the City of LA Grading department and were on top of any issues that came up. Removing a pool and regrading the hillside is messy work, but they cleaned up after completing everything. And the crew kept the work site tidy at the end of each day. We were asked what our budget was and then the 'corrected' bid came right in at the budget he thought I said. When I called to ask more questions the second brother was great as well. We set up a time for him to come out to better understand the bid and what we wanted done. The time came and went. Then I texted him. He informed me that he had been rear ended. I never heard back from them again. I can't say what their work is like, but I became disappointed when I wasn't called back. I did like both brothers, I just think some things got lost between the two. Not really sure. We ended going with another company who did a fabulous job. So all in all the work got done.
