I LOVE KOHL'S. Last night I decided to get a heard start on my Christmas shopping, because I got a "30% off of everything" coupon in the mail for being a Kohl's Card member. My total bill came to: $240 My total "saved" came to: $630 So basically, I just bought $870 worth of stuff for $240. I also got $40 in Kohl's Cash.... which is pretty much the same as a gift card. $40 to spend on whatever I want. Kohl's is pretty much the best store ever.... the extra coupons you get for having a Kohl's card are SO worth it!! :) read more

This store is a disaster! The shoe department is a wreck, it's impossible to find any shoes, and most don't have prices. I had an issue at the register and the manager was very friendly and made up for the problem. The staff are all friendly the store is just a disaster every time I am in there. read more

I went in last night with my brother who wanted to get some pants. It seemed like a lot of the clothes in that section were not well organized as we had to search for his size. I don't know about other departments there but that one could have used some organization. The cashier, Maria Rosa was phenomenal. She was very friendly and professional. She signed my brother up for a store credit card and was very thorough explaining discounts, coupons, etc. I wish more sales associates were like her. She should train them all!!! read more

The night staff at this location leaves something to be desired. Maybe it was our bad for coming in within 15 minutes of closing to quickly check for a certain shoe for my husband. The cashier was extremely rude as we came in informing us they were closed. The intercom announcement that the store was closed (not closing) came 5 minutes before 9pm and the manager had already locked the door. This is the second time I've been here in the evening and experienced rude employees that seemed to just want to get you out of there. I've shopped at this Kohls many times during their holiday hours and always experienced cheerful staff even at night, it's too bad those people aren't there anymore. read more

After my bad experience at the Kohl's on McKellips, I returned my blouse to this Kohl's in hopes of a new experience! I drove way out of my way just to avoid what I endured before. I was pleasantly surprised at the great choices they had and huge inventory. I was a little shaken when o went to customer service and there were police there and a hysterical customer. Yelling that she had been treated wrong and they wouldnt return her item. You could see the stress in the faces of the employees. They shuffled me in and out with my return no problem. As I was leaving to look at other clothing, an employee named Shelly came up to me and asked if she could help find a replacement blouse and wanted to make sure I was ok from the experience in customer service. I was very impressed with her. She was young, yet she knew how to treat a customer. I was very grateful I was able to see the difference in both locations. Always fun to go to Kohls and shop. There's a fairly good selection of clothes and misc. items to pick from . A lot of the items are overpriced however, they constantly having scratch off coupons available in the store. read more

Hit and miss with this store. Sometimes I find everything I'm looking for and sometimes I find absolutely nothing. What's interesting is that the cashier people are always so friendly, but you can't find a customer service person anywhere in the store. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service I received at this branch. I had a major purchase on one receipt with $20 Kohl's Cash. When I returned a $39 sweater, they told me they would have to deduct the Kohl's cash and give me the $19. So what if I put the sweater on another receipt? I earned that Kohl's cash! I had to spend $100 to get that and they took it away just like that. I can understand if I took the whole order, then take my $20 back. If you ever shop here, be sure to put your Kohl's cash item on another receipt. They will take that $20 back if you have ANY returns. I am completely disappointed in Kohl's. read more

The customer service here is top notch. Both the cashier and customer service desk were very helpful with exchanging my pants that I bought (too big) on the website. Also, found a clearance shirt for $4, and while I was in line paying, some nice lady gave me her leftover $4.06 in kohl's cash! Free shirt??!! Can my day get any better? read more

I only go to Kohls when I get an extra 30% coupon. I am a numbers person, so I know that I have to spend $71.50 pre tax to get down to my $50 subtotal after the 30% off to get my $10 Kohls cash. I bought 4 pairs of pants and an electronic toothbrush for $60 after my 30% off and saved a ridiculous amount of money. Of course, I only buy things on sale or on clearance as well. It;s also a great place for wedding gifts. I have tons of friends that are registered at Kohls so I am able to buy them a better gift with the discount. If you forget your coupon card, the ladies at the register are great about giving you the discount anyways. read more

Awful experience... First I went to the kohls on Arizona Ave and Willis to exchange a hoody for a different size as it didn't fit. Note I was in the store over 20 minutes and no one offered to help. I ended up walking to the back to customer service for her to tell me they do not have the size I was looking for but the store on baseline and stapley has the right one in stock. I returned the hoody and came to the other store a couple hours later. I looked for at least 20 minutes with no luck. I ended up going to the jewelry department for help because no one was around to assist. She called someone over and they looked up if they had the hoody in stock. They still had 2 but after me and another employee looking we came up with nothing. What a waste of time in every aspect. Wasted my gas to drive here wasted my time searching in the store for not only the hoody they said they had in stock but an employee to help find the hoody as well. I won't be shopping at kohls anymore. read more

You spend $50 at a location and they give you credit but if you don't make it there right before it expires then they won't honor it or bend it all. Considering Kohl's used to bend all the time to help out their customers by extending the courtesy of the discount if you left it at home or allowing you to use your Kohls cash one day after expiration, I am very disappointed in the cracking down. I understand that there is an expiration date but they used to honor it 1 to 2 days after it expired for the customers convenience. It is unfortunate that they have gone from being so customer friendly to so black-and-white. read more

Cashier (Amanda T.) told me they were doing a rare discount for customers signing up for a Kohl's charge card. I already have a Kohl's card with my husband, and she even asked me if I had a card. She asked me who was the primary card holder and I told her my husband was. She said, "Great, you can sign up for your own today and get 40% off your purchase." She went on to tell my husband and me that applying wouldn't be a hard inquiry on my credit report, and she was very insistent acting and saying she knows because she's worked for Kohl's for a few years. It's been a while since I've signed up for a credit card, so I was trusting when she stated that. A couple days later I get an email stating that my credit has changed. I checked my credit report and there was a hard inquiry from Kohl's on my credit report! I Googled about cashiers lying about information while signing up people for store cards, and I read some information which stated employees say anything to meet their quota for signing people up for their store cards. I don't deny not being up to date with my knowledge of what kind of cards affect credit score, so I blame myself for lack of knowledge, but cashiers or any store employee should know better than to lie to customers about such an important issue. read more

I'm a frequent Kohl's shopper, always a nice place to go for good deals. My only issue with them is that I have had to return on 2 separate occasions and now going on a 3rd because they did not remove the security sensors and not once did the alarms go off to warn me that the sensors were still on and yes I still have my receipts. The night before thanksgiving I purchased a long knitted sweater and when I got to my thanksgiving diner I was told by several people that there is a sensor on the back of my sweater, it was so embarrassing I ended up taking off the sweater for the rest of the night. With my holiday schedule at work it has been impossible for me to go back and I had to ask to leave work early today just so I can make it in time to the store to get it removed. I wish I could give them more stars because I enjoy coming here but the fact that I've had to return so often and not be able to just wear the clothes the same day or even the next day is very disappointing read more
