The furniture is beautiful but very expensive, and our $7k+ dining room table broke after 18…read moremonths. It actually only needed a small repair and they refused to replace the small plastic part that broke, even with me offering to complete the repair myself, because it was past the 12-month warranty. Instead they said we needed to spend more than $1k to replace a "frame" that the plastic part connects to. They didn't go to bat for us with the manufacturer to try to get a replacement part despite us having spent more than $12k with them over the past four years. I'm surprised to see another recent review saying that they apparently acted differently and were willing to "stand behind" a 3-year-old table that broke. Again, the furniture itself is very attractive. If durability and service aren't as important to you, and this is a comfortable amount of money for you to spend, then it's probably fine.
