I visited the Kohler Experience Center because our designer had selected and installed a faucet that was too low and short for the type of sink he had selected for our newly renovated bathroom. My husband and I feared that we would have to rip out all the newly installed vanities to fix the solution. We were greeted immediately upon entering the showroom by Marquetta Williams. She listened to our issue and was able to show us a few possible solutions. She was able to guide us to faucets that matched the style of the bathroom and would work better with our sinks. She helped us with measurements and selection. Marquetta had the new faucets shipped to us within the week. We are so happy now. Marquetta was efficient, pleasant and most importantly very knowledgeable about the products the showroom had. She answered all my many questions. I would definitely go back to the Kohler Experience showroom in New York City and work with Marquetta again. I wish I had known about the Kohler showroom when I started my renovation. read more

My goal was to end 2024 with a totally new bathroom and Shiv Singh helped make that happen. I first toured Kohler on W 22nd St to help get basic ideas on what I wanted and then Shiv showed me the many options I had to meet these desires. After selecting color and style for bathroom fixtures, he helped me select from multiple options I was given for everything from shower head to the shower drain. Aside from all plumbing needs, I was able to find and purchase a new toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, shower doors and more. Being able to purchase from one vendor made my activities much simpler. I just stopped in to order a towel bar and toilet paper holder, items I put on hold until after completion in case size changes, and they were delivered the next day. As an architect, I deal with many suppliers and vendors, and both the showroom and the staff at Kohler Experience Center are the best of the best. The showroom is expansive so that one can see almost every type of fixture option. Shannon Boehm, the pro with whom I worked there, could not have been more knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. She has a vast amount of knowledge about not only Kohler's products, but many others and was always able to make an excellent suggestion when I described a design objective. She also worked with me to make selections competitively priced where needed. We were doing a total renovation of our Manhattan bathroom, and I needed a lot of hand holding when it came to the shower fixtures. I first went to the Kohler showroom in January and met with Vlad Bernard, but some unforeseen delays put the project on the back burner. I couldn't stop raving about the "experience" and finally dragged my husband there in August when we placed the order. Everything is laid out beautifully, and the running showers blew me away! You get to feel what your shower will feel like for real. Vlad was incredibly helpful and patient, and had some good suggestions. If you are renovating or designing a bathroom, you must see Marquetta (one of the sales consultants at Kohler) - she is an actual saint. She's super knowledgeable, extremely helpful and so friendly.
