This location has stepped it up recently. I've been coming to this location for years and it was always sort of meh and underwhelming. This past year or so I think they've really improved. The store feels a ton cleaner and way more organized. The employees are definitely a lot nicer, although they never seem to be around the dressing room. They have a good variety even for being a smaller sized location. Prices are on the higher end of average but I still think you're getting decent value out of your money. read more

Nothing against this location. I placed an order online through TikTok shop and when going through the return process, it clearly stated returns to any Windsor location are free. However, when I went to return in person, I was told otherwise. I did follow up with customer service and even send them the same photo and screen record of me being directed to this exact page when processing the return through TikTok shop. They told me there was nothing they could do about it, and it would need to be mailed for a return, even though it states otherwise, that's their policy. Although I do completely understand this, I think it is necessary the wording is changed on their end because it's very misleading to state they accept in returns. In the end, customer service let me know there was no way to wave the processing fee of 7.99 and I will need to mail the item. I let know the only reason I disagreed was because it was clearly stated as an in person option to return and I gave them proof in addition. I was told they would forward this to the correct department. In the end it was a major lack of customer service, had a possibility to make a good experience and failed. I came in to shop for an outfit to wear for my 21st birthday and was so delighted to find a huge selection of clothes I was immediately dying to try on. The store was stocked nicely with many of the online selections and faced in a way where finding items was super easy. Bailey and her team were also extremely helpful by being very caring and personable. Bailey gave me many suggestions based on her personal experience of wearing some items and had a truly genuine demeanor. It's the small things I really appreciated such as being asked to start a dressing room in order to free my hands of multiple hangers, offering me styling advice, remembering my name (even when I came in the day after), remembering small details about my event, and the list goes on. I came into Windsor about 3-4 weeks ago to find a dress for a big work conference where I would be getting an award. I always dread trying on dresses since I'm curvy and short. I've had luck at Windsor for clothes before and this was my first stop to look for a cocktail dress. Julissa was the associate who helped me, and she REALLT helped me. I told her what i was looking for, cocktail dress, classy, not prom with some personality. She immodestly went to work on picking out dresses and starting me a room. I'm usually hesitant to even ask for help with associates but I really needed help this time. She made me feel so comfortable and picked out exactly what i wanted. I ended up going with the first dress that was picked out. A backless black dress that's very flapper style. It was a hit at the conference and I felt amazing. I usually don't write negative reviews, but today was the first time I've felt discriminated against and profiled while shopping at a store. I was shopping for a dress to wear to my white coat ceremony this weekend and had previously stopped at Macy's before entering Windsor. I bought a cute dress at Macy's that cost $120, but I wanted to keep shopping in case I found another dress that caught my eye. When I arrived, I just looked around and picked out two dresses, a pair of black dress pants, and a cute top to try on. I walked to the fitting room, and as soon as I told the white blonde sales associate that I had four items in my hand she looked at me up and down and then looked at my shopping bag from Forever 21, which I had just bought a jacket from. She then gave me a room and was about to place the four items in the fitting room when she said that she was not going to let me take in the top for some reason and to get it after I try on the dresses. I already knew what was running through this ignorant girl's mind, but I decided to brush it off. Then she brings back the shirt out of nowhere and gives it to me in the room that I was trying clothes in. I tried on the dresses, pants, and shirt and debated on purchasing one of the dresses. However, the way I was being treated at that point had already turned me off and I decided I did not want to purchase anything from this store. I then get out of the fitting room and look for the same girl to give the clothes to. She wasn't there, so I hung all four items on the rack they have close to the fitting room. I start walking out of the store when the same rude employee comes walking out after me, asking where I had put the clothes. By this time, I was almost already out the door and knew exactly what this employee was thinking. I told her I had hung them outside on the rack, and she still responded with "where." I could not believe the words coming out of her mouth and was extremely annoyed at this point. I came back in and walked back towards the fitting room to show this ignorant employee where I left the four items, and on the way back, she still asked me, "you didn't like anything? They were so cute". I let her know that I was shopping for my white coat ceremony dress and that I had already bought a dress and did not like anything that I tried on. After she realized that the clothes were on the rack, she tried playing it off and offered to help find me a dress. No thanks! I'd rather not shop somewhere where I'm going to be profiled by some imbecile. Instead of profiling your potential customers, why don't you pick up the clothes off the floor and fold them since those are the only set of skills you obtain! read more

I walked into this store for the first time and was not impressed. The assistant manager was extremely rude to me. I was trying on different shoes and, I believe, her name was Megan was helping me. Nothing seemed to fit comfortably so I kept asking for different shoes, and every time I would do so I would catch her rolling her eyes. She made me feel very uncomfortable and eventually I gave up on trying to find something I liked. As I was walking out, I could see her scolding one of the employees in front of customers. I love this place for Holiday dresses or for something sparkly. The prices are amazingly low for an expensive fun trendy look. The store has so many looks that it can be overwhelming- but thanks to the amazing customer service of Bri, Karley and Annabel, I am able to find the right dress and accessories. They remember me every December when I come to pick a "Wow" dress for a Christmas party- and under $100! I get so many compliments on an $85 dress! Tip- I strongly recommend going during the weekday before 2pm. You will get the store all to yourself. The store have a very good selection with good prices but theirs costumer service is very poor. The sale girls are very rude. In my attempt to ask a question about a shoe color one of them yelled at me telling me that I had to wait on line. I did not even get near the line, just got close to the cashiers because there was nobody else around. Before that I asked the other girl if I could try a pair of shoes I liked and she barely look at me and didn't even ask me if a needed a different size. I love this place! It's great for cute but casual clothes, or if you need prom attire or you need a dress for an event they're perfect for all of that! They also have some cute shoes, and when the holidays come around like Halloween they have some themed clothes for costumes! They also have purses for sale, some back packs right now, and jewelry (necklaces, earrings and some rings). Every time I go in I usually find something to buy. Note though that some things can be kind of expensive like $30 and up for some tops or dresses. Customer service is pretty great as well! Any time you need help employees are super helpful and nice. Anytime I have a problem with a purchase like wrong size, they've helped me exchange the item. This past experience, which hasn't happened before to me here, but I bought a one piece and there was a hole in it that I noticed only after I had gotten home, and so I went back a couple days later when I could and the ladies there helped give me a discount on my purchase as there was no more of this item in the store or online to replace it with a new one. I came in about a week ago or so ago looking for a homecoming dress. I was really stressed out as I had ordered a dress online that ended up not working out for me and my homecoming was that weekend. It was really busy inside the store but Bri and Teresa were so nice and helpful! Teresa went out of her way to grab all the dresses in my size, even dresses that were out of reach because people in line were blocking them. They didn't have a lot of small sizes left but she managed to find some that were still cute. Even though it was really busy and jam packed she was still so patient and willing to help me. Bri helped me find the perfect necklace and when they didn't have the shoes in my size she even offered to look at another store or order them online for me. She also helped me with my exchange and was so nice. Most places make you feel uncomfortable when you ask for help or exchange but they were both willing to go above and beyond for my needs. I came in to look for a wedding down. I tried on at least 15 different dresses. The manager, I don't remember her name but she had long hair and worked this past Sunday afternoon. Was very helpful. I'm four months pregnant. But not quite showing. I am at an uncomfortable stage with my body. But she was very patient and gave me lots of options. She didn't seem bothered that I tried on so many dresses. I did find two that I really liked. Their policy is no exchanges or refunds. But I couldn't make up my mind and bought both. This afternoon I went looking for a dress for my husbands Marine Corps ball, I have shopped at Windsor in the past and knew that it was the best place for long formal dresses outside of prom season, so being desperately in search of a dress, I started looking, there was a plethora of options to look at and try on, I asked the dressing room attendant to try on 4 dresses, fell in love with one dress and asked her if she had it in a size small because the medium was a little bit too big around the chest, she came back after looking and told me that the only other size they had was also a medium, she then began asking me "are you sure you need to size down and not up?" And "I don't think you need a smaller size" I brushed it off as she just being helpful in a strange way and didn't think anything else about it, I was considering getting the medium and just getting it altered to fit me correctly. After I finished trying on the dresses I informed the same attendant of a silverfish bug that I had killed in the bathroom, she rolled her eyes and walked away without a word, later on after looking for more dresses, asked her if she had any similar dresses to the one I wanted but in a small, she then told me "we don't, I told you I already looked for it in a small, but we sell plus size online and there are other plus size stores in the mall" I was humiliated and left the store after this in tears. I wasn't asking for a plus size, I was asking for a SMALLER size. I have never had an experience like this before and considered not writing anything but felt this needed to be dealt with to prevent it to happening to any other women, fat shaming is never okay, but in a store geared towards younger women, I was extremely disheartened and saddened by this experience, I called the store to try and get the ladies name to be more precise in this email because I know that one views of one person are not the views of the company, unfortunately they informed me they are not allowed to give personal information out, which I understood and spoke with the head manager who even offered to help me personally find a dress, but I was already humiliated and petrified of ever stepping foot in that store again. read more

The location is roomy and conveniently located for people to get in and out without having to struggle with traffic. The staff is friendly, they'll give you a nice smile when you pass them. Wow!! Today, 2/15/18 went perfect. My wife needed a dress to go to a Gala with me, the Gala is honoring Gold Star Families. We came in the store and Meghan asked what we needed. After listening to our needs she suggested the perfect dress for my wife. It was great! She listened really well and assisted us through the whole process. We really felt welcomed, and she even anticipated shoes, and accessories that would work well with the dress. Had wonderful service at Windsor yesterday (Sept. 5) shopping for a Homecoming dress for my daughter. We had an item to return (from more than 2 weeks prior) and we were able to do an exchange, which was great. My daughter tried on about 20 dresses and the sales girls were so helpful in getting a room set up for her and bringing in another size when needed. It can be crazy at Homecoming and Prom season, but the staff are great at heping everyone find a great dress for their size and style. read more

I went in here looking to buy some shoes for a wedding. However the horrible customer service here sent me looking else where. I asked for a shoe in a different size and they didn't have it. That's fine, I asked for the size up and she gave me one shoe. That's fine, I assumed it was policy. However later on when I was in the dressing room I overheard one of the ladies offer the second shoe to a customer when she saw that she was only trying on one. So maybe it's not policy. The incident that really sent it over board was when I was waiting for a fitting room. There were three employees talking about the clothes in front of the dressing room. A small line had started and I was looking at them waiting for them to break and help me into a dressing room. One of the girls stopped, made eye contact with me and then CONTINUED to talk. I was shocked. Finally they break up and one helps me to a room. Windsor has always been a go to for me,but I think the costumer service at this location makes it not worth a trip. read more

I tried to return same day and the women said I should've known because it was on the receipt. How would I know of that policy beforehand if I get the receipt after a purchase? I gave it 2 stars because I really like the clothes here. The store is messy and they watch you like a hawk. I understand customer service and loss prevention.
