You pass all the ice cream to get there which leads to a lot of confusion and some "line tension" among customers. It's also worth noting that they don't offer samples-which is a bit of a bummer considering how many delicious options there are! Speaking to CHILDREN like that is beyond inappropriate--it's disturbing. As we were walking out she went behind the counter and started opening & shutting cabinets as loudly as she could. We didn't even stay a full minute before leaving because of how uncomfortable and disrespected we were. No family should ever be made to feel like that walking into a business. If this is how customers, especially kids are treated, then Scoopers doesn't deserve anyone's business. We will never be back.

The person who rang me up was telling us that it used to be a boot factory. The other lady said it became a chocolate factory in like 1912.
