By halfway through I realized I could use the menu on the table to match name on the belt. My wife ordered 4 her favorite sushi dishes after revolving belt choices, so in all we had total 14 plates. Happy hour price is $2.79 per plate. I liked it because of its freshness, variety of choice, quick, and reasonable price. I also noticed there are some hibachi choices as well so I would like to try them next time. The service was minimal but enough to cover all client needs, inner decor was pleasant. We have been wanting to stop by here for revolving sushi and came by with friends on a Sunday evening. It is in the same shopping center as Starbucks across from Publix with plenty of parking out front. It is a small restaurant and there were a lot of people there already. We were able to grab a spot and sit down. They get your drink order and you can grab whatever plates you want. All the plates are $2.99 except for the green ones are $2.50. There were a lot of selection of rolls and sushi along with some apps and deserts. You can also order anything on the menu from them. We enjoyed all the rolls we got except the regular spicy tuna. All the other specialty rolls (3 pc) are flavorful and the ingredients are fresh. We easily polished off 20 plates between the 3 of us. We noticed this place was a while ago when we visited Kin No Tori Ramen Bar. This little sushi place remains me of little hidden gems in Japan. Inside was actually spacious than we thought. Clean and welcoming. Kids alway love conveyor belt sushi. It's fun. Tho there were not many options of sushi, but good enough for our kids to keep bringing down new dishes from the belt. Talking about the food. While kids enjoyed their sushi from the belt, we ordered more from the menu. I'm glad I asked, they do offer hand rolls and sashimi, which was not on the menu. Salmon Kama was so good! The best thing is all dishes are super affordable while the quality is on a fair to good side. We can definitely do more with the kids without hurting your wallet. I have been wanting to try a revolving sushi bar for a while and me as a friend just happened to come across this one. The inside was nice and simple nothing too flashy. Service was quick. We were seated right away. The menu was pretty easy to understand once we ask the waiter how it goes. So the different color plates or certain prices. And they just count your plates to get your total. I was very impressed with the options that were offered. I like sushi but I don't like fish. Which limits me in what I can get. Because usually I only get sushi with shrimp or crab meat in it. And this restaurant had quite a few options with those items in it That you don't see at all either other sushi places. So I really appreciated that. Everything was good. The options were flowing all the time. And if there was something that you wanted that she didn't see you just let them know and they will make it for you and bring it over to you. The one thing I didn't like is that the waiter wasn't very attentive with the drinks. I never got a refill on my drink. But I think it's because they really don't have much to do because you're getting your own food. I ended up getting seven plates and it cost me only $20. If you are a lover of Starbucks or questionable pizza from their neighbors...you'd know where it was. I'm not a lover of sushi, fish or anything that smells fishy...but my husband loves sushi, we were kid free(she's allergic to everything they serve but rice)so we decided to stop in and give them a go... There was not one thing that I ate that wasn't fresh, even being on the revolving line and it not being super busy...we ate, drank, enjoyed each other's company and finished with just under 30 plates stacked up...so we tried it all! Servers were a little aloof, but we didn't really require much handling...my advice is if you need something get anyone's attention that is working there and it will be taken care of...don't necessarily wait for your exact server. Dumplings, egg rolls and sesame balls are food service quality...BUT they have those little coffee/mocha cakes that you find at Chinese buffets-so addicting...glad they came in sets of three. read more

This was my absolute favorite sushi spot. Within the last few months they changed how it works- prices went up and the "all you can eat" option isn't worth it anymore. The quality along with the variety of sushi on the belt has gone down since this change as well. Additionally, before you could pay $2 for mochi ice cream, where as (although you'd assume it'd be included with an all you can eat price: it's not) now it's $4 per piece. A solid 3 star place to get sushi. We found the items in the belt refilled, hot and fresh. The restaurant is in a small strip mall and has a small footprint. We chose to sit at a booth but there were single file seats as in a bar setting as well. As other Yelpers have commented, there were items in the menu that we didn't see on go by however there was a variety of items. Most plates are $2.99 and come with 3 pieces of rolls on them or 2 pieces of nigiri. Additionally, I will add, that the cost per item was stretcccccchhhhhed for the restaurant by adding kani (krab stick) to most of the rolls. I get it for the price point but I steer clear of eating it. There was no wait when arrive and we were greeted and seated promptly when walked in. All tables are all seated next to it. - Rolls like Shrimp tempera, Salmon, Spicy Tuna are abundant. - Hot plates like shrimp siumai or dumplings are surprisingly good. - Usually not super packed so can be pretty quick meals with food ready to take. Cons: - Not a lot of variety. They probably only make about half the menu at a given time of day. We did not see some plates we were anticipating. - Unlike Kura or other similar restaurants, they do not have touchscreens or any made to order type menu. - Prices have gone up to around $2.80/plate at time of review. Slightly cheaper than Kura but not by much. This place is great! Kind of a weird opening time (11:15am), but hey whatever. We did not know so we arrived at 11am on a Saturday and waited in our car for it to open. We were of course the first ones there and got to pick our seat. There was some bar seating, but we chose to sit at a booth instead. There is a menu with the colors, pricing, and the different types of rolls. The pricing is great! I was wondering how much sushi they would already have going on the belt since we got there right when it opened. It was a lot, and it was freshly made. Maybe that's why they need that extra 15 minutes before opening, so they can stock the belt. We enjoyed all of our rolls and the small amount of each plate allowed us to sample many varieties. I really wanted to like this place but was very disappointed. This was my first time trying conveyer belt sushi and I probably won't be back. We came around 12:30 pm for lunch on a Friday. There were 2-3 other tables. We got a booth seat. We chose a couple items off the belt. There was not much variety though (the same rolls kept passing by). So we eventually ordered additional rolls off the menu. Service was very slow. We had to flag/chase the server down. The rolls are very basic and the quality of sushi was not great or that fresh. The best thing we had was the salmon kama (fried salmon collar). It was made fresh, very meaty and cooked perfectly. Overall, I would not come back and just go to a regular sushi restaurant. It was okay... The sushi was good, and service was mediocre. It wasn't busy when we went, and there were not too much sushi revolving around. I am guessing it's due to covid and not that many customers inside (there were about 4 groups). A server came around asking if there were specific type of sushi we wanted, which was nice! I could tell the female server was quiet/shy, but that is not a problem for me. The female server accidentally counted our plates wrong (we ate 21 plates, but she counted as 23). We went back to get the bill fixed, but the other server told us we finished 22 plates, so he refunded us for one plate. I'm not making this a huge deal because I wasn't even thinking to go back for the accidental charge of two plates, but I hope they count more efficiently for future guests! Went here today for the first time and did the conveyor belt sushi. Everything I tried was good, seemed fresh. The store was neat and clean and they had hand sanitizer at the sushi bar. Service was quick, easy, and fast, he wore a mask and packed up my food in a bag quickly. It was ready in 10 minutes. Nothing tastes odd or bad, but I felt the rice could have been seasoned more. Plates run a couple bucks each and include soups, salads, appetizers, sushi and desserts. Priced at a couple bucks each, it's easy to stack up plates and your bill. Rolls are fresh and fantastic. The current menu is temporary. I believe they will be raising the prices of each plate color. As of now the green plates are 1.75 while all the other colors a are 2.25. That's a good deal. If you've been to the other revolving sushi restaurants in GA you know! I was impressed with the sushi quality as it is pretty close to what I wouuld taste in Japan. And the rice ratio is prettty good. Not too much. Not too little. Most of the seating is bar styled with the revolving belt in front of you and there are very few booths so careful on timing if you have a group of more than 4 Only thing is the wasabi is in cute silicon sphere squeeze tubes (in assorted colors)...if I didnt look at it while I squeezed it I wouldn't have known it was there. I did hear others asking for wasabi when it was in front of them too. A simple label on top would probably fix that! Will be back for sure! read more

I like the concept, but I prefer the sushi and experience of Kuru over this place. At Kuru, you can order right on the screen from your table. The rolls here didn't change and many were mayo laden...blech (very American), which I dislike. To order something off of the revolving bar requires you to get the attention of the very inattentive staff. They don't even look in your direction as a customer to see if you need water refills. I've eaten here for both lunch and dinner recently. It's good to see a quality conveyor belt sushi restaurant finally make it's way to OTP. This relatively small restaurant does a great job of keeping a fresh product with variety on the belt. Vegetarian dishes (green) are priced at $1.75. All others regardless of color are priced at $2.25. The sushi is a good mixture of nigiri and rolls. The chefs are happy to make special requests from the menu that are not on the belt. During peak times, there is a steady supply of non-sushi cooked items such as fried gyoza or karage being placed on the belt as well. We enjoyed every item we sampled on both occasions. Is this a high-end Sushi dining experience ? No. Is it better than the other conveyor belt sushi near PIB and I-285 ? For my money, yes. This place has opened without much fanfare. No advance notice of the opening date, no specials, it just opened. As another reviewer concisely summed it up, it is not as authentic or good as Kura Sushi. That said, I'm thrilled to have a Kaitenzushi (rotating sushi bar) this close to home. It's lacking differentiated tuna levels, like ootoro/chutoro/toro/maguro. More disappointing to me is that easy kaitenzushi basics like Natto-gunkan (fermented soybeans on seaweed wrapped rice) aren't available. In place of authentic sushi options, there are lots of Americanized rolls. The tuna (maguro) option they do have is better than the last maguro we had at Kura Sushi. The sushi they do have is reasonably good for kaitenzushi. There isn't anyone Japanese working here, which isn't a knock on the place, but it'd be nice to see Japanese on the menus. They have sesame balls on the menu, but we had to ask to make sure they were goma-dango, as the translation alone didn't make us confident to order. Overall, this is a good place. My standards for Japanese food are high, and this isn't amazing dining...but it amazing to have this option so close to home. I'd recommend visiting and making your own decision. If I were driving the same distance, I'd go to Kura Sushi, but the convenient location and decent sushi at a decent price means I'll probably be coming here most times I'm in the mood for kaitenzushi. read more

The sushi offered a nice variety of different things. Missing one star bc some dishes were hard to tell what was what from the menu. My friend and I were confused how the pricing worked. Love this place! 2nd time here and my goal is to just pace myself! Location is very easy to get in & out with ample parking. Sushi variety was excellent with quality to match. In addition, you just can't beat the pricing. Other items not readily available can be ordered from the menu (eg: Miso soup) and the server was quick to respond. There were a lot of staff but ignored the customers. There were several items we wanted not on the carousel so we flagged someone down to order. She started walking away in the middle of the order and it's not like we were undecided. She wrote one thing and started walking so we had to stop her. Next we sat and waited for 10 minutes and no food. There was no one even making food so we flagged someone else down and she never put the order in. She apologized and said they are really busy which was crazy because they had tons of staff and only 9 customers, four of which had just walked it. We said busy? How? She said they are cleaning.
