Everyone always tells me how much they LOVE to shop at Kohl's. It's a lil above TJ Max, Ross, Burlington in my book (which I have avoided for years) At least Kohl's doesn't have clothes all over the floor. They seem to have good prices. But, If I go to Walmart I can get checked out a heck of a lot quicker!!!!! They never seem to have enough checkers at this place! Christmas Eve they had 2 checkers and the line was wrapped around the store. UMMM that's the time to beef up employees or have a manager jump on a register as well! Didn't know this place is 24/7 so pretty awesome!! Their holiday sales are up to 50% off rn. I don't really go shopping this late around the holidays so that was a nice surprise. I used to frequent Kohls often. The past year I've been in about 4 or 5 times. The selection of products has significantly become not worthy of even browsing. The shoe department looks as a hurricane went thru. You can NEVER EVER find a box for the shoes you want, nor are they anywhere close to what may be on display. Everything is thrown into piles and nothing is ever merchandised for easy shopping. My husband even gets frustrated and has stopped even trying. I don't know what their standards are or who the store manager is but they need to get it together. read more

But I was given one third of the price and when I questioned that why not the price that was on the price tag on the shirts, I was told they are sold for this price now and that is all you get !!!!!!! We purchased something, opened it up and the item had already been opened and it didn't turn on. So, we had to go to three different parts of the store just to get the security tag removed and return and pay for the new one. Then they closed half the registers 1hr prior to closing and the line was more than 20 minute wait. Not my best experience here and yet, really not the worst either. I say its A OK because you can find the occasional deals but, it soooo much to look through. I find gems though so if you have a lot of time to shop and look come here! The numerous times I've been to the store I've had great experiences. They do tend to get very busy throughout the holidays (nearly all places do) but manages to get the lines down fairly fast. The only reason I'm not delivering five stars is because today they had a promotion which was get Kohl's cash with every purchase made, but when I had went inside they had told me they were out of the Kohl's cash and no longer offering the promotion. This was a bummer and I do wish they had signs alerting customers instead of learning at the register. The staff is usually always friendly though and they have ginormous selections and you can almost always find coupons or earn rewards! read more

Great customer service! I was looking for a specific pair of Nike's at a few stores around me and nobody seemed to carry them... I finally tracked down the pair at this Kohl's and called in to reserve them. The lady over the phone was very helpful and placed them under my name. I arrived 30 minutes later and had no issues picking them up or using the 30% off coupon that I had because my wife has a credit card with them. It's New Year's Day 2018 and I decided to try some shopping today. Thinking that there may still be some good 'after Christmas' deals avail. Went to Kohl's. This location is spacious, open, organized, and well stocked. I've been here many times before. This strip mall is huge. This Kohls is located right next to Walmart. Parking wasn't an issue even today on a major holiday. I had something very specific in mind, and Tanya in their jewelry department was super helpful in assisting me. This place is absolutely horrible do not waste your time shopping at Kohl's. When I tried to use a coupon that was worth 20% off on a pair jeans they said you couldn't use it because it wasn't on that typical product I was like OK whatever but then when I started to read the back I noticed that any type of popular brand you couldn't use Levi's Nike and converse, you name it any big brand you can't use it what could you use it on then? They've got signs for the sale items by size, but they clearly don't follow that. So I'm giving an extra star because I have bought some cute stuff there and it's generally good quality. My main complaint here is that Kohl's makes it IMPOSSIBLE to exchange something. It seems like the easiest thing in the world. Every other store lets you make an exchange at the register. Here's one thing, I'm exchanging it for these other things. Oh there's a difference in price? Sure, here's the difference. Not so at Kohl's. First, only completely even, down-to-the-penny exchanges can be done at the front registers. It also has to be from the same department. So you wanna exchange that women's tank top for a men's shirt of the same price? Nope, can't. At this store in particular, they make you walk alllll the way to the back of the store to make an exchange. When she told me I had to exchange the men's shirt for something else in men's, I said fine, just give me store credit and I'll buy these. She says sure, but now you have to go back and wait in line for the front registers to buy those items. Umm. Isn't that a REGISTER in front of you? Why do you have to make this so difficult? I ended up giving the store credit card to the guy I'd bought the shirt for, and left behind my other items. Bottom line: their ridiculous and extremely difficult exchange policy lost them money. I will be very careful to buy anything there ever again, and will try other stores first. read more

I was introduced to Kohl's by a friend of mine. If she hadn't taught me how to "work the store discounts" I probably wouldn't have tried anything on. The prices on the tags certainly wouldn't have inspired a triip to the fitting rooms. But there is a definite benefit to shopping here, if you understand how to use the coupons and Kohl's cash together in a shopping strategy. If you spend $50, you get $10 Kohl's cash. So take your coupons and plan to spend a couple of hours looking through the sales racks, if you're shopping for clothing. Other reviewers mentioned that the sizes marked on the hangers are not always reliable. Believe it!!! Check the sizes on the clothing tags instead. Try on the things you like, then strategize which items you love that you can get at just over $50. Put the other things you want back on a rack, and come back the next day for them using another coupon AND the Kohl's cash. The quality of clothing and accessories seem to me worth the effort. Case in point: I got a gorgous Nine & Co. purse, originally marked over $50, for $13. Along the way I got some great work slacks and several tops, a few jewelry accessories and a pair of cute little wedge sandals perfect for work. Over the two days I spent $150 - and saved over $250 from the original tag prices. Yes, I'm a fan. And since I'm losing weight and have to shop for new clothes every 3 months or so, this is my go-to spot for good name brands. I don't mind working a shopping strategy for that! read more

This place is incredibly overrated and overpriced. It is such a joke if you going to jewelry section because they sell stuff that looks super fake and it can sell for up to two grand. Customer service service here is terrible. You can't find someone who works here to save your life. That is until it is time to check out and they try to sell you a membership. I've been to a few separate locations and the end result at the registers always the same. They get extremely pushy and aggressive and it is annoying enough for me to not want to come back. I can't with my boyfriend shopping for shirts for him and all the shirts that we found were extremely wrinkled. They had a huge clearance section today but it was impossible to sort through because they were not organized at all. I give them one star because it looks like they had some super cute dresses for young girls. One more star because they had really cool looking dresses for young teens. Beyond that I say go next-door to Walmart where things are more organized and everything is bound to be cheaper. read more

You can find some deals if you're willing to work for it. I had never been to this Kohl's and had not been to any Kohl's in years, but just happened to land on their website and noticed they were having a huge sale that night. Since I needed a few things, I decided to take the trip. At first, I was very overwhelmed. You know when you see those fire marshall signs in restaurants? Maximum occupancy 140 or something? Well, if there were a fire marshall for clothes, this place would sooo be in trouble. I was visibly upset. When I finally settled down and started sorting through the racks, I was pretty pleased. There are some cool designers there, though 90% of their stuff is unwearable. Staff was a mixed bag. On the one hand, I heard two staff complaining about the customers for about ten minutes. I could kinda see how the Kohl's regulars might not be oh-so-wonderful, though. On the other hand, I brought items up to buy that didn't have tags, and the girl at the checkout stand was more than happy to figure it out, and even apologized for the delay. When it was all tallied, I found four work-worthy tops for under $30. If you have the time and energy, it's worth checking out once a season. read more

I've never had an issue returning an item. You don't even need your receipt they can look it up and give you back the exact amount you paid if you use a credit/debit card for your purchase. read more

Every time I come here and have either an online order pick up or return, they always have ONLY one person working customer service. There is always a line. The customer service representatives also tend to be slow. I get that sometimes things get busy and there are lines, but by the time you get up to the front, they are never friendly or apologetic about the wait. They never ask how you are doing or smile or are evenly remotely pleasant. If you can go to a different Kohl's to deal with customer service related issues, I highly recommend you do. read more

I'm a fan of Kohl's, but this store is NOT good. It's filled with nasty clearance racks, screaming kids, and had many sketchy people hanging out in front. Good discounts with the coupons, Kohls Cash, and other promos that they always have going on here. Great place for kids clothes, work out clothes, and accessories. I never seem to be able to find shoes here, but no biggie. Kohls has your back with everything from clothes to kitchen gadgets and Hallmark cards to toys and towels. This store is bigger than some of the other Kohls out there, but their clearance racks seem to be raided on the regular or not as well stocked as some other stores. I really want to love Kohl's but for some reason, I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me or that I totally love, unlike Ross or Marshalls which I can almost always find something to buy. Kohl's has a pretty nice housewares/home selection. Love those smelly candles! I have bought some Christmas gifts here in the past. Got a few cool ornaments for friends and family. The one thing that is great about Kohl's is that if you use your Kohl's card, you usually get extra discounts. The prices can be a bit higher than Ross or Marshalls so the discount softens the blow. They also send you special coupons in the mail usually once a month. I'll continue to give Kohl's a try when I can. But Ross and Marshalls are still my favs. read more
