We go here regularly. It's fun! Is this the best sushi in Marietta? No. But it IS tasty, and I loooooove the variety and the carousel. You see something you want, you grab it. Each plate will have three pieces of a roll or two pieces of nigiri, so you can experiment. My favorite is probably the phoenix roll. We also like the factory roll, and my friends all love the Dynamite roll (I just like it). You can also order off the touchscreen menu if you want something that isn't on the carousel - my friend always gets a bagel roll, and another friend often gets ramen (the shoyu is delicious!). Those come out on their own track in a little express train! So cute. The service is great too. Never had a bad experience. They check in, but don't hover bc there's a call button on your touch screen and they are always quickly responsive to it. They have some lovely adult beverages too. We always get warm sake and Sapporo beer, but sometimes my friends get the plum wine or these GLORIOUS fruity (peach?) cold sake cocktails. Seriously, find what I'm talking about in the menu and get one. Yummy! When you're done, they just count your plates and calculate your bill. We really love this place and go there often. read more

My nephew picked this place to eat for his 14th birthday, and it was so much fun. It is next to Dixie Tavern, so there is a parking lot for your car, but some nights it may be busier than others. There is a revolving belt where you can pick sushi; each plate is $3.50. The nigiri comes in pairs, and the sushi rolls come in sets of 3 or 4. I love that they are small portions so that you can try a variety of the rolls. There is also a menu on the iPad at your table that you can use to order. If you order from the iPad, it comes on the top revolving belt in these cute little, smiling, spaceship-like containers that stop and open at your seat. If you ever need help, you can click on the service button on the iPad. We ordered edamma as our starter and it came iin the smiley train. I had some unfilted sake and water with lemon. The first sushi plate I grabbed was salmon nigiri, and it was very tasty and fresh. My nephew grabbed a salmon nigiri and a California roll. He probably ate three salmon nigiri and three orders of California roll. I also grabbed a salmon, avocado, and cream cheese roll, a spicy yellowtail, and ordered a spicy kanji as they stopped revolving. It's fun while my brother got the tiger and super roll, along with a few other things, for dessert w got chocolate and strawberry mochi. It was lots of fun and good. What a cute spot! I was out and about with my little guy and he said he wanted sushi so, being the great mom I am, we went for sushi. We had been shopping in the area and after searching Yelp, I came across Revolving Sushi Factory and figured it the perfect day to check them out. The restaurant itself is so cute! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and my table was set. I had to use the ladies room first, which was tucked behind some curtains. The bathroom was super clean and I was able to change my son, tidy up and head back out. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, I opted to order my food off of the ipad vs. the conveyor belt, which may have gone against the entire concept, lol. I just like to go with that option if I have it in hopes of avoiding eating anything that someone may have had their hands or breath on already beyond the kitchen. But the conveyor belt was filled with delicious goods, multiple items from the menu just zooming around us. It did give me a good look at what to expect for myself! From the ipad I ordered a ramune soda (which my waitress opened for me because I'm always so bad at it) and the shrimp shu mai to start and, WOAH. These were soooo good. Incredibly hot, fresh, packed with flavor and shrimp, super crispy and the sauce was a great match. I should have ordered more. For my rolls, I ordered: the ruby, the sexy girl, and picante x 2. Delicious options! The ruby roll was my least favorite, although it was still tasty. I just didn't love the tobiko. But the picante was IT. Service was absolutely amazing from start to finish, and the team was so patient. The young lady who was my waitress was sweet enough to bring me a cup of hot water for my baby's bottle and complimented me on how good he was. :) It was truly a fantastic visit and I only spent $20 or so on my meal - absolutely returning. read more

Always great service and I love the specials - especially the eel taco. I like the Kaws decor around the restrooms and the general decor. You get a token for the claw machine with your meal. It's located pretty close in proximity to the Battery and Cumberland Mall if you have a vehicle. Some nights the parking lot can get pretty busy, especially if there are shows happening at Dixie Tavern or it's a packed night at another establishment in the strip. read more

Was extremely disappointing, as I've been to both the location off Barrett Pkwy and on this visit at least 80% of the sushi that was on the conveyor was spicy. Won't be back due to extremely limited selection since I can't tolerate pepper or chili that is in the spicy mayo and either spicy salmon or tuna. Most of what came by had spicy mayo. Never had experienced this at an AYCE place like this. Won't be back. Also had to tell the waiter twice and remind the cashier that I only had nine plates and not ten before it was corrected. Still came out over $30 with tip. Their prices are unacceptable now, especially when most of what they presented I couldn't eat. read more

Used to love this spot, especially the loved the Kennesaw location, but it is just TOO pricey now. I'm sure that's the only way they stay afloat so that's not the reason I'm rating it somewhat low. There's a vast assortment of sushi options, which average about $3 per plate, with most plates having 3 pieces. You can't beat that price, which allows you to try a bunch of different options without having to commit to entire rolls. Love this place, it's my first time going, and I they said that our table would be ready in like 15-20 minutes. But it ended up being like 5 minutes! Me and my family sat down for like 5 minutes, and I went to go to the bathroom, and the food we ordered like 2 minutes ago was already there at the table! Crazy fast ordering and food delivery. Grabbed a few sushi rolls before I realized I was eating with what looked like molded chopsticks. I advised my waiter who said that it's how a few of the chopsticks came and offered me new chopsticks. Tried telling the "manager" that I no longer wanted my food because I felt uncomfortable and sick to my stomach.. instead of offering an apology, he proceeds to say that I still had to pay because I ate the sushi already. Mind you, this was before I realized I was eating with the molded chopsticks. I asked him, how could you still make someone pay, after they're eating with moldy chopsticks and his only response was, well you ate it already. Horrible excuse as a "manager" and customer service sucked. I'm already feeling sick to my stomach and do pray that it's what he says it is and not mold as it looks like. read more

Traveling through the area we stayed at hotel near by based on reviews on this food spot. Had been to 1 other revolving sushi place in DC and I love this concept. Here they had a vast selection of sushi going around as well as a menu to order from. 2-3 pieces per plate at around $3.40 per plate makes it a more affordable experience. Ok I've been going there like, almost every week lately haha. Why? I've found it's a nice meal solution. With most of each plate being $3.29 (it used to be $2.99...booo) you can eat as little or as much as you want. You just devour what's in front of you right away, anything you order on the ipad (you can remove it from the wall and have it in front of you) will be delivered usually within 5-10min in the little bullet train robot, and you just leave all plates and check out. It's like super easy. For some reason it feels even more easier than a normal restaurant. If you just worked out and need protein, this is a quick way to stuff yourself with seafoods & meats quickly. There is a great variety of cooked and uncooked sushi rolls, and there are also many appetizers and small ramen bowls you can get. I'd say the ramen isn't that great, but if you want something hot spicy, get the tantan one. read more

Amazing lunch for my daughter's 20th birthday. We just googled sushi places after a visit to the GA Aquarium and found this gem. The food is great, the atmosphere is amazing, but the service is truly the coolest experience. The staff, human and robotic, are so polite and I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this meal. The place is super cute. You walk in and it's very clean and has a relaxing ambiance. The food was good and came out quickly. They have all kinds of options, from sushi, sashimi, to ramen and desserts. The service was cool. The little train that delivers your food was quite cute. I love that the plates are covered with tops because although I pray for my food before I eat the extra protection is welcomed. They have a sign to display what is coming after it with descriptions/ingredients which is nice. We ordered a little of everything and was not disappointed. We'll be back soon. read more

I go to revolving sushi probably 2 times a week now. Granted I am not far from windy hill rd. But you can't miss out on an over average sushi for the price it is at. Never had a problem returning items either for people who have came with me as first time sushi eaters. I think it's a great place to introduce friends to the world of the sushi and other stuff they have. read more

Well, I met my daughter and 2 year old granddaughter there in Kennesaw. It was a new experience for me. So, my daughter taught me the ropes. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to get something to eat. What I learned that was unique was I could custom order Sushi and it would be delivered to me at my location! So the Sushi train comes around and you grab what you want and pay at the end by the number of empty dishes you have! The experience all in all was quite different and the restaurant was very modern in appearance. What helps with that is the robot that roamed around. I don't recall what it does in particular but it was there just the same! Now , this review is for the Kennesaw location and now I see the Windy Hill address above. I went here with my boyfriend and his family and I think I would want to try again just to be closer to the rolling sushi cart to make sure of what I was picking. I don't think it's good to be with more than 3 people because it's hard to see what the sushi is that's coming. Also the sushi I had was giving me like a Publix sushi vibe not really the most authentic tasting sushi but again maybe because I wasn't close enough to see the sushi that was rolling past. FYI my videos are closer because I was able to do some after my meal. read more

We come here for a simple and cheap sushi fix with a super fun and playful experience. The bullet train delivery is great.

The food was decent and of good quality. The conveyer on our side did not have as much as the others, which was fine, but a bit of a bummer. My issue was the service. Not great. Asked for one thing only, a refill on sprite. Ten minutes later had to ask another server. The servers and host obviously had a staring problem and it was a little unsettling. Overall enjoyed the food but if I was looking for any sort of service, would not come here. read more
