January 8, 2014 Jan…read more 8th,2014 *** I WISH THAT I COULD GIVE 6 STARS!!! *** Although I'm from Manhattan Beach, I drove down to Wilmington to have my computer fixed because I'd heard Fabian & his wife, Marleni, were exceptional. 100% TRUE!!! My computer had crashed, caught a virus, with a complex password change, and much, much more. In less than 2 hours, Fabian had not only scrubbed my hard-drive, erased the virus, re-installed Office and the stock programs...but he'd upgraded all the programs, PLUS downloaded/installed a half-dozen more that have become exceptional. THEN, as if that wasn't enough, he made me back-up disks of everything!! That scumbag place (Fry's)---where I'd purchased my laptop---would have charged me almost $100, taken 2-3 days, not installed anything extra (nor make back-up disks), and would likely have damaged my computer (I speak from 3 prior nightmares dealing with this TERRIBLE joke of a company [Fry's]). Fabian and Marleni were polite, efficient, and exceptional...and charged me only $40!!! (Normally $50, but I had their 20%-off coupon from the RTUI app.) (They did such a good---GREAT!!!---job that I gave them a $10 tip.) If you value your time, value dealing with good people, and you're anywhere within 10 miles of Wilmington, go check these two wonderful people out. When complications arose, we were able to agree on practical and cost-effective solutions. A two day job became a one day job because there was a good crew who worked well together and didn't draw attention to themselves during business hours. I would maybe lower this to a 4.5 or 4.75 because a couple of holes didn't get caulked, but because of all of the changes, it was not a deal breaker. The holes have since been covered. Thanks for a job well done. Job included installing, changing, and connecting 16 cameras to NVR, upgrading memory of NVR, cable management, and laying special cables outside, but inconspicuously. Plenty of drilling needed to be done and going through chaseways and crawlspaces.

About 3 months later, and they tell me they cant find it. 4 months later I am moving and they have not responded about my laptop, at this point ignoring me and not returning any call. , they never did to begin with. Almost 8 months later and they have chosen to not respond still and my laptop is missing. My theory is they kept it, gave it away, or sold it. Regardless it was my property and they did not have consent to do this and it hadn't even been a year. What is wrong with you Team Nerds? BBB should get involved.
