Pretty wide selection wich is nice. People are nice, finance guy was great. Didn't give me nearly what my jeep was worth.

My Chevrolet check engine light came on yesterday. Called the service department to find out if they can diagnose and fix the issue. It was impossible to reach them for many hours. Receptionist would answer and send the call to service but nobody would ever would answer the phone. This happened multiple times. I finally reached them late in the afternoon prior to closing. The earliest that they could get me in was more than 40 days from today. I finally called another dealership in the area and they scheduled an appointment for the following day. I am not sure what is going on with this dealer but if you can't see a customer with an error code on the dash for 40 days something is seriously wrong. read more

I bought a 2018 Chevy equinox from Knudtsen Chevrolet the salesman was great and the service was great, when I went back for my six month service we found that the tires were not good so Knudtson Chevrolet replaced all four tires at no cost to me which I really appreciate and was really happy. I made an appointment to have my truck checked for service at 8am this morning. They would not offer a loaner, rental or ride for me. I left at around noon to have lunch and a friend took me home. After not hearing anything I called at 5pm and Jim said he may be able to get it in tomorrow. They wasted my whole day and I have to have transportation to work tomorrow so I canceled. Horrible service, not reliable, do not care about customers. Go somewhere else read more

Why I do not recommend this business? Dishonest that is why, I take pride in myself as a person to be honest and the way we were treated and my 70,000 truck was unacceptable and their investigative skills into a warranty issue with national auto care are a shame. Their loss, we were buying another car that day for my wife and I used to use them religiously. We are waiting on Toyota to have their sale, they took care of us like gold, this is what is wrong with American sold vehicles and why they aren't selling well. read more

Don't believe them when they say you have free car washes for life. Their car wash is down for repairs and inoperable more than it is up. I took the issue up with the manager and he didn't care. Their maintenance shop is expensive and all they care about is getting a perfect rating on their sales back to Chevrolet. I will never buy another car from this dealership. read more

I recently purchased a 2018 3/4 Duramax Silverado from Knudtsen Chev. I found the salesman, Tom Hunter to be not only professional and knowledgeable but an all around considerate, good guy. A day after the sale was completed Tom came in, on his day off, and spent 3 hours with me going over the details of this truck. I'm writing this because once again, Knudtsen Chevrolet shows they don't care about customer service and I feel I've been "taken" once again. In August of 2015, I had my Avalanche at Knudtsen Chevrolet because I was having my trans fluid changed, and, because I bitched enough on the Chevrolet Customer Care website about the inferior, cheap rear park-assist sensors, they arranged with the dealer to have them take a look at the rear park-assist sensors. On 8/12/15, the service manager himself, Jim Baunach, checked my rear park-assist sensors and did find a bad one. I brought four replacement sensors I had purchased on Amazon with me and found out none of them were good. Jim used one of his parts, reset and fixed the system, and to my surprise, didn't charge me for the repair. By the end of December 2015, the system was once again throwing a code to the DIC on the dash, "service park assist". I lived with the error message coming on the dash for five months until coming home from towing my RV on Memorial Day weekend. The crimps on the trans cooler lines failed (yet another issue noted by many, many owners) and sprayed trans fluid all over the inside of the engine compartment and through to the driver's side wheel/tire. I had to take the vehicle to Knudtsen for repair on this issue ASAP, as I didn't want to lose trans fluid and potentially risk hurting the transmission. While there, I asked if they would check the rear park-assist system and they said they would. Jason, my service writer, told me they did find a bad sensor, in fact, it was the one Jim replaced himself in August of 2015. The first thing I asked Jason was, how long is that part warrantied? He said that part is warrantied for one year. Great, we're within the year, so I'm expecting them to fix it at no charge. Wrong again when dealing with Knudtsen Chevrolet.......after chasing Jason down since he wouldn't return a call letting me know what happened in his conversations with Jim Baunach, the service manager, I was getting the run-around and decided to contact Jim directly. After playing phone tag, and sometimes waiting a day or two for Jim to call back, I finally made contact with Jim. But let's get one thing straight, Jim would have never continued trying to contact me if I hadn't continued to leave him messages. Jim straight up said he remembers working on the truck and replacing the rear park-assist sensor, even remembers the location of the bad sensor, but he didn't have any paperwork on his side noting the issue of the new part to repair my truck, so, "the burden of proof will be on me to show any kind of receipt or notation of the repair on something....." I want to get this right......Jim doesn't do his job, and doesn't complete the correct paperwork internally for the repair, doesn't give me any supporting documentation about the repair, then says it's up to me to provide a copy of a receipt or paperwork supporting the fact that the repair was done?! Really?! I never knew it's the customer's responsibility to make sure the Chevy folks are completing the correct paperwork and supplying the correct paperwork to the customer upon completion of repairs. During our discussion on the phone, Jim asked if I had paid for the part. I told him, "No, I believe you had covered that repair at no charge as a customer service issue, and I appreciate that." Jim immediately says, "Oh, we covered that? Well, in that case, the part is NOT warrantied." What?! Had I known having them do a "customer service repair" would involve a non-warrantied part, I would have just gone ahead and paid for the service myself. Jim's response to that was, "pay now, pay later.....it's all the same." You've got to be kidding me, really?! To make matters worse, upon taking another look at my repair bill, I see they charged me $50 for a "diagnosis fee" to check the rear park-assist system which is still inoperable due to the bad sensor which should still be a warrantied part, but isn't because it was a customer service fix the last time and isn't warrantied. What a bunch of BS! Knudtsen Chevrolet, there's a reason I didn't purchase my vehicle from you, now there's a reason why I'll never use your service department either! read more
