Great customer service and awesome deal! Moving out of our apartment we needed to have our carpets cleaned before handing in the keys, we had only been there 9 months so the carpet was still reasonably clean with the exception of a patch near our front door and one or two spots in the walk way. KnW did a great job of getting them out and the carpet looked good as new. The lady I arranged for the cleaning with was really nice and called me back within a couple of hours of me leaving a voicemail message. We were given a 3 hour time slot in which they would come and they arrived on time plus it only took an hour to clean the 850 square foot apartment. We also got the excellent price of $69.99!! I don't know how long this deal is going to be for but it covers up to 4 Rooms AND Hallway for Pretreatment, Shampoo/Deep Clean and Deodorizer. I would expect to pay at least double this elsewhere. Definitely a company I will recommend and keep in mind for future carpet cleaning needs. read more

Wha can I say about them? Awesome!!! To set the record straight, I have not had any experience with people cleaning my house for me. This is the first time I had to call on someone because of necessity. We have three kids in the house and its getting a bit....muddy. Given that their not my kids but my sister's, I still care for them a lot and don't want them to deal everyday with a dingy carpet. KnW did a great job. The guy who came explained to me how it works. I learned quite a bit actually and how to maintain it. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to tip. I didn't and I'm sorry about that. Giving a great review and telling others about your company should compensate for my lack of presence of mind to tip. I had scheduled a carpet cleaning today (notice that it's Christmas Eve) and they didn't even show up. I even got up early to move and clean! I called several items to no avail and even sent them an email. This disappoints me because I was such a huge fan of their services. It was the first time I had our carpet steam cleaned, and Winston walked me through all the process, explaining how to avoid stains in the future etc. They have a great deal with up to 4 rooms for $70, and it really does include everything (pre-treatment, deodorizer, and some more). I did a lot of shopping around for a good place to get my couch cleaned (I probably called 15 or so different companies for info and quotes). I bought my couch off of CraigsList (I got an AMAZING deal), but to be on the safe side I wanted to get it deep cleaned and deodorized. The quotes I was getting from other companies were significantly more expensive than KnW ($120 and up) and they only included a hot water steam clean. I wanted chemicals, spot treatment, and deodorizer (I don't know what kinds of things were done on this couch before it became mine). I always come to Yelp when I'm doing something for the first time. I want to hear experiences and reviews before I can make an educated decision. So I decided on KnW after reading reviews and finding out that they'd clean (with chemicals and deodorizer) my sectional microfiber couch for $69.99! The only hiccup in the process was that it was hard to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment (I always had to leave messages, sometimes multiple times a day) and then I wasn't actually able to get an appointment scheduled for almost two weeks. BUT, it was worth the wait. Winston was the technician that came to my house. He was extremely nice and professional. He was upfront and honest with me about his expectations for the removal of the stains on the couch. He worked hard on my couch. He said it would take about an hour, but in the end he was there for two hours. Throughout the cleaning, he'd have me check his work or have me point anything out that I was particularly concerned about. I also had 4 throw pillows that he cleaned for me as well when I asked him if he could. He did so without hesitation. After he was done, we looked the couch over and I noticed a few small stains that didn't seem to quite come out completely, but it was hard to tell if it was just extra wet in certain spots or if they were indeed stains. Winston gave me his personal cell phone number and said to call him once the couch was completely dry and, for piece of mind, he would come back out, free of charge, and try to touch up any spots that didn't quite come out. To me, this is going above and beyond my expectations. He even took a little time when he was done to pet and love on my dog. Like I said, super nice and friendly guy. So bottom line, I am very happy with the service I received from Winston and I will definitely recommend KnW to anyone and I will use them for any future cleanings of my own! Worst experience. Scheduled cleaning 2 weeks in advance. Agreed to have a confirmation call a day before - did not call until I called them late at night. Technician did not appear for the time frame as scheduled. Called them 15 minutes past the time technician expected to appear, a person on the phone said "I was just going to call you that technician is late". Fine. Though, she could at least do it in advance. Finally buzzed them one hour pass the scheduled time - nobody answered, no call back in return to my message, nobody came. I guess no stars deserved at all. Better Business Bureau - is what such a business should be addressed to. read more

I leave a message & an email last week for an appointment and the lady called me back thursday evening letting me know that they're gonna send someone on Saturday between 10-12pm, but then she called me yesterday at around 10 telling me theres something wrong with their car and gonna give me a call if they can make it next day.
