I have been a customer of this store since it opened the branch. Under duress, I obtained a Kohls Card and am sent promo codes via email. I noticed that all of the codes expired yesterday. The store will not accept my promo even though it is only one day late. They have another promotion tomorrow but I need to purchase items for my son tonight. It is disappointing that this store is not more "customer friendly." I guess I will have to go to Walmart instead. read more

I went to this location after a dissatisfying experience at another Kohl's. This store was very tidy. There was an employee working in the department who was helpful when asked. I was able to find quite a few things I wanted. The service at check out was very good. I went here on another occasion when my mother in law wanted to pick up some items that she had put on hold because she forgot coupons. Waited forever in the returns line but then the clerk, Neerja P., was very helpful. I was able to do exchanges, returns and purchases all at once. Used all the coupons and felt I got great deals on the new purchases. In the shoe section, the code scanner used by the clerk to scan the shoe boxes beeped endlessly and was driving us nuts. Not sure how the clerk stands the beeping. Overall, lots of item choices and a positive experience. read more

I LOVE this store. We go here a couple times a month. It seems like it has less than the one on Hamilton, and isn't as nice.... but I love how it's rarely packed, except Christmas. The areas are organized as well. Check out can be slow at times, but no biggie. I am petite size, so this is my go to store for essentials. read more

I have always shopped at Kohls and I had a very negative experience the last time i shopped. I had an incident and had called and asked to speak with a manager and "Denitza" i believe answered and was very rude. She answered and didn't even let me tell her what happened im guessing another employee had let her know what happened. But she was unbelievably rude, the customer service has definitely gone down. Worst customer service department. The associate did not know how to do a even exchange on a product. According to her it had to be same brand. Which makes no sense. She said I had to return my item and then buy my new item separate which means I lose my Kohl's cash. My husband bought me a new wedding ring for 499.00 for a surprise on my birthday. It was a 1999.00 ring. It is to big. That sale is over, and they only carry one size, and to get a smaller size i would have to pay full prise, not the sale price. Same with my husbands ring. On this i would give a 0 but putting a 1 cause it is the lowest. NOT a happy camper. read more

I have been a long time customer of Kohl's, partly because it used to be known for excellent customer service. My wife and I went shopping and got two pairs of jeggings from the juniors department that we're marked 17.99 and had a red sign at the top that said "Buy one, get one 1/2 off". They did not ring up this way. The cashier called someone from the juniors department and we walked over to the section. She saw the sign and got the manager. The manager took the sign down and said it was their mistake. The jeggings were 17.99. Not half off. Instead of honoring their mistake, she tried to ring me up for one pair at 36.99, and another pair at 18 dollars and some odd change, in a smart aleck attempt to "honor the half off". This ended up being more than if I had just bought pairs 17.99 for two pairs. She tried to steal from us. She thinks she saved 8 dollars by not honoring their signs, but she lost a lot more than that in losing a customer. read more

I love kohl's south so much it is convenient for me I visit that store at least 3 times a week I do visit other locations Campbell & great Mall but there is no group of people in any kohl's store quite like the crew @ blossom hill rd. I always feel so special when I enter the store I am always greeted around the store by many employees offering their assistance with a friendly smile the store is always so organized & clean The management team is amazing they are always seen out on the store floor pitching in to help their crew as well as customers . I have come into contact many times with Colin. I received a $70.00 hooded vest for Christmas and it was not what I wanted so I took it back to Kohl's and asked for a credit or gift card and because I didn't have the receipt Customer Service would only give me $21.00 credit. I tried to explain to her it was a gift from my aunt who's 86 and couldn't find the original receipt she didn't care. So you order online to pick up and it's supposed to be fast and easy ... It's not! They have 2 lines one for returns and one for online pick up and they have the same people helping both lines... And they basically don't call you or anything so why bother having 2 lines. Have to wait behind 10 people returning crap! read more

I tried buying in the store which showed stock online. No such luck. Nobody to help. Told to order online by the cashier, so I did. Long story short, it took four times to get my order right. They couldn't get the correct color, picked items with the wrong SKU, per the Mgr Kevin they don't update their inventory when they know it's off even tho' a physical inventory was in process in the store that day. etc. Mgr told me no way it was wrong, then he checked the items' barcodes and oops! they didn't match the order. He said didn't know who picked the order so nothing he could do. What irks me is when I posted my review of the purchase on their website, it was rejected. They said that I could only review the actual item, not their service. The items (bath rugs) was the quality expected for the price, mediocre. That was fine for my needs. Service, well, completely unprofessional. Now I have to unravel the credit/debit problem with the returns and un-picked up (rejected due to wrong color) order. Gads. read more

This store has a good selection of women's and juniors clothes. My issue is with the staff at the return desk. They're unorganized and very rude! The cashiers at the front are very nice, just be sure to watch them closely as they sometimes overlook removing the clothing alarm. The store deserves one star, but I'm bumping it up to two due the clothes selection and the front cashiers. read more

I do not live close to this Kohls. However I drive the trek to visit this location. It is always clean, the employees actually help you, the lines are not outrageous. They have a huge great selection. This is definitely worth the trip. Even the batrhoom was a great experience! read more

Long line, one register that takes at least 10 minutes per transaction! Same thing last time I came. This is the last time.

You get what you pay for. We like Kohls because we know what to expect. Lots of selections within our clothing sizes. Customer service is minimal, but we just do not need it. I found a pair of slacks I thought was $65 and was ready to pay, but I was suprised when the check-out price was only $32! Loved that Kohls discount. I like the bargains I can find at this Kohl's it is local for me, I do however think there customer service can be improved. I was in looking for some new cookware and when I asked for help the first person told me its not there department and they will send the right person over to help me after about 20 min finally a associate came over and helped me. I did get a great deal on some calphalon cookware about 40% off. Not Bad in my book! Other than waiting its a clean well organized store and if you look in there clearance section you can find so great deals!! read more

I HATE this store. Just one reason. The music always is extremely annoying. I don't know where they find all that terrible music. How can you play 100+ irritating songs in a row? No, I didn't stay for 100 songs. I mean every moment of every visit for the last few years. Even though it's annoying, I do buy most of my clothes there. It's near my home and Mervyn's is long gone. It's torture to endure that noise while trying to find a pair of pants that I like and also fits. I've walked out many times because I was too annoyed to continue looking for an item I couldn't easily find. Last week, I needed a thermal underwear shirt. I work in a refrigerated room. After roaming all over and returning to the underwear area and (all?) of the men's dept, I just had to leave. Couldn't handle it. That had to at be at least the 5th time they lost a sale from me because of their music. I know studies have been done that show people will buy more and stay longer if you plays the right music but they got it wrong at Khols. I admit I'm out of touch with the new popular stuff. I'm 53, but this junk can't be the stuff young people like today. I agree with the people who wrote that it takes too long to return an item. I don't blame the employees. Buying is always fast. Every employee I've ever dealt with is very friendly and professional. Someone wrote that the store is dirty sometimes. I've never seen that. It's just the music that sucks. Every song is irritating. My fiancé, two children and I went to this store to find clothes for my fiancé. After he found some clothes he went to the fitting room to try them on. At the same time I went to the cashier to get a price check on some pants because the price scanner wasn't detecting the tag. While this was happening my fiancé was in the fitting room with our two sons. He only stepped out for a couple of seconds (while wearing the clothes that he had tried on) and when he returned his pants were gone and so were his shirt, wallet and cell phone. He then looked for his items and he found his shirt and pants on a rack outside of the fitting room but not the wallet nor the cell phone. He called for a manager and when I returned they were looking for the missing items. I called his cell but it was off. We asked the manager if there was any way that the cameras could be checked and she said "NO." There was no Loss Prevention Team or a Security on the clock. At this point we were both very upset and irritated because the only thing that the manager could do was check the trash. While this was happening I noticed a man looking very suspicious so I kept an eye on him. He was around the area before this happened and stayed after. He wasn't shopping nor looking for clothes. He went to the section that had men's wallets and he got on one knee and was going through them but in a secretly way. I informed my fiancé of my suspicions and he went to confront the man. The man obviously denied it. After the manager came back from checking the trash bags in the back, which was a complete waste of time, she informed us that all that she could do was to take down our number since she "wasn't trained for situations like this." I then informed her about the strange man and she simply went to take a glance and didn't do anything about it. Since no one was taking control over this I continued to keep an eye on the man who was still in the store even after the cashiers had announced that the store was closed. He was still very suspicious and just standing there looking down. I wasn't able to follow him because I had to also keep an eye on my kids and my fiancé was calling the police with my cell phone, who never showed up since this is supposed to be handled by the store. I finally noticed that he stepped out of the store and I went to end of the rack were I saw him at and when I turned the wallet and cell phone were on the floor. I picked them up and ran to the fitting rooms were my fiancé was. I told him that he had finally left and my fiancé ran outside. He came back after not being able to find him and he checked his wallet and all of his money was gone. Before the man left we were informed that he had made a purchase but they couldn't look at the cameras. I can't believe that he stuck around for so long and no one in the entire store was able to detain him nonetheless ask him questions. Wow! How on earth I am ever supposed to feel safe in a store that doesn't take care of its shoppers. I'm not saying that it's the stores fault for that man's actions but the store could have done more to protect its customers especially in situations like this. Since we knew who had done the crime this could have easily escalated into a horrible situation especially with my two children present but even then none of the store's employees were able to do anything about it. I can't imagine myself ever going back to this store because I would simply not feel safe. How are we supposed to know that the store didn't have a security guard or a full time loss prevention team? Are we supposed to call the store before we enter it to make sure that we will be safe while in it? This is all ridiculous and this store should be ashamed about the way that they run situations like this. Even the Dollar Store has full time loss prevention team and DD's (which was the store that we were going to go to) has that person walking around the store making sure that suspicious individuals are being watched at all times and this store can't afford to have a full time loss prevention team on staff yet they charge way more for their clothes. At the end of the day I entered this store with a FALSE feeling of security. The money that was taken from us may not seem like much to the store but for a family of 4 and with only one person working it is a big lose. I'm pretty sure that other stores would have handled this situation in a much better way. As for the customer service I was more than disappointed. At a minimum the staff should have treated us better and made us feel like we weren't at a TOTAL loss. I still can't believe that the man stayed in the area of the crime and I pointed him out and NO ONE did anything to apprehend him. Now tell me, would you shop at a store that has done this to you? I doubt that you would. This happened in August and up to this date loss prevention has done nothing nor have they contacted us even though we filed a police report and gave them a copy. read more

Im only giving this Kohl's a one star because they have NO security cameras or active security walking at this place!!! Our car was broken into and when We asked for cameras or anything to see if it was maybe captured or seen they said they didn't have any footage except on the in & out side. Even though we were parked right up front. So hopefully no children or women get kidnapped around there. Also keep your belongings with you at all times. Even if it's a brown paper bag because that's exactly what they broke in for. Hopefully Kohl's realizes that they need to provide security for their community that they're in and at least have their customers backs while spending their money there!!! Like I said, I really hope no one gets hurt or has something worse happen to them RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR STORE!! Or for all that-now we know, NOT to shop there. Horrible company to shop at. I Purchased two Items as a set and one of them was damaged during shipping. I spoke to the store rep she said that Khols.com would reorder and have ups over night it. I spoke to the rep at khols.com who did nothing for me. He said they do not do over night and I would have to wait another ten days for my item. They offered no compensation what so ever. I also had to pay out of pocket for the new item, before the original order was refunded to my account, therefor I paid 500 dollars for an item that cost 240. I ask to speak to a manager a man named Alexis got on the phone but would not tell me his title or last name. He would not give me the number to corporate to file a complaint. He said his department did not have the number, that is bs. He was very rude and unhelpful, I asked him to file the complaint for me and he was very rude did not file the claim according to what I told him. He said he will not write word for word and left of parts of the complaint. I canceled my khols card and will never shop there again. read more
