Good poke and large portions. We had a bogo coupon from social media, so even better. The price of $18.99 for the large (4 scoops) is consistent with my go to place Koi Poke, as was the variety of toppings. Sevice was quick and plenty of seating.

Can clearly see the list of toppings to be on my bowl and not a single one is on there. Just meat and rice. Nice.

I have ordered here many times for delivery and 80% of the time they completely screw up my order. It's been enough times now that I will never order from here ever again. They didn't add a single topping to my poke bowl..? So frustrating and annoying and I don't get how you could even miss or mess up doing that. I hate this place.

Came here because I wanted some sushi. Saw a sign for here so I figured I'll give it a go. People working there are nice. It looked clean. Coming from LA I have eaten a lot of poke. It satisfied my craving. It was a little off. Next time I will get the sauce on the side. Big portions. I like all the extras that you can add. I will try this another time.

Best tasting poke I've had in a while. Fresh fish, toppings, and delicious sauces! I loved how open, bright, and clean the establishment is. Jake was awesome and prepped my bowl nicely, I loved his enthusiasm! I got a medium poke bowl with tuna, salmon, and octopus. I added lots of toppings and went with the spicy shoyu sauce. I also got a strawberry dragon fruit drink which was refreshing. 10/10!! This is going to be my go to lunch spot.

I've been here a few times now and I really enjoy their food. I always get the hawaiian tuna which has great flavor and typically try to mix it up for my second scoop of protein. I will say, I wish they have the sauces for you to grab as you want since I feel like I have to commit to one and see if I like it. There wasn't anyone else when I arrived so I was able to get my food quickly and sit where I wanted.

Staff were great and very friendly. Ingredients was very fresh and plentiful. Best POKĒ I've had.

I LOVE Koibito. It's my favorite poke spot as everything is so fresh and I love the sweet chili lime sauce. My go to Koibito at Park West closed and I've been so sad since then. I've tried other poke places but the others just don't compare. This location was clean and the service was friendly. The prices are a little more but take my money because the quality speaks for itself. I wish there was a location closer but we happened to be in the area and I know I'll be back!

It's 105 degrees out, I just got out of a 5hr training after a 2hr flight from Cali, and I am EXHAUSTED. Welp as I said, I chose Poke to eat, and before even going to my hotel, and I genuinely made the best choice possible. Why? Because I was greeted by the kind, smiling and bubbly light of a person named Paola! She offered for me to try some samples to make sure I liked what they had before buying, greeted me with a smile, explained their process and engaged with me like a human and not just a customer which I genuinely appreciated. Thank you Paola for bringing so much light to my day and my week. You are amazing! Keep being the amazing bubbly human you are! You are going so many places in life, I see it already! Cheers!

There is a good amount of indoor seating and no outdoor seating. I ordered the small poké bowl with half sushi (white) rice and half spring greens, and Hawaiian tuna and salmon for my protein. I got my usual toppings of cucumber, edamame, green onion, jalapeños, crab, and masago. Plus all of their dried toppings like furikake, chili pepper, dried onion and dried garlic. For sauces, I got their spicy house, sesame, and yuzu ponzu. Price point was similar to other poké spots. The gal making my bowl was so friendly and that was nice. I entered my phone number for their rewards program in case I come back. I took the bowl home to enjoy and it was good, but it felt like it was missing something. The rice was more sticky than I expected and flavor wise, my bowl needed something else. The crab tasted different than I've had previously. Honestly, I'm so used to my regular poké place so that's probably what it is. Otherwise, this is a solid place!

This time, I tried the seared salmon, Kiro roll, and unagi don. The seared salmon is fairly classic and tastes well-balanced overall. The Kiro roll was refreshing, and I really liked how fresh the yellowtail tasted. It did lean a bit on the sour side for me. I'm not sure if there was a little too much vinegar in the rice The unagi don was savory, and the unagi sauce was slightly on the salty side for my taste. I usually prefer it a bit sweeter rather than salty, but again, that's just my personal preference. I also really like how they've expanded their seating!! It feels much more spacious compared to my visit a long time ago. There's a good amount of parking in the back, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, a solid spot with consistent quality. While a few flavors weren't exactly to my personal preference, I still enjoyed the experience and would come back again if I am in the area!

All of the reviews sounded almost unbelievable, but because I was really in the mood for sushi, I decided to try them out. Boy, am I glad I decided to listen to the reviews on this one. This place is fantastic! This restaurant is fairly decent sized, located between a Mexican restaurant and ironically, a Panda Express (not sure why you would go to Panda when this is MUCH better and equally affordable). The dining room is well lit with about 10 to 12 tables and resembles a chipotle in terms of ordering process that funnels customers to the register. I ordered the smoked salmon roll, the spicy salmon roll, and a poke bowl. And on each one, the amount of ingredients and overall portion sizes far exceed what you typically expect for a sub $10 price point. My Poke Bowl was really exceptional and the purple rice is legit! It did feel and taste a little more starchy than regular white sushi rice but I liked it. Evidently they have two locations, with another location in Central Scottsdale. I went on Saturday lunch so I suggest maybe going for dinner or mid afternoon so you dont get stuck with eating leftover rice from the night before. Or just dont get rice on your order. Also after eating the whole thing i left still hungry. They could stand to make their burritos a little bigger. Also I got a tuna burrito and it had hot and cold toppings mixed in which made the fish lukewarm when it reaches your mouth which was super unappetizing. The sauce was put on the fish so the toppings like vegetables all get mushed into one spot with no sauce while the fish is soaked with sauce so you have to take a small bite out of each side to get a good combo of sauce. But the toppings were SO dry it was hard to eat. They really should put all the toppings in one bowl and mix it all so everything is mixed well before putting it on rice which further dries out your mouth when you take a bite of the dry toppings. They also dont cover their toppings so the fish is just left in open air all day. Considering fish attracts flies there would be no doubt a fly could have landed on the fish you are eating! I get not covering the toppings, but leaving fish out like that is kind of disgusting. One thing I did appreciate was whoever did the hiring hired 2 workers who altho looked like they didnt want to be there (but who really wants to work at a place like this on the weekend), they were still kind, helpful, and answered questions, as this was my first time here. It was smart to have a camera facing the line so they could go in the back to be on their phone rather than some fast food places where you can see them just sitting on their phones behind the counter. When a customer came in they immediately came out to help them. It was nice to see. Also they have a sign in there that states "local, healthy, raw" which i find misleading as theres no way their ingredients could be locally sourced as theres no body of water for fish to grow in arizona so they would have had to source the fish out of state, making it not local. And the fish does not taste very fresh. If it were local fish it would taste way better than wherever they get their fish from! So i found it odd they would claim to be local. Also the only raw thing in this burrito is the fish and a few of their vegetable toppings. And after all the fried toppings, hot cheetos, and sauces i dont know how healthy this is. Certainly less "healthy" than a normal sushi restaurant. But i guess if you compared it to McDonald's i guess it would be healthy. There are signs in here saying they are part of best of phoenix in 2017 and 2019. I cant imagine a place like this being the "best" in the city as the food was just not good. It must have tasted better back then because today the food was bad. So im assuming they cut costs a lot the last few years to the point of ruining the foods taste. Id come back for the service if all their workers were like this. So ill give a star for that. But I dont think ill come back for the food. The rice really ruined the whole burrito as every bite contained the inedible hard pieces of rice. The food is mediocre at best. I left hungry too.
