This place is trending at the moment for good reason. Pretty busy on a weekday, plenty of parking. Modern ambiance and average noise level. Tried the banana matcha since I am a huge fan, and I have to say the matcha flavor was not as strong or present, and the banana top was very little to my liking. I like the flavor balanced, but did not find that here. Would definitely give another drink a try, though! read more

Super, super cute store! It's a bit of an old area, but it's worth at least coming here once just to see all the cute decor! They have some interesting matcha combinations as well! I got the InU matcha and cookie butter matcha! The matcha itself isn't as strong as other matcha cafes in Vegas, but it has a unique and sweet taste to it that places it among the good matcha cafes here! The cashier was super helpful for my first time and let me know what the top choice was and how they make the matcha. They made sure that my drink was to order and something that I would like; I had a pleasant time speaking with them! As the name suggests, they have a lot of dog-themed decor, which, as a dog lover, was wonderful to see. I didn't stay to enjoy my drinks or any of the food, but this would be a cute and wonderful spot for a friend hangout any day! read more

Very cute spot! I'm happy to see more business variety coming to the area. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our group of five had a great experience. I tried the chocolate cheesecake, Inu Matcha, cookie butter latte, kinder latte, and salted caramel latte. Everything was enjoyable and well made! As someone who drinks matcha regularly, I personally felt the matcha's flavor and portion size didn't quite match the price. That said, taste is subjective, and I'd still recommend stopping by and trying it for yourself, you may end up loving it! read more

I was in disbelief at what I saw while I was getting my order taken. They do not wash the fruits that are being used for Acai bowls. It goes from the store bought packaging, straight onto the bowl and given out to the customer. It's fine. The matcha isn't something incredibly life changing or revolutionary. It tastes fine at best. It is very expensive for what they give you. I ordered a banana pudding matcha (regular) and I was given like a quarter of matcha and the rest was the foam thing. Got the double matcha iced regular drink. They told me it comes with oat milk which I was fine with. Super creamy. I like the matcha flavor, so good. The oat milk flavor is so good too (I enjoy oat milk). I love the dog theme throughout the place. Will definitely come back. I had a terrible experience from the second I walked in. I was ignored and not welcomed whats so ever. I was getting my order taken and a guy barista had no clue what the difference was between 2 lattes, he also kept stuttering and talking so quietly. Like is that who you have working here? That's actually unbelievable. On top of all of that, the latte wasn't good. For the hype that it was getting, its beyond disappointing and not worth it, it was so mid. I am definitely not coming back, I do not recommend this place. Get better people that know how to speak out loud to customers. read more

I came from out of state and I'd heard good things, so I was excited to try this place, but it was a huge disappointment. The surrounding location felt run-down and didn't leave a great first impression. The service was unfriendly and unprofessional, when I asked about one of the matcha drinks, the baristas couldn't clearly explain how it was made or answer basic questions. Whenever I visit a café, I always order a plain matcha without any added flavors or sweeteners because I want to taste the quality of the matcha itself. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst matchas I've had. While the color looked amazing the after taste that is released isn't even something I can explain but it wasn't enjoyable at all. The shop was also uncomfortably hot--the air conditioning barely seemed to be working, which was miserable in the middle of July with 110 degree weather. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I wouldn't recommend going out of your way for this matcha when there's better options in Vegas. read more

Service was a 0 they don't care obviously and one of the girls there had a attitude with me because at 35 min of me waiting and still had not received my sandwich and I asked her if she knew how much longer . She said "well it's food so it takes long ." I said "okay thank you . " Another 15-20 min goes by at this point I'm done with my drink and I see everyone else being served there food . So I go and ask a different girl if she knew how long it would take . She said "oh I'm sorry we might have to cancel it because they haven't made it and we were serving other people ." At this point I'm even more upset and already thinking I will never come back due to the attitude and service from these girls. So I ask "so they haven't made my sandwich?" She says "no but he can start it right now it takes like 6 minutes." "Do you want to wait?" I said " yes I've already waited over 40 minutes. " And didn't the girl give me an attitude because she said that since it's food it takes long? And when I asked the other girl she said it'll takes 6 minutes. I get my sandwich the girl hands me the bag with an attitude doesn't even say thank you or sorry or nothing . Such a shame because the matcha was so good . But service is a 0 . The sandwich that took over 40 minutes was a 0 . I will not be coming back to this place because of the service . Get new people with better customer service and a nicer personality that will match your business . read more
