My 1st encounter with this truck was at a 4-way stop. I had to honk at this driver for failing to stop at Greenhill & Royal ave after I was already turning as I had indicated and was MY right of way- this is a very well marked area and there were a handful of other cars. To boot, the ice cream is very expensive for soft serve that comes in a package and gets put into a machine. Try your luck with the McDonald's ice cream makers and don't bother with an ice cream vendor that honestly couldn't care less if they got in a head on collision with you.
