Okayyyyy Kong Dog, I see you, go off! This Kong Dog location is great. It's clean, spacious, decorated cutely, has music playing, has fun decor, etc. I came on a Sunday around 5pm and there was a few people inside but nothing crazy. There's kiosks where you order at and then pick up your order right from the counter when they call your number. All their Korean style corn dogs and drinks are made to order. The staff was friendly here, too, and they were constantly cleaning. I got the hot cheeto Korean corn dog (half cheese half beef) with spicy mayo on the side. It was 10/10 finger licking delicious. You definitely have to be in the mood for this because a cheesy Korean style corn dog is pretty heavy. I had like 1 bite left but I couldn't finish it. The cheese pull was crazyyyyy and the hot cheeto dust was so good I scraped it with a fork after to finish it all. I'd totally get it again. I think it was around $8 including tax and side of sauce. I'd 100% come here again and try their drinks in addition to their corn dogs!

Finally got to try this fancy corn dog place that's popping up everywhere. Initial impression: Clean place, good prices, and a friendly enough staff. It did take a little time to get my order ready, which I wasn't expecting for a corn dog. There are many options to choose from. I ordered the combo with an Original Kong Dog. Holy moly that's a lot of fries! There was enough for three people. The fries were good, and the dog was alright but not great. Maybe I'll return one day try the potato dog next time. Or the ramen dog. Or the Cheeto dog. Or... Anyway. The mango lemonade is really good and my favorite item from this visit. 3.5 stars, rounded up to four.

The worker at this place idk his name but when he took my order I couldn't hear him and when I asked him to repeat what he said he got super really mad but overall the food is really good just that the ice has something really disgusting and unpleasing in it idk what it is but it lost my appetite and also I asked for some cheese and they didn't even fill it up all the way I need like 5 of those to actually finish my fries. And also the bathroom are really disgusting and the tables are never clean

I don't often review a place until I've been there a bunch of times, but I was particularly happy with how good Kong Dog's Korean-style gamja hot dogs and boba drinks were. So far, these are the best gamja hot dogs I've had in the area, with awesome beef franks and perfectly cooked coating. The dude working the counter was friendly, the rest of the crew was cleaning (presumably right after a lunch rush), and the place was in good order for 1 pm on a Saturday. Our drinks were made super-quick, and both looked great. I really enjoyed my blueberry-lemonade with blueberry popping boba. After a few minutes, our hot dogs were ready and nuclear hot, fresh out of the fryer. I loved that the batter of my plain Kong Dog was fried to perfection, and not too oily. The franks they use are delicious, and quite savory beef hot dogs. Once they were cool enough for consumption, I wolfed my dogs down. It was a really good and relative-quick lunch, that was super satisfying. The restaurant was nice and clean, with a decent sized seating are given the modest size of the restaurant itself. The ADA accessible bathrooms were clean, and in perfect working order. There's tons of parking in front of and to the side of Kong Dog, in a shopping center that can get pretty busy in the daytime. I'll be sure to update my review as I visit Kong Dog more often, but I enjoyed my lunch way too much to resist posting my initial thoughts. I'm looking forward to trying their other gamja style fried hot dogs, and a lot of their sides looked good as well.

Nice little caribou coffee looking corn dog shop. Confusing theme but i dont care as long as it tastes good. We got a corn dog each. They have options for cheese, hot dog, half cheese half beef, chicken, or vegan insides. Then it is coated in their rice batter and then optional topping choices. I got the sweet chili doritos coating and my wife got the churro one. We also got the kong fries. Everything was tasty. Batter was good -  chewy inside and crispy outside. I really liked the sweet and spicy coating. The cheese was good but the hot dog just an oscar meyer hot dog. Just don't expect some fancy sausage. My wife did the churro corn dog (yes she is weird) but liked that a lot as well. The kong fries were good as well - mayo and cheeto topping. I think the price is good for what you get and the service was pretty fast. Really good if you are in the mood for it. Would definitely go back.

Thank you! Kamsahamnida! 감사합니다 What a great experience! I LOVE corn dogs! I usually only have them once a year at a State or County Fair or a local festival. Now I can have a freshly prepared, custom made Kong Dog which is absolutely the BOMB! This place is well organized, well staffed with helpful, friendly staff who will guide you through the ordering process. The young woman who helped us brought over some complimentary spicy mayo sauce for us to try. They have other non-spicy sauces as well as ketchup and mustard. I'm sold on the spicy mayo. I had the classic Kong Dog and my husband had a classic and a spicy Dorito Kong Dog. I had a couple of bites of his as well. Just delicious. Super crispy, hot and fresh. Cooked on the spot just for us. We will be back for more Kong Dogs and to try the chicken and Bubble Tea. I noticed iced coffee and slushy drinks as well. The place is spotlessly clean from bathrooms to tables. There is plenty of indoor seating and we saw plenty of to-go orders being picked up while we were there. Happy to find Kong Dog in the neighborhood so I don't have to go all the way to Seoul for one of this excellent caliber.

Looks like a nice spacious place. They have a self order option or you can also order in the front. I order the food to go I order some corn dogs and wings. The staff is very friendly they seemed pretty organized. Would totally come back again.

ordered a hot cheeto kong dog and got this instead. didn't realize until i got home.

I ordered a hot cheeto kong dog from their kiosk. Their kiosk doesn't work properly as it charged my Apple Pay but didn't complete the order. They made my order anyways. After getting home, I realized they gave me a plain kong dog instead of the hot cheeto kong dog I ordered. Last time I'm going there. If you're reading this Kong Dog...you need to get your sh*t together!

This place was such an experience from start to finish. One of our favorite surprises was the self-serve ramen bar. It was quick, easy, and so much fun! They had a great variety of ramen options, making it easy for everyone to pick exactly what they wanted. We also couldn't resist trying the affogato, which was the perfect little treat. For dessert, we tried both the Misugaru Bingsoo and the Strawberry Ube Bingsoo. I absolutely loved that you can customize your bingsoo with any of their homemade ice cream flavors, and you can even choose between a cup or a bowl. The bingsoo is made with incredibly creamy shaved milk ice, topped with generous scoops of their homemade ice cream and delicious toppings. It was light, fluffy, creamy, and so refreshing. And the ube croffle...I'm still dreaming about it! It was soft, buttery, and crispy all at the same time. It reminded me of a funnel cake topped with ice cream--but somehow even better. It came with the biggest scoop of ice cream, and one thing we noticed throughout our visit was how generous every scoop was. The Asian-inspired ice cream flavors are unlike anything we've had before. Every flavor we tried was rich, creamy, and left us wanting another bite. Our kids absolutely devoured the Oreo ice cream and kept asking for more. This was the perfect family outing. There truly is something for everyone here, whether you're craving ramen, bubble tea, bingsoo, croffles, affogato, or unique homemade ice cream. Next time, I can't wait to try their bubble tea and bring home a few pints of ice cream to enjoy later. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially to our kids, which made the whole experience even more memorable. We felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you so much for having us!! (I didn't get a chance to take more pictures as our family completely devoured everything so quickly!)

It's a Japanese market that features an amazing food court (and this is where I spent all my time.) I don't recall the name of the stall I purchased from. But I can tell you it was quick, not expensive and very filling. I had a bowl with beef and noodles; for dessert I hit the matcha dessert stall for some matcha and vanilla ice cream. Not only is there a food court of different Japanese restaurants to try, there is also a grocery store, bakery, bookstore, and stores that sell ice cream, traditional desserts, as well as crepes and boba tea! My family and I visit here often every year and we like to try the different foods and desserts and then check out the bookstore and grocery store afterwards. My favorite foods so far have been the beef udon soup with a soft boiled egg, shrimp and vegetable tempura, miso soup, and Japanese curry with rice, beef, and vegetables (carrots and potatoes). My son always gets the chicken and beef on a stick and my daughter usually gets a garlic pork dish with white rice but I forget what this dish is called. My husband also enjoys the beef udon soup like I do. I swear that whenever my food is finished, I am legit sad! The crepes are good, there is a variety of boba teas to try, and the ice creams are delicious! Lychee has been my favorite so far but I have yet to try the matcha, red bean, among others! You can get a small sample of different ice cream flavors too, which is nice! I sampled the red bean flavor so that will be my go-to next time! At the grocery store, I love buying Happy Turn snacks which are like a sweet and salty crunchy cracker (maybe it is made of rice?) that are individually wrapped and mochi from the fridge area. Finally, I usually like to buy mochi from the store right next to the bookstore. The mochi from this location is the best! I usually buy multiple flavors to take home and eat at a later time! You must try these! My kids love checking out the bookstore and they usually pick something out for me to buy for them - whether it is a book, keychain, etc. There are magazines, anime figurines, soft plushy toys, pens, and stationary, etc. It is interesting to browse through the things they have there! You cannot bring food or drinks inside but they do have a shelf at the entrance where you can place your drink there if you like. The first time visiting here, the majority of the customers were Asians and as the years have passed, there is now more of an influx of non-Asians who simply love the food and appreciate the culture, which I think is neat! The first time I visited here was with my college roommate who was from Japan and she recommended this place back in 2009 perhaps? I have been visiting ever since with my family. We travel more than an hour from Wisconsin to come here but it is 100% worth the drive! Also, the cashiers and workers there are quick, efficient, and friendly. I have even been able to practice a few of the Japanese phrases I have learned with a couple of the cashiers too (I asked if they spoke Japanese first)! Overall, Mitsuwa is my happy place! Great food, interesting finds, different culture, and everyone there looks excited to be there. This is as close to visiting Japan as I can get until I keep learning more Japanese and save up enough money to go visit Japan someday! This is my dream! In the meantime, we will keep visiting Mitsuwa!
