The store is okay if your in a hurry and need something. I just can't believe their return policy.They take anything back that came from there with no receipt.I have found definitely worn products out on the floor. YUCK!! Dirty shoes, dirty bras, etc. Can't the sales people be better trained. I honestly followed a woman in and watched her grab a blouse off a rack and go to the return counter and get a store credit as she had no receipt. And, we all pay for that in higher prices. I love this kohls it's close and convenient and has a really great staff I always have so many people who assist me when I go in that it's hard to keep up the names but I believe a woman named Lupe was very helpful and a gentlemen named Ricardo has helped me check out both of these two were very kind and informative. Horrible horrible customer service! Every time I have to return something, I wait in line for at least 45 minutes, and then the agents helping me are super rude. Their store workers have constantly spoken rude to customers and complained about them right in front of me. Just now, Mary in customer service was extremely rude to an elderly customer right in front of me. I will always choose another store, when given the choice. Don't shop at this one!! read more

well, The corporate refund was a bust. I didn't get my full amount either. They still sent me a $25 Merchandise store credit and the check for $104.59 is in the mail. I recently stopped into Kohl's for the first time because I was in need of a new bathing suit and I was impressed by the men's section. On my first trip, I found a nice looking bathing suit (that even my fashionista daughter approved of) at a decent price and have since returned a few times. I've now picked up a few polo shirts there on great sales. This is definitely a good store to check for inexpensive casual wear. I will be back. read more

I used to come here often before i started noticing wierd things. The clothes arent the best quality unless they are well known brand names. The shirts i buy usually dont last long at all which is wierd because i take care of my clothes very well. Eveytime i go there seems to not be enough cashiers. I love the variety and if you look good enough you can find great deals. The coupons are also a plus. I usually get ten dollars off everytime i go which is amazing! read more

Was not a fan of this Kohls. The store was hard to navigate and messy. Also, they didn't have a good selection of any of their items (clothes, shoes, etc.) I ended up going to another location and found exactly what I was looking for. Had a horrible experience today. We ordered a dining room set online with Kohl's for a great price. Had it delivered and when we opened it, the table was completely banged up and in every box all the screws were loose and just thrown in. Not even in a bag or anything. The chairs ended up being okay even though we were missing some of the screws, etc. to put it together. We were told that we could either return the table by paying for the shipping back ourselves or drag this huge, heavy thing to the closest store to us, which is the Fullerton one. We also spoke to someone on the phone at the store that they would have someone come out to the car to help us get it inside the store. What a crock! We already had to lug this thing down three flights of stairs to get it there you know. So we get there and ask where we should go to refund the money so that we can buy another table since they can't just send us another one. Wtf? The girl at the customer service counter told us they would send someone out to get it so my boyfriend pulled his car around. I took care of the refund and the girl directed me to a kiosk where I could re-order the table. The kiosk is so damn slow I could have done it quicker at home on my laptop. After much time trying to get this damn kiosk to work I find that they no longer have the table available. My boyfriend calls me on the phone and says he's been waiting for half and hour and no one's come to get the table and the strip mall security is now in a confrontation with him that he needs to move his car. He re-parks it and comes in to raise hell and the girl who I saw order the lifting help for us on her walkie talkie is now claiming that we said we were gonna bring it in ourselves! What the hell???? You have got to be kidding me. Then we finally get that sorted by the grumpy guy who works there who was very clearly asked 3 or 4 times to come out and just blew it off. What a dick he was! Then the manager tells us that it's not a good idea to order furniture from Kohl's because it always comes messed up and damaged!!!! So now we have to try to find a table that matches the chairs we have. Beware ordering any furniture online form Kohl's! It is wayyyyyy more trouble than it's worth!!!! read more

Well I ordered two black blouses online and the receipt says black but I received two white ones in the mail. No biggie, mistakes happen. So I went to this Yorba Linda location to hopefully exchange them or at the very least return them. The man who helped me at the returns office was a delight and he told me that the system says there is only one and he called another associate to assist in finding the one. Well she was less of a delight but it wasn't because she couldn't find the shirt (I get it people move things around making it hard to locate them) but she was lacking in customer service especially compared to the first gentleman I worked with. I overheard another associate tell her that it's probably misplaced then she turned around and told me that they don't have any more in stock, which felt like a line and made her look silly. Point is be honest with your customers and help solve problems don't just make excuses and leave me hanging. read more

I was very impressed with an employee named Linda in the lingerie department. When I could not find the size I wanted, she offered to go search through the stock in the back. When she came back, she apologized for the lack of sizes. She then took me to the Kohl's kiosk where I attempted to order these items. Unfortunately, the kiosk was not working properly, but Linda, who worked in the Vanity Fair department, was a great asset to the Yorba Linda Blvd. store. read more

Kohl's (particularly this location) is my absolute favorite store! What's not to love? Most of the time I can find what I'm looking for, and more (which is not good for my bank account but I digress). They also have a good rewards program, awesome discounts, and returns are SUPER easy. I'm an avid Kohl's shopper, however after an incident tonight I will not be returning to this location. Their "customer service", specifically Tyson and Teresa, needs to be worked on to the max. I had no idea it was okay to lay into a customer with snarky comments and a rude attitude in FRONT of a line full of people. I have never left any place feeling as embarrassed AND mad due to how I was treated until tonight. Maybe it's because I worked in retail for nearly 10 years, or maybe it's because I currently work for one of the most well known companies with an A+ in customer service that my standards are so high, but either way how they treated me was unacceptable. And from reading previous reviews it seems like they have always had a problem with customer service. The district or regional manager will be notified. read more

I was very upset after leaving this store. The girls working the stores were very rude and full of themselves. I thought it was just with their customers were they like that but i noticed even among themselves the girls seem like the B-word. The only customers they seemed to treat well were the ones who looked like they had money. InInWent to Kohl's in Seal Beach and talk to the manager Kevin. He was very nice and polite . They HAD the size of the pjs I needed. So they replaced pajamas at no extra charge . Now my grandson has pajamas that fit him. This s manager actually was willing on giving me my money back. He was far and honest . DID not offer me $16 like the one dId in Fullerton. Kevin thank you for all your help and thank you for how nice you were to me . You helped me alot. Kevin was very nice. The koles in Seal Beach. Very friendly and polite and talks nice to people .they he says that they honors receipts and the prices that are on the tags . So as long as you have your receipt in your tags he says everything's good. Kevin is very good polite man talked well and has respect. He was respectful to anybody in the store. There was other people thanking him for how grateful he was and how fast working he was I will go to Seal Beach now . I will never go to the one at fullerton again. They are rude disrespectful. Went to this Kohls on Sat 6/9/18, received excellent customer service from Cashier, so friendly. Went back on Sun 6/10 to return item. Definitely did not receive the same at the Return Dept. I don't really know what was going on with this cashier, so dismissive and uninvolved. Just so no one would think I was trying to just get cash back, I asked if the money could be put back on my credit card. The cashier told me I would have to wait until she could get to the next register (I guess only 1 register does credit card returns). I said that was okay, I would take the cash and then deposit it back into the bank. She then took money out of the cash register, counted it to HERSELF and LAID IT ON THE COUNTER with my receipt. I proceeded to count my money and then she said with an attitude "Is it all there?" I took a deep breath, calmed myself and said "Yes it is, however they usually count it back to me." I thanked her and left. Maybe Kohls need to do like Starbucks and have some sensitivity training regarding racial issues. Yes, I'm Black. read more

I was there not too long ago, I was looking forward to doing some shopping and making my last payment on my cc. I'm browsing threw the store with my drink in my hands and listening to music. of course it being me, the straw gets caught on my earphones and slips out of my hand. Of.Course. I rush to find someone. Can't find anyone, so I go to the registers where half the store is and tell the first person I make eye contact with. I'm very apologetic and guy says nothing. I feel really bad, I apologize again. Says nothing. I feel horrible as it is. I go back to the scene of the crime to make sure no one step in it or slips. A lady (customer) approaches the area . I let her know to be careful. She's so kind and realizes I'm supper embarrassed and tries calming me saying it seems like something she would do. It helps, so now I'm just waiting for someone to come clean it up and someone finally arrived and once again I apologize and the lady says nothing, shakes her head, Rolls her eyes and starts cleaning. I feel horrible. how do I even approach the cashiers to make my purchase? How do I make a payment after that? They made me feel like crap. So all I could do is take everything I had gotten back to their original place and sneak out the door. I'm sorry! I really am, but I've worked in retail before that's not how you treat a customer. I can't wait to make my last payment, close the cc and never set a foot in that store. read more
