Though his efforts of balancing these dishes could be seen in his eyes as talent, they emitted nothing but idiocy. The noise of customer chatter is one thing but stomping, running (frequently), and yelling by the waitstaff is simply obnoxious. Although our meal met our standards of what we expected from a Nozawa restaurant, the staff needs a stern reminder that dining experiences begin and end with the person curating that experience.
