This store is horrible! Customer service is pathetic. Note to staff maybe show some empathy for your customers. My wife's birthday comes around once a year. How about figure out a compromise. Not only did you lose a sale (in this economy NOT GOOD) But you pissed me off so much I gave yet another horrible review!! I found out today I am not an authorized user on our credit card. I rarely buy stuff without the wife at Kohls. So I had know idea that I wasn't a authorized user. I understand the policy; however the attitude at the jewelery counter was terrible. I have been at the store in RSM and we had an expired coupon. She called over the manager and was able get a 20 percent discount instead of 30. Just saying there was a way to make the sale there. Figure it out don't treat your customers like they are criminals. Any way if you want to be treated like crap feel free to shop there other wise I would drive to Corona. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible...customer service. The "meeno" manager needs to go and take classes on how to treat customers like customers and not like unwanted guests. I don't know if it has to do with her culture or her horrible manners, but she would not even stop a second to talk to me and acknowledge that I had a concern. In addition, their specials are just a disguise for overpriced merchandise. If I could give them minus stars that's exactly what they have earned. For the person who is concerned about my review being a lie and who is sending me messages that I am going to get sued over this review, check your facts. I never indicated when this incident occurred, but I assure you that it was still sufficiently fresh in my mind. I wrote it upon opening a Yelp account and I did speak to the store manager regarding this issue so you can confirm the type of, or lack of customer service offered by this particular store by asking the manager about an incident where I was attempting to speak to this manager and she continued to walk away from me, never even turned to look at me, said she had nothing to talk to me about until I asked her for the corporate number. It was only then that she stopped to write the the number and then she continued on her way. I know you are just trying to save the reputation of the store because your job depends on it, but the vast majority of the reviews are negative. You can't put a bandaid on a wound and expect to solve the problem. The real problem here are not the customers. I will let the company figure out what the real problem might be. read more

I went to buy clothes and shoes for my son and it was just horrible. The shoes and clothes were on opposite sides of the store and I couldn't find socks for a 3 yr old. Once I finished shopping and I checked out, I look at my receipt and the sale posted on the display did not show. I asked the sales rep and she directed me to customer service. The line for customer service was so long that I had to wait 45 minutes to be helped. Once I get there, they tell me that they can only on or half of what was posted because someone forgot to change the sign. Not my Fucking problem! read more

I visited Kohl's and was Blessed to be assisted by Zachary. My issue took a fair bit of time to resolve. He never once seemed annoyed or irritated by the issue which I'd assume was not something he'd have to deal with on a regular basis. I do a great deal of online shopping in order to avoid people and lines. I had to come to the store and am VERY happy that I received Exceptional Customer Service. Incompetent cashier helped out my mom today. She rushed through the transaction when we asked her to wait (my mom is new to smart phones and was bringing up her email on her phone for the $10 rewards so the cashier could scan it) but she rushed through anyway and had to get someone to show her how to void the transaction because she pushed the credit card option too early. And for some reason my mom's phone number wasn't going through for the rewards. She had my mom waiting for 5 minutes for the supervisor to void all because she couldn't wait a few seconds for the email to load. The folks who work at Customer service desk should be fired! I was at the service desk for a return/exchange! The lady asked me with an attitude "you want to return this now? ", then I said I want to check the current pricing first, then she goes you can do that at a price check, and shouted to the people in the line "Sorry, we will be right there with you". I was barely at the service desk for couple of minutes, she was already trying to drive me out. Let's be honest, every Kohl's is a mess of supposedly discounted items with advertised full prices that are ridiculous. But sometimes you can find good deals and they usually have decent coupons. As the mom of a tweenaged boy, I often come here for cheap clothes and sometimes I have to exchange them because my son has moved up a size and I hadn't noticed. The last two times I've purchased pants for my son at Kohl's I've had to exchange them for a different size. No big deal, right? Wrong. The first time they didn't have the exact same style I'd previously bought so I grabbed something almost identical in the same brand. The customer service woman said she couldn't exchange them so I'd have to do a return and purchase the new pair. When she did that, she said the coupon I'd originally used couldn't be applied. I ended up owing about $10 for essentially the exact same thing but in a different size. I should have known not to do my most recent return at this Kohl's. The exact same thing happened again. And on top of that I had Kohl's cash that I'd planned to use toward another item. But apparently because I was forced to return and repurchase an item instead of exchange it, I was not entitled to my Kohl's cash and it was voided. I spent the same amount of money, but some technicality the customer service lives and dies by (same person both times, fyi) cost me in Kohl's cash. I'm not saying I'll never shop at Kohl's again, but I definitely won't be back to this one. I've had much better luck at the location at the Colonies in Upland. Better selection, a little neater, and much nicer associates. It's further from where I live, but seems to me like the extra drive is worth it. read more

Another Kohl's shopping trip with my best friend. Not a fan of this store, seems I always have some issue with pricing, service or what not. Well tonight I wanted to purchase some items online and pick up in store to get the cheaper online price and it was saying they did not have in stock, when there was 20 of them in the floor. We called a manger and she even tried to do it for us and it wouldn't allow her either. They don't honor online pricing but she did and on a couple more items as well so we didn't need to do two transactions or wait for the order to be filled. Thank You, Emily!!! I like Kohl's for the every-once-in-a-while type shopping when I can't find anything else at my favorite stores. Recently, Kohl's has been running major discount early shopper days with 20, 40, and even 50% off! My wife recently hooked up a few more clothes for work during one of these sales and was stoked! The best thing I remember about this location was that they sold XBOX boxers! I had to get a couple of pair! This compliments the XBOX 360 fanatic in me and makes for a great show while I'm playing! The lines at this location are the pits during the holidays so have someone stand in line for you while you shop and visa-versa - it's the ONLY way to make it in and out of this store sometimes! read more

We bought a $50 dollar gift card for Christmas and apparently a theif stole the Gift card information by taking a picture of the Gift card numbers and used their phone to spend the money on the gift card in Beaumont! We called customer service and went back to Kohls and talked to a manager and they refused to refund out money! This is unacceptable we had our receipt and they still would not give us a refund! Don't but gift cards from Kohls!! They should put the gift cards behind the counter so the info cannot get stolen!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had at this Kohls.. I took my mother here to et a few things and I also got a few things that I liked. There was a jacket that I wanted but my size was not available in store. The young lady who rang us up at the register then told us to go to customer service where it could be ordered online. My mother and I walk over to customer service and attempt to order the item I wanted. Jasmine was very nice and professional, but Janay was very rude and unprofessional and acted as if she didn't want to help us. My mother is disabled and ill and cannot stand for long, so rude employee Janay told us that the worker in the front was wrong in telling us to go to customer service and they can not order for us online when an item is not available in store, she then told us we had to go to a kiosk and order. Jasmine whom was very nice tried to help us, I asked for the supervisor and Jasmine called him, Janay then walked in the back and got the supervisor (you can tell she told him something). The supervisor came out and did a whole bunch of nothing, then turned around and walked in the back. While Jasmine is helping me order the item on my phone, I can hear Rude Janay helping a customer next to us, and that customer also ask to speak to a manager because Janay acts like she does not want to help customers. Instead of her calling the do nothing manager like Jasmine did, Janay walks in the back and gets him. This was a very horrible experience, not only did Janay have a TERRIBLE attitude with me and another customer, this store is not handicap accessible!!!!!! My mother and I had to go to two different fitting rooms because the entrance was practically blocked off by a rack of clothes, so the wheelchair (we borrowed from the store) would not fit into the room, so I had to wheel my mom around the store for 5-10 minutes looking for an associate to move this huge rack. My mom is a Kohls card holder, and will close her card once the balance is paid off. Janay is the worst associate I have ever dealt with and her do nothing manager is even worse. I will never shop here again. You employees need customer service training and need to be a little more nice to not only all there customers but to those who have a disability and are clearly having a hard time standing! we had already returned wheelchair!) Messy. I've gone a few times within a 2 month period and the same section I visit, looks the same every time without any changes. I just went to buy my husband some dress shirts at this kohls and I will not be shopping here again, they have a check in on yelp for 15 percent off which is not a huge savings but its the principle of the thing. This manager refused to honor the coupon, although I used a check in coupon earlier this month of August at the exact same kohls store. She claims I did not. I am regular customer of kohls. but this particular kohls in Milliken is horrible especially employees are very rude.compare to other kohls. they are not friendly at all. They made me wait for more than 50 minutes at the counter. and in the meantime the associate who was ringing my stuff made me open the boxes which was already rang just to see a perticular shoe that she wanted for herself . i was so annoyed. The store is generally disorganized, and the racks are filled with items that belong on other racks. and when they go to check the price it take soooo long. even their managers are very incooperative,condescending and rude. i ask the name of the associate who rang my items she was not wearing her name badge. she just scribble that i cannot even complain her name. Wow! Talk about amazing customer service! We all make mistakes in life, And Kohls made a small one, I had to drive 30 mins to go back and have it fixed but it was worth it. Hector, the manager, was so nice to me and treated me like a valued customer. I wish I knew the girls name in make up but she was a sweetheart and made me an adorable goodie bag.
