    Chicken 6 Tenders

I finally got to try Kofta Burger. Service was friendly and quick. I ordered the Spicy Harissa Jalapeño Burger. I loved the soft, fresh bun and the portion was super filling. However, despite the name, it wasn't spicy at all. I ended up adding their garlic sauce, which really brought the flavors together and made the burger more enjoyable. I also tasted my partner's Kofta Burger and honestly liked his more. I definitely will be ordering that next time! We also shared the chicken tenders, which were fresh, crispy, and even better when dipped in their BBQ sauce. Overall, I would definitely come here again.

I got the falafel burger and wow it was AMAZING! It was perfectly seasoned and huge, but didn't leave me with that gross feeling after eating too much. The side was potato wedges and although it was only a few, they were big as well. The burger was crumbly, but honestly exactly what you'd expect when eating something like falafel. The host was happy to help picking out what I wanted to order and got the food out timely. It was a bit bright in there and not extremely welcoming (just because of the lighting) but that doesn't take away from the experience! Can't wait to try it again!

Had a really pleasant exchange with Jullen (employee) after I left a less than positive review. Thanks for reaching out to me so professionally!!! Will definitely give you guys a try next time I'm in town.

Kofta Burger makes a burger you will never forget. Their intentionality with how they season & respect every elements of their burgers (along with everything else on their menu) can be tasted in every bite. Their chicken is a home run especially with the fun variety of sauces they have. They also have vegetarian options which they always treat with respect. If you're looking for a meal that will check off all the boxes on how you appreciate flavor & portions- Kofta Burger is the place to go. Perfect for casual date night, take-out, or spending time with your family.

Always a great choice if you're looking for somewhere to eat! Everything on the menu is so flavorful you really can't go wrong. It has been so convenient since they moved into their downtown location. Service is always super fast and reliable! 10/10.

Place is excellent. There plenty of seating inside and very well maintained. The food is made fresh from scratch and very flavorful. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating in helping you decide what you want.

Great experience having lunch at Kofta Burger. Amazingly, with only one staff member, he was able to greet us, take orders, cook the food, and make sure that takeout orders were available as people came in. I arrived with a friend who uses a wheelchair and the space was plenty big to accommodate her without feeling that we were in the way. Tables were clean as was the restaurant. I was happy to find that they had Pellegrino as a drink option. It's hard to find drinks if you don't want sugar or soda in most places. Their burger was great and came on a very sturdy bun. I ordered their Kofta burger which had diced tomatoes and spices and tzatziki sauce and was just fabulous. The potato wedges really stand out. They are perfectly cooked, huge and have just the right amount of zaatar seasoning. My friend ordered a salad that looked so good that I was jealous that I didn't have one. I already have that picked out for what I will have the next time I eat here.

My previous review is from their old location- new location but same great food! Just came here for a yelp event and had a garlic burger from their secret yelp elite menu. The burger was flavorful yet light on a puffy buttered bun, very high quality! You also get gigantic potato wedges that are really nicely spiced on the side. This is a cute little eatery in the heart of Syracuse with a very friendly owner and deserves all the recognition! Would really suggest you stop by here!!

Kofta burger had such great ratings we had to try it! It was quiet inside on a cold day but that just meant our food came quickly. The chicken burger was good but slightly dry. The chicken bowl was good but reported as bland. The mac n cheese was to die for. All 3 meals and 2 drinks for $55. The inside was very clean, I would come back

Absolutely delectable burgers in a casual setting. The Gochujang Smash is the best smash burger I've ever had. The gochujang aioli is amazing. The owner answered all of our questions and recommended the harissa Mac and cheese, it was spicy, smoky, and seasoned perfectly. I can't wait to come back!

Since Kofta Burger is now downtown, I checked them out for restaurant week. I ordered the Kofta Burger, which was delicious (no pictures). Since then, I've been back two times. I had the spicy harissa-jalapeño burger; it was flavorful, but not particularly spicy so that was a bit of a let down for me as I love spice. I'd seen some reviews raving about the steak nachos. The steak was well cooked and it was just an amazing dish. Certainly not 'traditional' nachos in any sense, but that's been my favorite dish I've had. Service is quick and efficient and the restaurant is clean. Also love whatever music station or playlist they have on!

This is hands down one of my most favorite spots in Syracuse. You cannot go wrong with anything here. I came to try their smash burgers and ended up trying the lamb and harissa Mac & cheese. Let me tell you, it was beyond delicious... it was scrumptious! The service is always friendly, informative and helpful when trying to choose what food to get. I tried the root beer with my meal, as the sodas are a local company; phenomenal! It's a great vibe inside with good music, local art and modern design. If you haven't gone yet, what are you waiting for??!! If you've been before, you already know how worth it it is to go and eat anything on their menu. A must for Syracuse!

I waited far too long to try this burger. I heard a rumor they were moving out of their current location at the end of December, so I wanted to grab a bite while they were still in Eastwood! I dropped by the restaurant and ordered in person. There were so many intriguing options on the menu. I asked whether they'd be willing to swap out the burger on the Tangy Tahini for a falafel patty and they were happy to oblige. I also ordered a side of potato wedges and garlic sauce. The owner was working by himself, but my order came together quickly. The potato wedges only come with a few pieces but they are HUGE and perfectly seasoned. Garlic sauce made the perfect dip, even though my breath was funky for hours after. The burger was an explosion of flavor. The spices and sauces brought such a unique taste profile, and the challah bun so so soft. Delicious from start to finish. I will definitely be following them to their new location. (May even have to stop in one more time before they move!)

    Do they serve halal meat?

Alhamdulilah - we serve a fully halal menu!

What are the gluten free options? Are the fries gluten free (with dedicated fryer--or are they made in the oven? They look amazing!

Thanks for the question! Our fries are done in a shared fryer unfortunately. We would certainly be able to pan fry them on request to accommodate for a gluten allergy! We also do offer gluten free buns for all of our burgers

Walking through the restaurant was nice as the space was very large and the decor indoor was cozy and whimsical. Our server was nice throughout the meal. However, I did get a water glass that had marks on it that looked like someone just drank out of it and a crumb on the rim. I asked them if they could get me a clean cup and they ended up bringing the same one as the same mark and crumb were still there. For food, our table ordered a few items to share. We got: -CAULIFLOWER WINGS: The chutney/salsa on top of the fried cauliflower was nice and gave the item a little sour kick. However, the cauliflower itself was not cooked fully so not as soft as I wanted it to be. -SYRACUSE POUTINE: The appearance of the poutine was not the best. However, the gravy it came with was very flavorful and tasty. The potatoes themselves were not fried and were in wedge form but went well with the gravy. The small globs of melted cheese on top were a nice complement. -CAJUN SLIDERS: The slider compliments/sauce went well together but the sliders themselves had grill marks on it which gave a bitter bite to those parts of the slider. Additionally, the fried shrimp inside of the slider still had the tail on and so it was a bit of a surprise to bite into a full tail while eating a slider. All in all, a cute spot to see people but food had some hit or miss components.

Cicero, NY welcomes Poundtown, newly opened in the Aldi Plaza (5962 Rt. 31) near CNS High School, and it is definitely worth a visit. It's easy to drive right by this plaza and never know this treasure is there, but don't miss it! I ordered the Double Trouble Smash Burger with cheese ($15), and it was incredibly tasty. The patties had that perfect crispy edge you want in a great smash burger. It was served on a wonderfully soft roll and loaded with perfectly melted cheese, fat pickle slices, and sweet caramelized onions. You get a choice of signature sauces (Classic or Classic with a Cajun kick)--I chose the Classic, and it was delicious! My burger came paired with a generous side of crispy, fresh, hand-cut fries. Turnaround time from counter ordering to table delivery was remarkably brief. While the signature burgers range from $16-$18, they have at least 10 different burgers on the menu alongside plenty of other options. You can find chicken, mac bowls, salad bowls, and loaded fries ($8-$10). A friend of mine who was eating there at the same time highly recommends the onion rings, too! Unexpected Plus: When I entered the cozy space, I was delighted to discover that Pound Town shares its location with Big Fellas Hibachi & Tacos and they serve a multi-page menu of delights including tacos, burritos, egg rolls, wings, and even steak or lamb plates! Definitely looking forward to sampling their menu soon. Regardless of which vendor you are visiting, the cozy room has a few booths for dining-in, even though the setup seems primarily geared for takeout. The quality of the food, the diverse variety, and the convenient location make this a absolute must-try spot. I will definitely be back! P.S. Sorry for no pictures! I was really hungry and the burger looked so good that the photo completely slipped my mind!

I had to go with the special burger of the month: the Backyard Banger. Everything about it was delicious. My wife had the Mac Bowl Classic Tenders and her mother enjoyed the other burger of the month: the El Jefe. Everyone left satisfied and I was praised for my choice. The building is a bit on the cramped side. It's a small place with a few tables and bar seating. Two restaurants occupy the same space and they definitely are going for that "hole-in-the-wall" feel, but in a good way. No pound cake here though.

The Evergreen's menu itself is accessed through a QR code where their full list of options and specials are listed. My group opted to share the beer fries and they were taaaasty, pillowy soft, crunchy, and amazingly well seasoned. The vegetarian options are a regular part of the restaurant and the fried tofu I had was genuinely satisfying and well done. My cajun pasta was maybe a touch over but I was okay with it since it had my condiment obsession of chili crisp in it. The menu is well marked for dietary needs. My partner and I chose to split the herb fries, burnt end chicharrones, and the brussels. I thought the herb fries were delightfully crisp with great flavor. The sweet & spicy smokey sauce that was provided with it was a bit tangy. I didn't like it at first, but it grew on me! You'll definitely have to taste it for yourself. The burnt end chicharrones left more to be desired. Both my partner and I thought they were dry and not tender. Also, there was something about the flavor that we did not care for. I absolutely love burnt ends from BBQ joints, and this was the first time we've ordered chicharrones so I don't have something to compare them to, but I'd suggest trying them elsewhere. As for the brussels, when we first got to the restaurant our friends were sharing them. We tried one bite and knew we had order a whole plate for ourselves! They were literally the best brussel sprouts we've ever had. The roasted garlic aioli and grana cheese were topped on perfectly cooked brussels which I would go back for. I highly suggest checking out The Evergreen, go through their beer menu, and find a new favorite plate.
