Yeast rolls filled with goodness...what's not to like. Sweet or savory. Come on in pick what you want. Easy to reheat.

Delicious, softy, savoury stuffed dough balls. Kolache's will hit the spot each and every time and you only need a couple of them. The dough itself is buttery and soft, with a touch of sweetness. There are so many options to choose from whether you want a sweet Kolache, or a savoury kolache, they have them. My favourites are the ranchero, pepperoni, pizza and the Philly cheesesteak. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have always had a great experience whenever I encounter any of them. Very clean, and small establishment with Front door parking.

Holy cow. Had never had a kolache. I got the jalapeño popper and pizza style warmed up. Light airy dough balls filled with oooey gooey goodness. I don't know the culture, who invented them, where they came from but this is a vibe I now CANNOT live without. They had sweet, savory, vegan, etc. something for everyone. It is a to go counter, a few outside benches and tables. This is one block from Brentwood Park. AMAZING outdoor seating and places for kids to pay as well as beautiful reflective space for adults. Take the kolaches to the park and enjoy.

Came on a Sunday with the limited cheeseburger flavor. Kolache factory has a ton of different combinations and flavors. Ordered the cheeseburger, the sausage and gravy and the Philly. Service was excellent; the staff behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Kolaches tasted great, nice soft bun with flavorful fillings. Loved the sausage and gravy and Philly over the cheeseburger! Will definitely be back to try more

Love this location, staff are super friendly and efficient as there are multiple registers. Kolaches are amazing, soft, and delicious and they offer option to have warmed up. I believe there's 2 small tables outside with chairs, I don't think there was any seating inside. They have a drink fridge as well.

Delicious little pockets of sweet and savory goodness! The establishment was clean and had a huge variety of flavors ranging from breakfast to lunch to desert. The dough was sweet and fluffy and the insides were delicious, too. The workers were very friendly. We had some breakfast, some lunch and some desert varieties and all were carry impressive, but the ranchero was my favorite. We got them to go and took them to the new Brentwood Park.

Sausage and Gravy...one of their most popular!

Out of the blue recently, the word kolache has kept popping up. When my daughter mentioned it the other day, I thought OK we have to go and check this place out. Kolache Factory had good reviews so we tried it out! We were greeted by lovely staff. The presentation at the store was reminiscent of going to a donut shop! We were greeted with the assortment of choices from cream cheese and spinach to bacon, egg and cheese and sausage, egg and cheese, two buffalo chicken and Korean barbecue and everything in between. The best I could describe it. It is like a huge roll of dough with things stuffed inside. I had the cream cheese and spinach due to my allergy. They were both good and the dough was good, but neither was anything I would say OMG this is the best thing I have ever had. My family had the same reaction. My husband loved the sausage egg and cheese, but said it wouldn't be something he is like OMG we have to go back tomorrow. My oldest daughter had the sausage and gravy, the most popular, and loved it! one and she raved about that. My youngest and my son had bacon egg and cheese and they both liked it. I would definitely stop by here as it is something unique and different and good. I would definitely listen to the staff for their recommendations because they genuinely seem to know about the different options and flavors.

Kolache wasn't in my dietary dictionary, but it will be after this visit. I saw a Kolache Factory coupon in the mail and decided to stop in for breakfast. This place is popular! Not only are they delicious, but they are easy to eat and are perfect to take on the go. The bread is soft and chewy, and there are a variety of fillings to choose from. I tried the STL Slinger and a bite of the Sausage & Gravy, both were savory and tasty. One Kolache was a good size portion for breakfast. I'll have to come back to try the sweet ones. They vary in prices from $1.70 - $3.10 each. .|\---/| | o_o | .\_^_/..2022

Accessible parking. Great service. Variety of kolache flavors. Good variety of coffee. Ambience neutral. Better for take out.

I was looking for an early spot to get a quick, easy, and good breakfast. It was 6am and I didn't want to go to a 24/7 dinner. Yelp directed me to the Kolach Factory. The Kolach Factory was new to me, haven't heard or seen this ever before. They have these balls made of a sweet and light dough filled with different combinations. I got 2 to start my day. One with bacon egg cheese and sausage egg cheese. Amazing! You can take them home and heat them up, or have them heat them up for you. I enjoyed both and definitely would go again to try other combinations for a quick, easy, and delicious snack.

Bacon, jalapeño, apple, pecan, gouda. Dang good

I'm so happy I gave Kolache Factory a try. Their wall of options was overwhelming - so many great choices, from breakfast-y to lunch-y to sweet treats. As a good St. Louisian I tried the St. Louis Slinger. It's was a full combo of all the expected flavors without the enormous plate of gluttony you'd get at a diner. The pepperoni pizza was a solid and safe choice and if absolutely order it again. My third pic was the bacon, jalapeño, apple, pecan and gouda. Talk about a flavor explosion! It was delicious and unique. I really liked the soft and spongy dough and the fillings were generous. Other places I've been were drier and skimpy on the filling. I highly recommend and I'll definitely be back.

I had decided on Avocado toast, it tempted me most as it was served on Union Loafers bread, who can resist that? Not me. I was given a number and chose to sit at the counter, lots of tables and counter space and additional room up the stairs. When my name was called for my latte, I was excited! It was beautiful! I really enjoyed the flavor, not too sweet and just the right amount of coconut. A server brought my avocado toast. It was also beautiful. All you need is positioned at the end of the counter, utensils, napkins, go boxes, hot sauce, etc. I liked the presentation but immediately spread the microgreens over the whole toast, moved the egg to the center and cut the toast in half forgetting to take a picture! Darn, camera always eats first but I totally forgot. I enjoyed the toast and would order it again. Good food, friendly staff!

I'd attend such a meeting, but more so for the lulz (but also to share my beliefs). I'm pleased to report that there's none of that going on here, that I'm aware of. Granted, this was a Sunday morning. I was there with my running group as part of our ongoing unofficial breakfast burrito tour, the last such stop until this fall, due to upcoming marathon training. Of course it was the most unpleasant day of the year, maybe ever, with a heat index of 117 (no hyperbole). I changed shirts before I came in and then sweated through that shirt as well. One of the ladies I was with left a gross pool of sweat in her chair after she left. It didn't occur to me to pull a Charlamagne tha God until hours later. I'm growing as a human being. Part of that growth is gradually coming to realize that seasonal lattes, unless they have sort of especially distinct flavor, like banana, aren't going to taste like anything other generic artificial sweetener, let alone what they purport to be. I considered ordering an iced caramel latte, but I figured what the heck. I went with something called a Miso Brown Sugar Latte. It was good for what it was, but I don't know that anyone, if you gave it to them to try, could identify it as that. I liked the fact that it had a somewhat more pronounced coffee flavor, compared to some places where it mostly just tastes like a glass of milk. I wasn't as crazy about the fact that it took a while for the ice cubes to cool it down, probably longer than it would have taken if it were served in a glass cup. I went with something called the Annex Burrito, which I didn't realize until after I ordered it is not the only burrito they carry. I guess you can also get a bog-standard breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs and cheese. This one comes with corn, beans and some sort of unidentified crema for the same amount. Maybe they give you less bacon. Mine didn't have a lot of bacon, but the bacon it did have was not crisp and had a precooked vibe. The latter was more of an issue for me than the former. I'm a savage in that way. I did appreciate the fact that it was griddled, possibly using a panini press. The exterior was ever so slightly crisp, while the interior was pizza roll-level molten. The overall vibe was similar to those microwave burritos they used to carry at 7-11, but in a good way. All I needed was a mini truck enthusiast magazine filled with photos of bikini-clad Latinas and a Windex-blue Slurpee, but I was able to make do with a lukewarm mystery latte and the old ladies I run with. I'm resourceful.
