After my fiancé spilled a glass of watermelon juice on our wool rug, he went out to a grocery store, rented a carpet cleaner, and used it to try to get the stain out. As we found out, this was not a good idea. By the next day, our beautiful beige/off-white rug was yellowing and browning all over. I was so bummed. Today, Sebastian came over and cleaned the rug. Before beginning, he was realistic about his expectations: we were told we would only see a 50% improvement in the condition. This was much appreciated, since it allowed us to make an informed decision about the money we were spending. After we gave him the go-ahead, he cleaned the rug with his equipment. The results were much better than expected! It doesn't look brand new, but thanks to Sebastian's expert assessment and honesty, we didn't expect it to. Peter did a wonderful job. They showed up on time (11am) on a New Year's Eve, and spent 3 hours to carefully washed our carpet (3 bedrooms, two staircases). They even helped out to move some of the furnitures around with no additional charge. The price is very reasonable, and they are very professional. Peter even offered some really good tips about how to care for the carpet in the future. The equipment (steam wash) that they were using is also top-notch (A "Commander" truck-mount machine which cost about $16,000). We had used Chem-Dry before, and to be quite honest, I was not that impressed with Chem-Dry. So we definitely will use "Fiber Care" service again in the future. read more

My dog was shut in our basement room where she dug up and tore a fitted carpet across an area around the door trying to get out. The carpet was also pretty soiled. We had a remnant left over from the original install. These guys came in, patched the area with the hole using the remnant, cleaned the whole carpet. The finished result surpassed my expectations. They took about twice as long as quoted to do the job, which I believe reflects their high standards. Caesar is just walking out of here. He did a fantastic job. I have an old dog that unfortunately peed several time on a carpets. Some stains were a couple months old, really dark. I wish I had taken pictures. Caesar did say that he was not sure he would be to take the worse stain out. Well, he did. The carpet are spotless. They feel fresh and revived. These dudes were the best. Post rental-move out clean of an ugly ivory (!) synthetic (!!) carpet. Major dark & gnarly stains in the high-traffic areas. Ew. Sebastian did a FANTASTIC job at my home! I saw the excellent Yelp reviews and called in a panic on a Thursday morning--we were new customers/never heard of Fiber Care before. A couple of days before, my sweet beagle had been home alone and apparently ate something she shouldn't have. She vomited 3x in our newly-carpeted (expensive wool, off-white carpet!) t.v. room. When I came home many hours later, the stains had set. I scrubbed with trusty products that have always worked. It helped a little, but every time I walked into the room, the stains still stood out--I was afraid we would have to re-carpet. Sebastian from Fiber Care came the very next morning after my call. Just had Sebastian clean the carpets in a house I'm moving into. The carpets were badly stained and smelled like dog. Our real estate agent said we would need to replace them. Sebastian showed up and the stains are gone and the carpets are beautiful. He treated them with enzymes and they smell OK now--we'll have to see how that holds up as time goes on.
