I wandered around, thinking it wouldn't hurt to keep shopping, then I saw the 2-handled 3.5 quart Everyday Pan in Sea Salt blue. OMGOSH-the color is so beautiful! Sherry told me that this particular piece is her fav pan and thought I might like it better than a nonstick skillet (how ordinary). I was in love with the color and imagined I really would love it, so I changed my mind and bought this Everyday Pan instead. Since I bought it 5 days ago, this pan has hardly been put away! I made Marsala Chicken, omelettes, and grilled cheese sandwiches twice. The Marsala sauce reduced in about 1/2 the time it took my nonstick skillet the last time I made it. I spent MSRP on it (I think), but this piece is so beautiful and functional, I willingly paid for it because I got to leave with it the same day. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. There were three sales associates working while we were there, and not one acknowledged us or even greeted us. We had questions and were clearly interested in making a purchase, yet no one offered assistance or even basic customer service. It was surprising, especially seeing that they're hiring, because customer acknowledgment should be the bare minimum. What made it even more upsetting was that we felt completely ignored as customers of Asian descent while others seemed to receive attention. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling unwelcome. I had been really looking forward to purchasing my first Le Creuset piece and making it a special experience, but instead I left feeling disappointed and overlooked.

We're in the middle of moving into and remodeling/ renovating our home. The house has beautiful…read morehard wood and stone floors but the bedrooms, closets, stairs and this kind of funky, stand alone, third floor room have such gross old carpeting in them. So our first plan of action is obviously getting rid of the carpet flooring and putting wood flooring in the rooms and marble in the closets. The funky room isn't fully enclosed and has pony walls going around the front half of it that overlook part of the house- mainly the living room- we had the idea of turning this into a playroom for our little one and really wanted to get it done by his birthday- problem we had less than a week to get everything done. We found G&A flooring- called- spoke to Brandon and told him our situation, he said okay hold on let me call you right back- he moved some stuff around- we went in the following day found a gorgeous light natural colored wood flooring that even had the slightly knotted look I wanted and two days before our little one's birthday they'd installed the wood flooring and they did an AMAZING job! The team he sent literally stayed from morning until almost 8pm to finish the job including new baseboards and painting them. We have now used them to do another room in the house, redo a staircase landing where a mini demo had to happen because of a leak and the guys who did the demo absolutely destroyed the wood flooring- we found 5 XL planks in our garage left over of the original flooring and G&As guys cut these to a T, without even a scrap left and did an AMAZING job at putting the floor back together and making it look like nothing had happened. They also just laid the marble down in both master bedroom closets and omg the difference it's made. They are EXTREMELY fair priced I cannot tell you how many joke companies have come in seen our home and tried to absolutely rob us- telling us the wood they're using is the highest quality stuff in "the game" right now and with installation and the rush installment they could do a room for $15,000. LMAO. I told this to Brandon and he not only told me the flooring they were trying to install was basically shit but he can install actual high quality wood done at unbelievably fair pricing- $2,000 for everything- materials, flooring, new baseboards and painting them, labor- everything. Four other companies with the same product gave us bids ranging between $3,900-$7,000 and then the obvious psycho with his crap material and his $15,000 bid lol Brandon also goes the extra mile with his clients-since Marble is one of the most expensive floorings to have done, he came out to our home a few days before the job and measured the areas to a T to make sure he didn't order a box over what we needed to keep the price as low as possible. We'll never not go to this company and this is after going to 11 different companies altogether in the area. G&A always has the most competitive/ fairest pricing, beautiful flooring (what we're looking for every time!) and gets jobs done within a week tops (usually only a few days) of having chosen the flooring. G&As teams that do the installations are also all amazing guys, hard workers, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they even fixed a door frame for us today free of charge. Absolutely recommend these guys and looking forward to them finishing the rest of our house. Thank you for everything!

Price was certainly a factor, but what really set them apart was their confidence in being able to protect our existing marble tile backsplash -- which we installed two years ago and can no longer source. Other companies warned that tile damage was likely during removal. Pacific Stone approached it differently. Their crew removed the granite with remarkable precision and didn't crack a single tile. That alone exceeded our expectations. During installation, Moses caught a flaw in our brand-new sink before we did. Instead of proceeding, he suggested we exchange it and even offered to pause the job so we could do it that day. That level of care says a lot about how they operate. A few weeks after the project was completed, we changed out our rangetop. Pacific Stone came back and carefully modified the installed quartz to fit the new appliance perfectly.
