She kept me updated every step of the way and within 24 hours had my radiator replacement fully approved through Mopar. Her energy, communication, and dedication made a stressful moment feel manageable. When I picked up the car, I noticed a few small things that weren't right, which honestly surprised me after years of great service. That's when Carlos stepped in. I didn't even realize he was a manager at first. He just approached the situation with professionalism and genuine care. He didn't just fix the issue, he made me feel heard and respected. He brought technicians over immediately, prioritized the remaining work, and followed through personally. Later, when I found a few minor cosmetic issues at home, they welcomed me back without hesitation. Carlos and Service Manager Bob Kennedy both made sure everything was handled properly and professionally. When I finally got my Jeep back, I was blown away! It felt brand new. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters is how a team responds. Isabella, Carlos, Bob, and the whole service department showed real accountability and genuine care. Nowhere do they clearly explain that these "deals" only apply to some vague "select inventory." What that really means is the price you see online includes an extra ~$100/month discount that magically disappears the second you walk in. Conveniently, every car you actually want is "no longer part of that program" or "just sold." Classic bait and switch. On top of that, the place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Communication is poor, expectations aren't set, and everything feels intentionally unclear. The sales manager, Sam, has zero interest in honoring what's advertised online. Instead, they look for every possible angle to increase the price once you're already there. If you enjoy the old school pressure tactics like "what's it going to take to earn your business today," this is your spot. Just know the number you saw online is nowhere close to what you'll actually pay. Expect it to jump 30-50% by the time they're done. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values transparency.
