My only complaint is the stock. Every time I come to this Kohl's I can't find the size I need in anything! I wish they had more stock in the kids Jumping Beans as well, they are ALWAYS out of the sizes I need for my nephews and nieces. Recently moved to the area and decided to stop at Kohl's to buy stuff for the house. The checker was so rude, didn't say a word even when I said hi. I had to ask her twice to scan my coupon on my phone. I've worked seasonal at Kohl's and was shocked. So I went back again thinking the first time was a fluke - ahh NO - rude salespeople, dirty floors, shelves trashed, and dressing rooms overflowing. Maybe they need a new store Manager? Went to purchase some shoes for my 7 y/o son. Found some Nike's I thought he'd love in the clearance section. However when I went to purchase them the cashier informed me that Nike's are not part of the sale. I had to take a picture of the clearance section full of Nike boxes clearly in the clearance section. Very misleading! read more

I was so disappointed in this location seemed absolutely filthy and there was a gentleman in the front I'm not sure if he was the store manager or assistant or even a member of management but he was bad mouthing all of the other locations and I even heard him say that store managers are stealing from their stores. I don't think individuals at the management level fully comprehend that certain conversations do not need to be occurring on the sales floor. The fact that I know other stores are struggling and store managers are being fired for theft and all of this other information is none of my business but it is my business because I heard it. I'm the kind of person who likes to deal with things and not run and bad mouth others.The gentleman was Caucasian dark hair maybe in his thirties or forties about 5:11 or 6' slim. Just going off on store managers at other locations and this is appalling to me. Often it's better to shut your mouth then run it around open ears. 1. I call the store and the operator picks up. I say, "Can I have the children's department please? I'm looking for a pair of Halloween pajams" Sure, I get transfered. 2. "Hello, this is intimates". "Uhh, I needed to find a pair of children's pajamas" "Sigh, hold on" I get transfered. 3. "Hi, children's clothing" "Hi! I was wondering if you had any Halloween pajamas left" "Yeah" "Okay, can you find out what sizes you have of the pink skeleton set?" "Sure, hold on" 4. I am put on hold, and someone else picks up asking what I need. I tell them I'm already being helped. They put me back on hold. 5. Woman comes back on the line and says they don't have any Halloween pajamas. In fact, they never received any! I ask, "Really? All the other stores are almost sold out" 6. "Well, what size did you need?" Hmm, why does that matter if you're out? "Anywhere from a 2t to a 4t" "Oh, you didn't say toddler." "Well..." "WAIT" and she puts me back on hold 7. "Yeah we got a 3t. I've been treated rudely at stores, but this Kohls takes customer service to an all new low. The cashier was slow. Really slow. Wal-mart greeter slow. Then when a price issue happened, the manager showed up. Slowly. Really slowly. St-o-o-o-o-ned slowly. My transaction, which should have MAYBE taken 2 minutes, took me over 20 minutes. It's ok. This was my first Kohl's experience and it was decent. Would I go back? Maybe. I would not make a special trip to come here though. The store was clean and sales associates friendly and happy to help. There was a variety of items to browse and all departments seemed to be well stocked. I was really disappointed in the quality in relation to price. It seemed like Sears quality items with Bloomingdales prices. DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM HERE. Non disclosures include: if you purchase a ring that needs to be resized the turn around time is 3 months! And no other stores carry any sizes except 7 which is standard, so that's their only target market. If you're not a 7, they can only resize one size up or one size down and that's a 3 month process. Who wants their significant other to buy them a ring and NOT wear it for 3 months?!?!?! read more

Kohl's is well, a discount department store. It's like the Walmart of department stores. That being said, when there are coupons and promos, it's always worth a look to see what they have. I don't mind buying cheaper accessories here - belts, picture frames, housewares, etc... My only issue is it's always a mess in Kohl's - everything is always in the wrong spot and their clearance racks - why bother even combing through them they are in such disorder it would take hours to find something you'd even want. Pricing wise - things are usually cheap - if there is something that isn't on sale, I'd recommend waiting - they have coupons and sales so frequently i could not imagine anyone paying full price. But they also carry a huge variety of stuff, from kids toys and clothing to housewares, to seasonal lawn furniture/christmas decorations, etc... It's pretty much a one stop shop - good for holiday and present shopping :) read more

Did you know that nobody in the store can answer any questions about your Kohl's account, even though they set the account up?They will take your money but only if you have a statement. They can provide absolutely no information, not even a phone number to call. I ask for the Manager and they sent me to the counter where I was able to get a phone number. But even then, the assistant on the phone would not give me my account number so I could write a check for the balance. I had to give her my Debit Card number or my checking account info over the phone. Needless to say I CLOSED the account. Moving on... read more

The discounts are gimmicks here and disappointing. 30 percent off plus no taxes for tax free week didn't reduce our total at all, since it was certain brands that we had and not others. Angry at myself for going in and getting misled yet again by purposely misleading advertising. Very unhappy and will avoid Kohl's from here on out. I'm a good customer and to spend 600 thinking 30% off plus no taxes, but only getting a 10 dollar discount is ludicrous. Thanks for nothing, Kohl's. I won't be back. read more

A crazy, but worthwhile Thanksgiving night experience! The line wrapped front the front of the store all the way to the back. All registers were open and staff was pointing you to the next available cashier. The majority of the sale items were in-stock and readily available on end caps or the center aisles. I just did my first Amazon return there! Very cool, and very convenient! The employee her was managing the return kiosk - made it so simple and was super professional. Then the give you a coupon for 25% off valid for a week at their store. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is there are many exclusions on said coupon... There is so much merchandise, it's overwhelming. The small shopping cart barely fit down the aisles in jewelry and clothing. I didn't have room to pick up an item and hold it up. I felt boxed in. I was looking at womens clothes then turned around and there were boys clothes. It seemed unorganized. Too many items and they all just ran together. It was hard to tell where one department ended and where the next began. I had no desire to try to figure it out. read more

Very nice staff here. One of the salesfloor girls helped me to find a blouse my Mom liked in her size. This is nice to see! The store itself is quite large and almost unnaturally quiet. I browsed through several departments with hardly seeing anyone. And this was a Saturday afternoon! The cashier was also very friendly and chatted about my purchases. It was a Kohl's Cash day, so I earned myself $20 to use during Cinco de Mayo weekend! Not too shabby! Parking is lot-style and a bit confusing. Alot of the rows seem to double back upon themselves. Wow, I was shocked when I walked into this Khols; it is super clean and new. Everything was well organized and they had a great selection. The employees I encountered were very friendly. My fiancé bought a shirt and realized once we got to the car it had a small hole in it. He went back in and they knocked an additional amount of money off. They always have amazing customer service. I'm honestly the worst when it comes to shopping for shoes. I'm extremely indecisive and sometimes leave stores empty handed because I get frustrated. The other day a young man by the name of Tyler helped me pick some shoes out for myself and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I can't thank Tyler enough for his patience when dealing with me trying a bunch of shoes on and saying no to almost every pair. He never once seemed annoyed or frustrated with me. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I would highly recommend NOT buying anything here at this location I tried to return shoes that I bought earlier that day for my wife and the reason i was returning the shoes is because i didn't know my wife's work policy and didn't know the shoes had to be all black. Went to Kohl's yesterday to pick up a couple of items. At check-out the clerk told me she could not give me any of the sale prices because I was not using their credit card . . . I do not have a card since several years ago their bookkeeping was so disastrous I cancelled it. Maybe I was the only shopper that did not know it was some sort of a special Kohl's card day so therefore, did not receive the sale prices. I absolutely love this Kohls location! I can't even tell you how much money I've saved since I started shopping here. My entire family loves this store. I bought a set of dishes here and a week later they went on sale. I brought in my receipt and Kohls refunded me the difference...with no hassle!!! If you wait for sale ad coupons and use your rewards card or your Kohls card you save even more money...it's amazing how much you can save. After 35 minutes on the phone with Customer Service, I have been advised that the only way to change my user name is to close my account and apply for a new account. Really? I caught a employees lying to me here and at the one on Arden. The one at Arden lied about the store not fixing watches or replacing watch batteries, which it clearly does because I saw with my own two eyes the box all the watch stuff was in. I should have got her name so I could have reported her and that incident. Then the one in Roseville had too long of lines. The employees I asked to help me at this one seemed illiterate and under-educated because asking them where customer service was located is too hard to comprehend. Also, It took 9 minutes for this dude/kid at the register to remember how to scan a coupon... I asked if he could get someone to help him, he said there was no one available to get and I had this angry housewife lady with no time on her hands bantering ME about how long this was all taking. Yikes what a horrible experience we had with Kohl's. We went to the Roseville store to pick up some ties for our upcoming wedding and to check out the flower girls dresses. We ended up opening up a charge card because there online stuff seemed more appealing. Mistake number one! So I ordered two little girls dresses, a white one and a peach one, to match the color themes for us. I also ordered two more ties just like the ones purchased in store. I then ordered two young boys shirts and a pair of shoes. When I received my package, there were three items missing. I immediately called to let them know I didn't have a full order and wanted to see if there was a second one on the way and I just didn't receive that tracking information. Nope! Just one package. The man I spoke with said there was nothing that could be done, and that I would have to wait for him to open a claim, then when it was resolved, re order everything and wait for the mail man to bring it to me. I told him we couldn't do that since our wedding was 3 weeks away. I told them to just refund our charges for the missing items and we would purchase new items elsewhere. So....I got home and rechecked the package to make sure everything else was in there. I pulled out or flowers girls dresses and the white was one fine and the right size and color. I kept looking though at the peach one thinking, man that is really pink. Come to find out, it is. It says right on the tag PINK. I check my order form and it says I ordered peach. Hmmm. Also, the two ties are incorrect. So I call back and end up speaking with a different person. Off the bat I asked to speak with a manager because I already knew I was going to be difficult and rude. I had already explained the deal once with the other guy and didn't feel like telling her and then her transferring me over to a manager and reexplaining it all over again. But since she didn't want to do that, I told her the story. Long story short, I was on the phone for 1 hour demanding that I have the dress reshipped along with my missing items in expedited shipping that they wouldn't charge me for. She was incompetent and had to continually put me on 'hold' (which meant putting the phone down and walking off to talk with her coworker about last nights party) to find out how to work her computer. Anyway, I know I was rude and mean but I was fed up with the customer service. Here comes the kicker (and if you're still reading, I'm sorry that I'm venting but I don't want someone else to be a sucker like me), she sent me the wrong color dress AGAIN!!! What is it with these people not being able to read. This time I took the now 2 wrong color dresses into the store. The lady and services told me they don't carry these dresses in peach in any store, in fact they aren't even made in peach, only pink or dark pink. Hmm then why do you have peach on your website?!? We paid off our charge card and threw it away. We will not return ever. read more

Very disappointed this time at Kohl's. Couldn't find anyone on the floor to help me. Finally went up to the female working the register and asked where I could find the items. She pointed in the general area and told me to look in accessories. Great customer service....ummm...NO. Finally found what I was looking for, but they didn't have the size I needed. I recalled the sign on the door, I could order if store didn't have item in stock. After waiting at the register for several minutes, it was finally my turn. I asked to order the items, bit was told by the associate I had to go to a Kiosk somewhere else in the store. Really? I was perplexed because I had already waited in line and I wanted to pay with cash. Many stores will order the item at the register, or send someone to assist you. Not at Kohl's!
