I had heard about Vuori's buttery soft fabrics and cozy loungewear, but experiencing it firsthand in the store truly exceeded my expectations. Since I was unfamiliar with their products, I brought several and I mean several items to the fitting room. Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day. Customer service can be unpredictable these days, but my experience at Vuori was outstanding. Went in today for some back-to-school shopping for my daughter who's starting high school. It was…read moreour first time in this store, and overall it was clean and well-organized. The clothes are definitely geared more toward a younger crowd and a little on the pricier side, but my daughter did find a few cute things she liked. Checkout was a bit frustrating. There was only one register open, which was fine since there were just a few people ahead of us and we weren't in a rush. However, a female employee who seemed like a manager got in line behind us and then called another employee to open a register. Another male maybe manager instead of helping the next person in line, he helped the employee who had been behind us. That didn't sit right. Thankfully, when we did get to the register, we were helped by Melissa, and she was absolutely lovely! She had a great attitude, made conversation, and was even helping a newer employee while ringing us up. She definitely turned the experience around.
