Wow! So I dropped my phone, and the screen was badly cracked (effectively making the phone non functional). I went on Yelp and found Mobile Fix Center. Alex looked at the phone and quickly let me know that I would need a new screen. He ordered it and Leon fixed the phone fixed the next day. In the meantime, they provided me with another Verizon phone to use (and moved the SIM card over so I had my contacts), and thus minimized any inconvenience.
