I've been to cleaner bathrooms in Union Station. Absolute filth. Had to wash my 8 year old with Purell in the parking lot.

They denied my 10 cash back when it's been expired for less than a month. ALL other kohls I've been to have accepted it even more than a month of expiration, even kohls in other states. Really didn't leave there in a good mood today. Didn't know it was that big of a deal especially since I spend LOTS of money there for my whole family. I'm leaving 2 stars bc I like Kohls just not today. read more

I live less than 10 minutes away from this Kohls and I never came back. I drive to the one off of Campus and let me tell you, at the Kohls off campus, they KNOW how to treat customers. This Kohls needs to train their staff in customer care. Some cashiers are rude, not helpful and look like they hate their lives. I encountered a manager who was the lest helpful person of them all and was very rude! I was over priced for a item that should have been less than $100 and I was charged about $130 for it. I was so upset, I didn't bother to return it and just told myself I will never be back to that Kohls. Seriously guys, look for a different Kohls cause this one will have you leaving in a bad mood. read more

This store is alright. They generally aren't overly busy, but they open almost none of the registers. This means if you have two or three people in front of you, you're in for a 10-15 minute wait as all the cashiers take their time. It's nice not to feel rushed, but 15 minutes in line is a bit much. read more

I absolutely love kohls but everytime I go to this location I wait in line for at least 10 minutes...Open more registers so your customers don't feel like they want to out their items back instead of buying. I understand it gets busy but you have to prepare for that. read more

I love kohls. love it. Reason for 3 stars? Every time I put something on hold they never, NEVER, find it the next day. No matter how many times I tell them that ill be back the next day they never have my things i put on hold. I tell them "For tomorrow. I should be no later than 10pm" and they still never have my things. read more

Customer service is key for me. I went to this location ad I was in the area but normally do not shop here as I have found I normally do not find anything I care to buy. I had s return and when the associate (name starts with "c") was ringing up my order the register tape ran out. After she reinserted new tape my receipt did but print out. She told me I could go into any other Kohls store to get my receipt printed..LAZY !! As a consumer u have the right to receive proper customer service. Don't let a lazy young adult deny that service and inconvenient u. This is my least favorite kohls store POOR customer service read more

Online pick should make your experience quicker and more efficient. Today I went to pick up my online order and had no one in line. The girl at the counter did not have a scanner, so she had to call for someone with a scanner. I stood at the counter for almost 5 mins. A line began to form. The associate with the scanner finally showed up and went straight to another woman in the line of people to assist her with an online pickup. Myself and the original girl at the counter both told her I was there first and was waiting for her. She was very rude and came over and scanned my barcode then handed me my purchase and walked away. No thank you or I'm sorry for the wait. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

This is my second time shopping at this Kohl's. I have had a Kohl's card for some time, but rarely use it. In fact, I lost my card recently, but that didn't seem to bother any of the cashiers. They kindly instructed me what to do in the event that this happens. I wish I had caught the name of the cashier in Customer Service, she was so calm & patient with me because I went there to make my payment. I forgot that I could make a payment with any cashier. So, thank you for being so understanding. As for Jesus at the checkout/cashier counter. He too was awesome. He explained how my Kohl's cash worked & my rewards via emailed worked too. (Just like the female cashier did, at C.S.) Thank you for such awesome Customer Service. The store is so clean there & everyone was so pleasant. I truly enjoyed my shopping experience. I usually avoid Kohl's stores. Their prices don't always justify the often poor quality of their merchandise. I'm extremely disappointed with the service in this store. Not only was the selection of clothes limited to the incredibly skinny or larger than most; clothing was on the floor, hangers maliciously awaiting a passing foot to give you a slip and slide, or no employees willing to assist a confused customer. Typically this chaos isn't uncommon for a store having a blow out sale. Initially, these things did not bother me; nor were they worth mentioning except for a mental comment. I heard another young woman storm out, upset on her phone complaining the employees here are "stupid". I thought it was an overreaction until I came in line to pay. Since I came here with my mother for a spur of the moment shopping, she handed me a coupon to save on my purchase. Apparently she handed my brother one too. Now this coupon knocks off 10 dollars of a purchase of 30 dollars or more. However only one coupon is allowed per household. I didn't see the coupon as a problem. I don't live in the same address as my mother. While I was waiting in line, I decided I'd like to apply for a Kohl's card too. I waited until the lines died down to purchase.Time to pay, and the woman cashing me out gets a phone call- she's not allowed to take my coupon. Why? My brother (mind you, we really don't live in the same house hold... We don't even the same last name!) used the same coupon. I tried explaining we don't live in the same address, and I was just shopping with my mother, however she wouldn't hear any of it. Then another associate lingers over us as if I was about to cause a problem. Oh I was livid! ID? Bills? What proof would allow me loop over a ridiculous rule which didn't even apply to me. In short, it was just 10 dollars off... I wasn't upset over trivial savings, I still would of paid the remaining balance. Really, if I had stated at the beginning of check out , I wanted a Kohl's card application, would she of hushed me and interrupted my sentence with a rude tone "No you can't use the coupon, do you want the items or not?" My goodness, I felt humiliated trying to explain my situation only to be scolded like a school child yet again. She could of tried to be more helpful as in offer other ways I could save (Like the Kohl's card I did at first want to apply for) but instead of keeping me happy and consider keeping a customer for life, they give me bull shit. Fine. I'll shop at Ross. Kohl's clothing ends up there anyways for far less. read more

A straight forward return with receipts etc became one of my worst shopping experiences ever. Assistant manager at customer service has serious issues. Her unwarranted remarks lead me to believe that every return is deducted from her paycheck. Will avoid this place at all costs. read more

I walked in on a Monday morning and the store was a hot mess! Clothes and misc things were EVERYWHERE. You couldn't walk through the place without being caught by a hanger or a pile of something in the floor. For once there were employees all over the store however I was never acknowledged once, not even one person looked my way... what was worse is that I was able to over hear not one, but two conversations about employees talking badly about another employee. I came here to purchase slippers that were on sale. I noticed that they were more expensive in the store then online so I went to the Kiosk to order them online instead and just pick them up in the store. I waited in line for the Kiosk for about 10 mins before realizing that I need the store to look up my Kohls Card information. I went to a register with two ladies and just waited there in front of them while they proceeded to have a conversation. Once the lady acknowledged me she was able to get me what I needed. Since I didn't want to wait in the line for the Kiosk the lady told me I could go use the other one by the Customer Service line. After inputting everything and taking 15 mins to do everything the machine wouldn't work. After trying to figure it out and being unsuccessful I pushed the help button. When the lady came over she told me the machine has been broken and that the customer service lady could help me. I was beyond tired and so irritated. All I wanted to do was purchase a pair of slippers and I felt like I was running around with my head cut off trying to buy them. I finally just put them back and left. This store is the worst. I finally just bought them online and purchased them at the upland location. read more

I went to the store on Mountain looking for a Homedics air purifier I showed them online. The one I needed was not in store so I showed it to an employee she told me to go to the store on Milliken that they do a price matching and have a bigger selection of purifiers. So, I came the the Khols on Milliken and the employee rudely told me that they do not price matching!!!! Really!!!!!!! Why not?????? I wasted my time for nothing and got a rude response!!! Went to Kohls yesterday and was disappointed that after searching rack after rack, I couldn't find the sizes I needed, and when I did...it was a less than desirable article of clothing. Felt like I wasted a lot of time in a store that had a tremendous amount of merchandise..none of which was for me. Epic fail. read more

My two main issues were the time it took to pick up an online order, and the way I was treated when I attempted to exchange the item I picked up (minutes before) when I realized the box had been previously opened and items were missing. I ordered online for in-store pick up because I thought it would be faster. It ended up taking approximately 45 minutes. First, pick up took a long time because the girl at the counter didn't seem to be familiar with the process or where items were kept. Next, when I finally got back to my car I realized the box looked like it was previously opened. I didn't want to return again so I checked the box to make sure everything was there, and of course items were missing. I immediately went back inside and requested to exchange for a different box. The item I purchased was expensive and I want to receive what I paid for (new, not possibly used and missing items). I exchanged at a register because I didn't want to wait in the long customer service line again. This is where the second issue arose. The cashier asked me several questions (which I expect, especially if I'm asking to exchange an expensive item), but my problem is that she asked as if I was a criminal. She was asking as if she was trying to catch me in something. I was humiliated. She asked me when, where, and how I purchased, but she was asking in a way as if she thought I was trying to scam the store in some way. I answered her and she completed the exchange, but she seemed reluctant and suspicious. I felt so embarrassed because of the way she questioned me, especially since other customers were around. I had everything with me, if she had any suspicion she could have just examined the receipt and called the in-store pick up counter and verified, instead of asking the way she did. I felt like I was being humiliated for something that is their problem. Do they check items when they are returned and before placing them back on the sale floor? Also, as a suggestion maybe the cashiers should check big boxes before the customer leaves (if the item looks to have been previously opened) so that the customer is not questioned as if they are a criminal. This transaction left a bad taste in my mouth because of how long it took and because of the way I was treated. It's going to be a long time before I return to this store. Also, the two previous order online & pick up in store purchases I placed also took longer than just walking in the store myself (which defeats the purpose). I thought maybe it was because it was new, but it seems to be a problem with a lack of training and/or employee apathy. read more

Ok so had a run in with a manager named crystal and a associate at the customer service. Anyways I called to ask about my percentage discount and the return policy.. Well the girl that answered the phone rushed me off the phone saying she has a line after I asked one question about the return policy. As she told me the return policy is 30days for everything. I questioned it because I thought kohls doesn't have a expiration period that is why I called to verify. As I asked other questions that's when she said her line is long. So I asked for a manager and the associate left me on hold for 15min finally I called back and was on hold again for 5min then finally a manager answered named CRYSTAL. I told her my issue with the associate and asked about the percentage expiration as well.. She told me every store is different with the percentages that it is up to the managers the time of purchase whether to except a day expired coupon, I asked well shouldn't kohls be he same and she said sir that's not the way it works. Long story short, she was being just ill mannered and didn't care to have me as a customer. So I asked for the corporate number and she refused and then I asked for both of the names to report them to the corporate and she said loss prevention said they could not give names. I honestly feel like this store gives u the run around .. But what else to do people but go to a different kohls nearby.. I called different store and verify some things and they have heard bad bad comments about the Ontario store. Also as crystal was talking to me I asked for the store manager and she said Tony Laso would have her back and the associates about how they were to me.. I am sorry Tony I highly doubt these employees were trained properly because crystal finally gave in and gave me the number to corporate and said if I want to call any other store for advice (with a attitude) to go ahead. This kohls needs to be looked at by corporate. I will write a letter to corporate and go into detail with these issues.. read more

absolutely love this store. they always have a great selection and you just cannot beat the sales and of course kohls cash. the assistant store manager, meenu, was actually out on the floor and assisted me in finding an item i was looking for. when i finished my shopping and went to the register, she was there assisting the cashiers. great customer service! read more
