It has a thick fat cap that my boyfriend likes. IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND! If you get their grass fed one it will run about 17 bucks. If you go for the regular one it will only cost about 6.50. I love this place! Sushi...coffee shop..made to order pizzas..hot breakfast station..deli..nice wines..etc. The employees are always super nice! Best of all is that they have outside seating for pets and will allow well behaved small dogs inside while you are shopping! Ps. My boyfriend had me go back in and get 2 more grass fed picanha steaks for the freezer! He is Argentinian !

Next year, I'll definitely make the stuffing on my own. With that being said, that might be the only downside to the store. Now you know, don't buy the stuffing, it's nasty.
