Kohl's is, in general, where I go when I'm really stuck, like I'm about to go on vacation & need an article of clothing pronto or realize I never bought that birthday gift for the party tomorrow, etc. This one is woefully understaffed -- try to find an employee. When you do find someone, they can be extremely rude. I once felt so strongly about the girl manning the fitting room that I actually went to find a supervisor. That's pretty extreme for me because I figure that everyone can have an off day. She, however, had made it abundantly clear that customers using the fitting room were REALLY a pain in her rear & she was not at all happy about having to put their unpurchased items back. The supervisor I complained to was annoyed with me that I could not identify the EXACT employee I was complaining about. When I suggested he just make to part of the staff's daily briefing to not treat people that way, he rolled his eyes & sighed. And never ever go with a full bladder. I love to shop at this Kohl's store. They have a big parking lot, beautiful clothes, friendly staff etc.

I am so glad I discoved this store. It's not to far from where I live, and they always have my size in pants. I know this doen't sound like a big deal, but for some reason I have a hard time finding my size. This regarding their Black Friday rebates, terrible service, the sales associates don't know anything other than cash register, if you have any question they give you their customer service phone #, called already 6 times regarding these rebates and as of today have not received anything. (today is 4/26/16) this rebates are from 11/2015. 3 times they have said they are on their way you should be getting in 7 weeks. Probably if I am lucky will get them by 11/2016. The store itself, well...it's a kohls. It was somewhat unorganized and there were piles of clearance laying on the floor. After waiting in line for a good 15 minutes on a weekday afternoon I was told I couldn't use my boyfriends Kohls card for the purchase even if I called him and got approval. Ok, if that's their policy...fine, but.... I've used it before and never had a problem. Also the area is kind of shady, there's nothing else around this area. I got hit on by about 10 high school kids on my way out which was uncomfortable to say the least considering i'm 30. I won't be coming back to this kohls unless I have a bodyguard. read more

I feel like it's a hit or miss for me to shop here. There used to be a Mervyn's here then it closed down. Kohls looks almost identical and the quality of clothes are comparable. I shop here for shorts and t-shirts to wear around the house, not anything I would wear to go out. read more

Horrible experience ever. My mother and I went to buy a pair of boots. We were looking for a specific style in a specific size. We asked to be helped so a Yolanda, a sales associate was there but was beyond rude. She slammed the shoe boxes on our feet as she was looking for the size we needed. My mother would try to ask her a question but she would flat out cut her off. So, we asked for help from another department sales associate, but heard her calling Yolanda and once we saw she she came, she nodded her head and rolled her eyes. Soon after we just decided to leave. Very disappointed since we love coming to Kohls and have been loyal customers. read more

Larry, the assistant manager was so helpful when it came to me trying to get a replacement gift card that I had purchased as a present for my mothers birthday. We stayed at a resort when we went out of state and the birthday card with the gift card was stolen when the cleaning service went to clean up the room!! thankfully he was able to help me get a new one when I thought it wouldn't have been possible. Overall the is messy very unorganized. Management is horrible! I went here to make a payment on my Kolhs card and one of the supervisors was extremely rude to the cashiers yelling at them for putting plastic bags in side of the registers. They got the security guard putting clothes away. Another day I went to this kolhs I came to buy a gift for a friend that I ran into that same supervisor I asked her if she could point me to the restrooms and she completely ignored and and asked an assoicate to direct me to the restrooms. I was having such a good day untill i went to go by an outfit at this horrible Kohls! I ask this lady for help and she gave me attitude and talk to me very rude then she called someone else to help me and they took like 10 mins to come help me when she was right there and could have helped me! When the girl finally came to help me she did a good job at helping me. She made me feel like staying to finish my shopping and she treated me with respect! She was just the sweetest! so i asked her what her name was and she said Lluvia. Lluvia was so help full but as for the other lady nooo so i asked Lluvia what the ladys name was that called her and she said Ingrid! Ingrid made me not want to shop there ever again! I did an amazon return at Kohls and they where trying to help me since 9 and they took long because no one was scheduled until 9:30 and 30 mins later the girl who was scheduled finally came in at 9:30 her name was Gloria P and she was so helpful and nice and treated me with so much respect and the manger Maria V was so rude to me she rolled her eyes at me and was condescending and very disrespectful! I did not even wanna shop there because she was so rude to me and by the way I work for kohls corporate and will be telling them all about my experience and I know the way Maria treated me was wrong she should not even work there and I was talking to gloria and Maria keep interrupting me and I feel like it was wrong the way Maria treated her cuz she started yelling at her for other ppl mistakes! When gloria just had clocked in and did nothing wrong! I would also recommend that Maria would get re-training in any type customer service or management she is not fit for this she has no patience and is very very unprofessional. She was even saying bad stuff about me when I had left because my wife had to walk to the woman's restroom and heard her telling another coworker that I pissed her off because I was suggesting what the problem was to her and she didn't like that. And My wife also had heard her yelling at Gloria for something she needs to know more better about the Machines that she knew perfectly fine about! I felt like Maria had something against Gloria maybe for no reason because Gloria was so nice and sweet and very professional. Maria was talking down to her like if she was worthless piece of trash. Gloria was very professional and took charge of the problem. Soon after she went ahead and just did everything and anything that was gonna be able to go ahead and fix the problem. But Maria made it seem that she wants the problem was she was trying to fix it all along! Gloria was that the only one who help me out and treated me like a human being and she's the only reason I would ever shop back at this Kohls other than that I will never shop there because of the way Maria treated me and her coworker like she was garbage worthless and nothing when All Gloria tried to do was help me and put customers first but Maria did not care and did not want to put others first only herself she did not want to be wrong she wanted to be right when she was not and I did not like the fact that she could not bear to be wrong and I work for Kohls corporate and The way she treated me they would not even Bear to let her treat me that way so I would not be visiting this Kohls ever again till they get rid of Maria and get more people like Gloria read more
