It felt very cramped, with large bags of clothes stored under the racks and tight spacing that made it hard to walk around. Today, it was a much better experience. The racks are still fairly close together, but the clutter is gone and the bags of clothes are no longer visible, which makes a big difference. That said, the prices have gone up over time and now feel a bit expensive for the quality. Overall, the remodel is a big improvement, but pricing could be more reasonable.

The shorts still had the original sales tags attached, and while she was looking for the receipt, a young male sales associate said, "How do I know you bought it?" That was a really unpleasant thing to say. It made her feel like she was being accused of doing something wrong, even though she was simply trying to exchange a tagged item for another size. Thankfully, a female manager came over and handled the exchange kindly and professionally, with no problem at all. I appreciate the manager's help, (that's the reason for 2 stars) but the way the sales associate treated my wife was embarrassing and disrespectful. A simple exchange should not leave a customer feeling accused or humiliated.

I bought lots of trinkets here too for my grandkids. The Pacific city was a ghost town today, I came to shop at Sephora but it closed at 7pm. So sad this mall might be gone if this continues.
